由于步幅、器材及环境的条件限制,刑侦人员通常使用直线连续拍照法拍摄成趟足迹,该方法要求拍照时照相机和三脚架从成趟足迹的一端向另一端平行移动,采用分段拍摄,然后拼接合成,这对拍照和拼接的技术要求较高。本文尝试利用移轴镜头并结合Photoshop CC软件进行成趟足迹的拍照和拼接,大大提高了效率,取得了满意的效果。  相似文献

足迹是犯罪现场最常见的痕迹之一,足弓作为脚的一部分,对足迹有着不可忽视的影响。通过查阅相关材料,确定了衡量足弓高低的3个参数:足印系数、比值系数和足弓系数,并对各系数的计算和测定进行了实证研究;通过实验,获取了302个实验对象在正常行走、快速大步、快速小步、慢速正常、快速正常、倒退行走等6种行走状态下赤足成趟的足迹样本及赤脚单个足迹样本;运用SPSS软件对足印系数、比值系数、足弓系数与步幅特征进行了相关性分析。研究结果表明:足印系数、比值系数、足弓系数等3种足弓参数与正常、快速大步、快速小步、快速正常、慢速正常、倒行行走的步幅特征均不存在显著的相关性。进而从数量关系上证明了足弓对步幅特征的影响较小。  相似文献

我国公安高等院校的痕迹检验教材中,足迹步幅特征的某些概念不科学、不统一。足迹步幅特征中,步长、步宽、步角的6项指标,可以用来揭示人的行走运动规律,并可进行定量化检验,对现场足迹的分析与检验非常重要。而这6项指标都是以足迹步行线为基准的。所以应在统一足迹步行线的定义的基础上,统一步长、步宽、步角的定义。  相似文献

针对公安机关办案人员通过现场遗留立体足迹快速缩小嫌疑人范围、明确案件侦察方向的需求,基于LabVIEW平台,结合激光测距传感器、计算机控制和图像技术设计开发出一套立体足迹激光定量检验系统。规避传统拍照要求较高、三维扫描成本高昂、数据文件较大等问题,更快速地搜索出与待检测信号最为相似的样本数据,从而实现立体足迹特征参数的无损提取、精确计算和自适应匹配。详细介绍该系统的设计思路及图像采集、特征参数提取、检验对比分析等关键技术的具体实现方式。研究结果表明:该系统能有效应用于犯罪现场的立体足迹分析检验。  相似文献

通过视频监控人像进行人身识别是许多案件侦查的重要方法。目前,人身识别的方法主要依赖于人面像的识别,由于实际监控人像的面部往往非常模糊,造成人像识别利用率较低。为充分利用视频监控人像进行人身识别,研究中采用对视频监控人像中地平面进行透视矫正的方法,消除人像足部透视变形,实现了对行走人像足的等价垂直俯视观察记录,并用足迹步幅特征检验的原理,对监控人像行走动作中反映的步幅特征进行测量检验,为监控人像识别提供了一种新的途径。  相似文献

运用足迹推断年龄是刑事技术领域公认的应用技术,目前国内外足迹专家仅限于对足迹的步态研究,缺少通过步幅特征推断年龄的研究。因此,结合统计学中的Spearman相关知识,将步幅特征、身高、体重与年龄进行相关分析,得出上述因素与年龄在95%的置信水平下显著相关;由于模型存在多重共线性的问题,因此利用主成分分析法,将自变量进行"去相关"的降维,导入模型中进行计算,得出Fi 3个主成分,最后将Fi进行逻辑回归的建模,就能得到推断年龄的3个公式,根据犯罪现场的数据就能推断犯罪嫌疑人的年龄。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
