通过分析不同两个主体之间知识的转移过程 ,提出了知识转移过程存在着语言调制及联结学习两种方式 ,同时 ,隐性知识也可分为真隐性知识与伪隐性知识 .对于真隐性知识的转移 ,联结学习方式是唯一的知识转移方式 ,对于伪隐性知识的转移 ,语言调制及联结学习发生在知识转移的不同阶段 ,语言作为一种共同的知识直接影响着知识转移的效率 .在伪隐性知识转移过程中 ,在初期其效率呈现稳定状态 ,而在语言知识发展到一定阶段后 ,其效率呈现指数增长 .  相似文献

The importance of the cyclic transformation of tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge for the knowledge-creation organisations is strategic. Yet in many instances this transformation is supported by informal settings with low process controllability. It is critical though that this be followed by a more systematic approach. A number of models of organisational learning have been developed by extrapolating individual learning styles, as is the case of the holonomic framework. However, there is a need to relate more closely models of learning and of knowledge creation to the knowledge elicitation methods, in order to further support knowledge management practice. This paper examines the holonomic framework with the view of informing the systematic elicitation of strategic knowledge in professional practice. It draws upon the experience and practical application of elicitation methods–in particular causal mapping and scenario building methods–to elicit middle-senior managers’ strategic knowledge by candidates to a Masters in Business Administration. The two methods are benchmarked against the holonomic cycle of knowledge development with regards to its learning phases, thus providing a more integrative approach to strategic knowledge elicitation methods.  相似文献

针对隐性知识的特征及其传播特点,用微分动力学方法建立了组织通过外部学习进行隐性知识转移的分析模型,在此基础上,进一步分析了影响组织隐性知识转移渐近解的主要参数控制.模型揭示了组织通过外部学习进行隐性知识转移的规律,指出了组织获得外部隐性知识的条件及隐性知识在组织中传播的条件,同时也阐明了一些能改进隐性知识转移效果的途径,文中最后还分析了模型对管理的现实意义.  相似文献

隐性知识反馈环结构是创新研究系统的核心结构,运用组织管理系统动力学理论,进行科研创新系统隐性知识生产转化系统仿真研究,以南昌大学系统动力学创新团队研究系统为例,分析确定该系统的隐性知识量、显性知识量、创新投资量、团队人员数和创新成果量五个核心变量,运用新建的逐枝建模和逐树仿真技术建立五棵流率基本入树模型及其等价流图模型.运用枝向量行列式新增反馈环计算法,计算出系统包含创新成果流位作用于隐性知识流入率的第一类反馈环五条,团队成员数作用于隐性知识流入率第二类正反馈环十条.然后,结合模型的仿真曲线和仿真数据,对第一类反馈环进行极性转移仿真分析和主导反馈环转移仿真分析,对第二类正反馈环进行正反馈环的作用分析,以及"原始创新度"低对这十条正反馈环的制约分析,并基于上述十五条反馈环特性仿真分析结果提出四条创新研究系统发展对策.  相似文献

针对隐性知识的特征及其传播的特点,建立了组织间隐性知识转移的微分动力学模型。在此基础上,分析了主要参数对组织间隐性知识转移的影响,指出了一些改进隐性知识转移效果的途径,并探讨了模型的管理学意义。本文所给模型不仅揭示了组织间隐性知识转移的规律,而且为实践中有效地促进和控制隐性知识的转移提供了指导和建议。  相似文献

隐性知识是现代企业竞争优势的战略资产,具有更高的价值。本文基于小世界网络中SIR模型为基础研究隐性知识传播规律,采用更符合实际的"S"型曲线作为变化遗忘率函数,构建遗忘率随时间变化的隐性知识传播复杂网络模型,使得该模型更能准确预测企业内部隐性知识传播过程;还采用随机抽样方式对C企业的所有员工发放调查问卷4500份,最终回收问卷4320份,获取C企业知识传播网络参数,对其隐性知识传播过程进行案例仿真。研究结果显示:遗忘率及其函数参数的变化对隐性知识传播的最终规模有重要影响。越大的初始遗忘率使得企业隐性知识传播的最终规模也越小,遗忘速度越快,隐性知识传播范围也越小;相比常数遗忘率的模型,考虑变化遗忘率的隐性知识传播随时间变化的最终规模要大。  相似文献

This paper reports on a case study on improving the quality of life for women smallholder farmers in Vietnam, using the systems-based Evolutionary Learning Laboratory (ELLab) approach. The study aims to provide evidence of practical contributions of the ELLab to project stakeholder and knowledge management through the case study. A transformative learning framework was developed to provide initial reflections on the planning phase of the project. Practical contributions of the ELLab process to stakeholder identification and management, and knowledge creation during project planning and implementation are discussed. Strong evidence was found of transformations in awareness and perspectives amongst project actors that subsequently led to systemic and executable action plans. This clearly proved the value of the ELLab approach in informal transformative learning.  相似文献

Although many theories regarding the implementation of knowledge management (KM) in organizations have been proposed and studied, most applications tend to stand alone without incorporating the business processes. Different categories of knowledge provide different benefits and how to integrate various categories of KM into a hybrid approach as an effective KM manner remains strategically important, and yet is still understudied. Therefore, in this paper a hybrid model that integrates principal KM applications for new service development (NSD) and the measurement of the resulting financial benefits have been developed. The proposed KM model incorporates newsgroups, knowledge forums, knowledge asset management and knowledge application processes as a hybrid means for sharing organizational knowledge along two axes, explicit vs. implicit and individual vs. collective. One of the largest management consulting companies in Taiwan, China, whose process model of NSD was standing alone with KM applications, was selected for the case study. A set of hybrid KM processes was developed to implement the proposed KM model, and it illustrates an application with greater financial benefits for integrating hybrid KM practices into the business process. Based on knowledge value added (KVA) validation, the proposed KM model provides a new operating system for sharing NSD knowledge within an organization. Through the case study by measuring the achieved financial results, the proposed KM model is found to provide an exclusive hybrid platform with an empirical process model to address innovative approaches and practical values of KM within an organization.  相似文献

针对组织知识管理中知识共享问题,运用知识地图作为工具来促进知识共享,建立了以知识空间三元组(知识、属性、关系)为背景的知识地图模型,并设计了一种知识地图的概念聚类算法.在概念聚类构造的知识地图中,知识按其属性自动聚类成知识节点,它描述了知识及共属性和关系,并将知识节点以偏序关系排列起来.将它作为组织知识共享的工具,有利于知识的快速查找,提高知识共享的效率.最后通过一个案例给出了模型的应用.  相似文献

Knowledge map is one of main tools of knowledge sharing. Focused on the issue of knowledge sharing in organization knowledge management, a knowledge map model used knowledge space triple (knowledge, property, relation) as context is presented, and a concept clustering model and algorithm of knowledge map is given to build knowledge map and the Hasse diagram. In the knowledge map constructed by concept clustering, knowledge and its relations are well organized and described, and it is efficient and convenient to search the necessary knowledge in organization knowledge sharing. Business networks are formed by organisations with common interests. Inter-firm relations can bring to the companies involved an important contribution in the innovation processes: stimulating the division and sharing of scientific and technical information. This union between companies seems to be an appropriate alternative to promote the organisation's effectiveness. Considering the relevance of inter-organisation networks, their consolidation and the need to understand their essence as a mechanism of competitive advantage, this study is a theoretical reflection on the development of business networks and their proliferation. Using multiple perspectives, the paper discusses the classic authors, as well as contemporary references. It also analyzes the concept of networks and their importance, from a system's perspective.The systemic analysis emphasizes a holistic interpretation, considers the environment, the interdependence of the parts and the business inter-organisation actions. More than a theory, the systemic view can be understood as a model of empirical analysis, used to better understand complex phenomena. Considering inter-organisational relations, the systemic approach consists of the mechanism to understand the dynamics of business networks, their interface, especially considering their role in gaining a competitive advantage. 厂商将知识资产的控制权转移给研发机构能提升研发外包的创新绩效,但同时面临知识泄露风险。本文建立委托代理模型,分别分析在一次性合作和长期合作两种情形下,厂商面对研发机构的知识泄露决策所采取的知识资产控制权转移策略。结论表明,在一定契约机制与信誉机制的结合下,厂商防范知识泄漏的知识资产转移策略只与竞争对手和厂商的市场利润差异以及合作期数相关,而与被转移知识的价值无关,且长期转移优于短期转移。  相似文献
