基于结合面的机床摄动分析及优化设计   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
从简单结构的动力学本构出发,采用撮动理论对基于结合面的机床整机动力学特性进行了分析,指出了结合面的参数变化对整体质量、刚度和阻尼矩阵的影响.通过对比摄动前后刚度和阻尼矩阵的变化,阐述了在整体刚度矩阵摄动下机床动态性能的变化规律,并对动梁式龙门机床进行了特征值的灵敏度分析和定量化动态优化设计,指出了4个结合面刚度对机床固有频率的影响程度,获得了将机床第1阶固有频率从29 Hz提高到35 Hz所需的导轨结合面的确定刚度值.有限元仿真结果表明,特征值一阶摄动法的误差在5%以内,从而为机床结合面的定量化设计提供了理论依据.  相似文献

利用Hyperworks建立某车型车门的有限元模型,对车门固有频率、下沉刚度进行求解,并通过模态试验验证了有限元模型的有效性。为了提高结构优化效率,采用灵敏度分析方法确定对车门质量、下沉刚度和一阶固有频率敏感的部件。然后,以质量和下沉刚度为设计目标,一阶固有频率为约束条件对车门相应部件厚度尺寸进行多目标优化设计。计算结果显示,优化后的车门质量下降明显,下沉刚度有所提高,且一阶固有频率基本保持不变,实现了结构的轻量化目标。  相似文献

为了深入研究大跨度多塔悬索桥的动力特性,基于ANSYS软件建立了某大跨度四塔悬索桥的三维有限元模型,采用Block Lanczos法进行模态分析,以获得该桥的自振频率和振型,并分析了主缆矢跨比、恒载集度、主梁刚度以及中塔刚度等结构关键参数对其动力特性的影响.结果表明:该桥基频为0.071 71 Hz,对应振型为主梁一阶正对称侧弯;增大矢跨比有利于提高大桥颤振性能;随着恒载集度的增加,结构各阶自振频率均有不同程度的下降;增大主梁横向和扭转刚度可分别提高主梁侧弯和扭转频率,而增大主梁竖弯刚度对主梁竖弯频率影响较小;主梁一阶竖弯频率随着中塔纵向刚度的增大而显著提高.研究结果可为大跨度多塔悬索桥的结构设计与动力分析提供参考.  相似文献

数控内齿强力珩齿机是一种高效、高精度的齿轮加工机床,床身是整机的重要基础件,提高床身的动态特性对保障珩齿机的加工精度有重要意义。文章通过有限元软件建立了床身的有限元模型,并通过模态分析得到床身的前4阶模态频率和振型;对床身进行了模态试验,并通过整体多项式拟合法得到床身的前4阶试验模态参数,通过对比模态试验和仿真结果验证了有限元模型的正确性;在仿真分析和模态试验的基础上,提出了2种床身结构优化方案,并再次通过模态分析得到最佳的优化方案;最终,在保证床身质量变化较少的前提下将床身的一阶固有频率从178.33Hz增加到203.14Hz,为床身的结构优化设计提供了一定的理论依据。  相似文献

文章在分析电动轿车车身结构的基础上,采用HyperWorks软件,建立了某款电动轿车白车身有限元模型,并对其进行了扭转刚度分析、弯曲刚度分析、自由模态分析;在此基础上通过灵敏度分析选出顶盖、前地板、后地板、侧围外板、外挡泥板、后轮罩、地板纵梁的板厚作为优化变量,以一阶模态避开路面对汽车的激励频率(大于25Hz)及扭转刚度满足设计要求为约束,以白车身总质量、弯曲刚度为优化目标,运用全局响应面法进行多目标优化,以获得较好的改进方案。  相似文献

以凸轮轴高速数控磨床主轴系统为研究对象,对主轴系统进行了三维有限元建模.建模过程中,将轴承支承简化为弹性支承,利用有限元分析软件Ansys Workbench对主轴系统进行了静力学分析、模态分析以及谐响应分析.得出主轴系统应力应变云图,主轴系统的前6阶固有频率和振型以及频响曲线图,并计算出主轴系统的静刚度和相应的临界转速.分析结果说明,主轴系统在工作过程中不会发生共振,且主轴的共振频率范围发生在2 800 Hz附近.对主轴系统的静刚度进行试验测试验证有限元分析的可靠性,两者之间的误差为12.9%.  相似文献

对车门动态特性进行分析,通过改变某些局部结构,提高整车的NVH性能。得到怠速工况下主要激励频率在30Hz左右,车门的第一阶固有频率在27左右,没有避开发动机的主激励频率。窗口部位二阶振型刚度较弱,会影响到玻璃的升降和车门的密封性。每一阶的振型图上都能看出车门外板的刚度弱,可以采用加强板或者添加加强材料的方法,来增强局部刚度。  相似文献

利用有限元分析软件,对空间钢筋混凝土交错空腹桁架结构进行线性模态分析.在对该结构体系进行模态分析后,提取对结构有影响的前12阶模态,列出每一阶模态的自振周期及主振型,用于考察结构的质量分布和结构刚度.分析结果表明,该结构体系的振动周期较小,结构整体刚度较大,介于相同条件的框架和剪力墙之间.  相似文献

车身是轿车的关键总成,其结构决定了整车的力学特性,对白车身进行模态分析不仅能考察车身的刚度特性,而且可以对车身结构进行灵敏度及优化分析.文章建立了某轿车白车身有限元模型,考虑了白车身覆盖件板厚对一阶弯曲和扭转模态频率的影响及灵敏度分析,基于灵敏度分析结果抽取对模态频率影响较大的部件进行优化分析,以提高白车身一阶扭转频率为目标进行优化,以增强白车身强度.  相似文献

针对用于航空发动机转子系统中的弹性环式支承结构刚度特性问题,开展其动刚度分析和实验测试以及其对转子系统固有特性影响分析研究.首先,建立弹性环式支承结构有限元模型,对其动刚度进行计算,并进行动刚度测试与验证,经实验所得测试结果与仿真计算的结果趋势一致,证明了对弹性环式支承结构的动刚度分析方法的有效性.然后,建立了带弹性环式支承结构的转子系统有限元模型,研究了转子系统在静刚度和动刚度条件下对临界转速的影响.结果表明,弹性环式支承结构动刚度对临界转速的影响较为明显,其中一阶临界转速降低了26%,且产生了新的共振频率,因此分析转子系统固有特性时应充分考虑支承结构的动刚度影响.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
