Si3N4-MgO-CeO2陶瓷烧结过程中的致密化与相变   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
氮化硅陶瓷有极大的应用潜力,但由于其强共价键,很难烧结致密化。采用了一种新的MgO-CeO2复合烧结助剂,利用X射线衍射、透射电镜等手段研究了MgO-CeO2复合烧结助剂对氮化硅陶瓷致密化和相变过程的影响,结果发现对Si3N4-MgO-CeO2陶瓷,在1450℃就会有大量液相出现,1500~1550℃为快速致密化阶段,而α-Si3N4→β-Si3N4相变主要发生在1550~1600℃,相变过程滞后于致密化过程。常压烧结Si3N4-MgO-CeO2陶瓷,强度达948MPa,因此,MgO-CeO2是一种非常有效的氮化硅的烧结助剂。  相似文献

研究了LCASSiCwZrO2 复合材料的力学性能及其微观结构.力学性能分析表明:SiCw 增韧和ZrO2 相变增韧的加和性不是简单地叠加,SiCw 增韧提高了ZrO2 相变增韧效果.体积分数分别为55 % ,30% ,15% 的LCAS,SiCw ,ZrO2 复合材料的断裂韧性K1C和抗弯强度σb 达到6-4 MPa·m1/2 和331-7 MPa.透射电镜(TEM) 图象表明:复合材料中ZrO2 起了应力诱导相变增韧作用;LCAS/SiCw 界面较清晰,其宽度约15 nm ;搭在LCAS/SiCw 界面两侧的杆状TiC 颗粒增加了界面结合强度  相似文献

通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)对溅射沉积在非晶碳膜基底上的银超微粒的长期观察发现,在自然环境下,Ag/Ag2O与还原形成的Ag两类微粒相继开始硫化演变。两类微粒均经过Ag2SO4中间过程逐渐变成了Ag2S2O7微粒,同时粒径也进一步变大,出现 大微粒“吞噬”小微粒的现象。观察结果还表明,在碳膜基底上还原形成的Ag超微粒较Ag/Ag2O超微粒稳定。粒径变化也较慢。  相似文献

本文将高强、高模量的SiC晶须引入以Y2O3稳定的ZrO2(t)相变增韧Al2O3基陶瓷材料[即ZTA(Y)]中.研究了不同晶须含量对复合材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性的影响.实验结果表明,SiC晶须能明显提高ZTA(Y)陶瓷基复合材料的强度和韧性,体积含量为20%的SiC晶须的复合材料性能可达:σbb=830MPa,Kic=9.8MPam1/2.通过与SiCw/Al2O3复合材料系统的比较分析,认为SiCw/ZTA(Y)复合材料中,由于热膨胀系数差异所产生的基体中的张应力可由诱导ZrO2(t)的马氏体相变来缓解,其中存在着相变增韧和晶顺补强的双重强韧化机制  相似文献

本文通过两种不同成因海泡石化学成分特征的研究发现,热液型海泡石和沉积型海泡石的化学组成有较大差异,热液型纤维状海泡石MgO、SiO2含量高,Al2O3含量低,为富镁海泡石;沉积型粘土状海泡石MgO、SiO2含量低,Al2O3含量高,为富铝海泡石。而且,两种不同成因的海泡石结晶形态的差异与其化学组成密切相关;热液型海泡石Mg2+、Si4+高,Al3+低,接近理想值,易结晶形成长纤维状;而沉型积海泡石Mg2+、Si4+较低,Al3+高,结晶颗粒细小,为粘土状,但在电镜下观察仍呈纤维状。  相似文献

本采用电子探针和扫描电镜分析Al2O3t/Al-Si合金复合材料的界面和拉伸断口形貌,发现界面处有Mg富集;Al-Si合金很好地润湿Al2O3纤维,并形成共格、半共格混合界面,提高了界面结合强度;纤维被剪切断裂,无拔出现象。  相似文献

复合稳定ZrO2在高温热处理过程中,发生立方相向四方相的相变,由于Y2O3或Ce2O3和MgO的复合稳定作用,相变过程产生大量介稳的t-ZrO2析出体。可相变四方相含量随热处理时间而增加,其中外2mol%Y2O3的(Y,Mg)-PSZ/MgAl2O4材料处理至800h仍未降低。热处理过程中Y2O3和Ce2O3始终存在于晶格中稳定ZrO2.复合稳定剂充分体现了对立方和四方相的稳定作用,多元PSZ的稳  相似文献

对离子交换法处理钨矿物原料苏打压煮的母液进行了全面研究,系统测定了不同树脂对WO及CO的吸附性能及两者的分离系数,查明了从上述溶液中吸附WO的最佳条件。在流速为2cm/min的条件下,对含WO327.04g/L,CO12.23g/L,Cl ̄-2g/L及少量P,As,Si杂质的模拟工业料液而言,强碱性阴离子交换树脂D213吸附WO的交换容量达227.9mgWO3/g干树脂.最终解吸液成分符合制取高纯APT的要求,含CO的交后液可部分返回苏打压煮过程以回收Na2CO3。  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
