利用离子束混合方法在Sm质量分数为20%的Sm-Fe多层薄膜中,当注入能量为60keV的N离子时,成功地制备出Sm-Fe-N磁性薄膜.经透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析发现:当N离子的注入剂量为1×1017/cm2时,形成Sm2Fe17Nx磁性薄膜;而N离子的注入剂量为2×1017/cm2时,Sm-Fe多层薄膜转变成非晶磁性薄膜,而且Sm2Fe17Nx磁性薄膜和Sm-Fe-N非晶磁性薄膜的磁性(饱和磁性强度、矫顽力)与注入前的Sm-Fe薄膜相比有明显的提高  相似文献

实验通过球磨α-Fe和脲的混合粉末,制得α’-Fe(N)超细粉末,N原子含量为8.8at%,饱和磁化强度σ为242.7emu/g。样品经160℃真空退火4小时,α′-Fe(N)相部分转变为α″-Fe16N12相,此时样品的饱和磁化强度σs提高到252.0emu/g,样品中α″-Fe16N2相含量约21wt%,其σs为287.3emu/g。热分析表明,在150℃-200℃,α′-Fe(N)相转移为α  相似文献

研究了添加Dy和Nb对纳米复合Pr2Fe14B/α-Fe永磁合金形成,组织结构及磁性的影响。结果表明:Pr9Fe85B6非晶带的晶化过程,在α-Fe相初始晶化之后,出现Pr2Fe23B3亚稳相,最终形成Pr2Fe14B+α-Fe两相组织.而添加Dy或同时添加Dy和Nb后晶化过程不出现亚稳相.添加Dy和Nb元素显著地提高了纳米复合永磁合金的磁性能。最终获得了磁性能为Hci=702.4kA/m,Br=1.03T,(BH)max=132.6kJ/m3的纳米晶复合Pr8Dy1Fe84Nb1B6永磁材料。  相似文献

采用单辊急冷法并晶化退火制备了高剩磁,高矫顽力和高磁能积的(NdDy)2(FeNb)14B/α-Fe纳米复合永磁合金,其最佳磁性能分别为Br=1.02T,Hei=702kA/m(BH)max=134kJ/m^3,合金的组织结构由硬磁相(NdDy)2(FeNb)14B和软磁相α-Fe在纳米级范围内复合而成,两相的平均晶粒尺寸为30nm,该咱合金优异的磁性能起源于纳米晶硬磁相和软磁相之间的磁交换耦合作  相似文献

采用快淬及退火工艺,通过非晶晶化制备了两种成分的纳米晶,即Nd2F314B/α-Fe永磁合金。研究了添加Dy+Ga和晶化工艺对合金磁性能的影响,研究结果表明,三元Nd8.5Fe86B5.5合金晶化是由3个过程组成的,而添加Dy+Ga的Nd7.5Dy1Fe85Ga2合金化是由2个过程组成的,与三元合金相比,添加Dy+Ga可改变α-Fe和Nd2F14B相的形成温度及细化两相晶粒,可以显著提高合金的磁性  相似文献

在超高真空条件下(10-7Pa)蒸发沉积Fe-Y和Fe-Dy成分调制多层膜。短周期(3~7nm)膜用于结构与热稳定性研究;长周期(20~50nm)膜用于离子束混合非晶化研究。Fe单层厚≥2.4nm时为体心立方(bcc)结构,无明显择优取向。Dy单层厚>2.4nm时为六角密集(hcp)结构,非晶沉积态经300℃加热开始晶化,600℃退火完全转变为bcc结构Fe和hcp结构Dy(hcp结构Y).200℃等温退火,磁化强度随时间而增加,温度越高增加速率越大。用90~120keV的Ar+在室温下进行长周期多层膜的离子束混合。在1×1017cm-2注量达到均匀混合,且导致非晶化,平均成分为Fe60Dy40的膜无残余晶态。离子束混合还导致磁性变化,饱和磁化强度随注量增加而下降。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
