邛莫金矿床中的灰硒汞矿

灰硒汞矿是一种少见的矿物。该文叙述的灰硒汞矿产于西秦岭南亚带邛莫微细浸染型金矿床中。与其共生的矿物有自然金、灰硒铅矿、硒锑矿、硒镍矿、硒－辉锑矿、硒－块硫锑铜矿、硒－辉砷镍矿等。该矿物呈铅灰色，金属光泽，粒度０．０１～０．０５ｍｍ，显微硬度ＶＨＮ５０＝３２～５５ｋｇ／ｍｍ２。该矿物含：Ｈｇ６７．０６％～７７．２０％，Ｓｅ１７．７３％～３３．０１％，Ｓ０．４４％～５．１８％，计算的分子式为Ｈｇ０．８３４９（Ｓｅ０．８７３３８Ｓ０．１２６２）１．００００，简式为ＨｇＳｅ。Ｘ射线粉晶分析最强的线是０．３４９５ｎｍ（１０，１１１）、０．２１４２ｎｍ（８，２２０）和０．１８２６ｎｍ（８，３１１）。据此得该矿物的晶胞参数α＝０．６０７９４ｎｍ。     

不同月龄Beagle犬的心电图研究

对不同月龄的６６只健康Ｂｅａｇｌｅ犬采用３％戊巴比妥钠麻醉，进行了９个导联的心电图描记和分析。结果表明：健康Ｂｅａｇｌｅ犬为窦性心律：３０月龄以下育成犬心律平均为１７３．８次／分，种用犬（５０月龄以上）心率平均为１３１．７次／分；二者经统计学处理，有极显著差异。Ｐ波间期平均为０．０５１±０．０１３Ｓｅｃ。Ｐ波振幅平均０．０６１ｍｖ，Ｐ波直立在导联中占９２．６％，在ａＶＲ导联中Ｐ波倒置率９８．７５％；ＱＲＳ波间期均值为：０．０２７±０．００５Ｓｅｃ。在Ⅱ导联中范围为０．０２－０．０４Ｓ－ｅｃ。在各导联中，Ⅰ导联以ｒ波为主（５１．８５％），Ⅱ导联以Ｒｓ波多见（５０％），Ｑｒ波和ｑｒ波在ａＶＲ导联中出现较多（３８．８９％，３１．４８％）。Ｔ波在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、ａｖＦ、Ⅴ１、Ⅴ２、Ⅴ３导联中直立为主，在ａｖＬ导联中倒置多见（８９．２％，７３．１％）。Ｔ波方向与ＱＲＳ波一致。Ｔ波振幅平沟０．１３７ｍｖ。Ｐ－Ｒ间期范围在此０。０７５－０．１４０Ｓｅｃ。在９个导联中，无明显Ｓ－Ｐ段偏移。Ｐ－Ｐ间隔＜０．０１Ｓｅｃ。     

高效液相色谱法测定1－硝基蒽醌和1－氨基蒽醌

探讨了１－硝基蒽醌（１－ＮＯ＿２ＡＱ）和１－氨基蒽醌（１－ＮＨ＿２ＡＱ）同时测定和分别测定的色谱条件，提出了在Ｓｈｉｍ－ｐａｃｋＣＬＳＳ－ＳＩＬ色谱柱上，以正庚烷－１，４二氧六环－乙酸乙酯（６５：３５：５（Ｖ／Ｖ）为流动相，流量为１．５ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，柱温４０℃，以分光光度检测器于２５４ｎｍ处检测时，４ｍｉｎ内使１－ＮＯ＿２ＡＱ与１－ＮＨ＿２ＡＱ分离；５ｍｉｎ使１－ＮＨ＿２ＡＱ与杂质分离；７ｍｉｎ可使１－ＮＯ＿２ＡＱ与杂质分离的高效液相色谱分析法。其绝对检出下限１－ＮＯ＿２ＡＱ为０．０１２μｇ，１－ＮＨ＿２ＡＱ为０．０２６μｇ，变异系数分别为１．１％和０．９６％，回收率分别为９９．７％和１００．２％。     

抗坏血酸在钼蓝法测定微量SiO2中的应用

研究了以抗坏血酸为还原剂，用光度法测定碳化硅超细粉中微量ＳｉＯ２的方法，结果表明，最大吸收波长为８００ｎｍ，表观摩尔吸光系数为２．５０＊１０＾４Ｌ／（ｍｏｌ．ｃｍ），线性范围为０．０５－０．０７ｍｇ／Ｌ，平均回收率为９９．３２％，ＲＳＤ为１．６７％，该法适用于碳化硅超细粉中微量ＳｉＯ２的测定。     

HPLC法同时测定苦豆子中苦参碱与氧化苦参碱

用反相高效液相色谱法分离并测定了苦豆子中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱建立了该中药中苦参碱与氧化苦参碱分离、测定的色谱方法．色谱条件：ＯＤＳ柱，甲醇－水－三乙胺（５５：４５：０．０２Ｖ／Ｖ）为流动相，紫外检测波长为２１５ｎｍ．     

聚苯乙烯载体亲和层析纯化尿激酶

聚苯乙烯经磺化后连接手臂６－氨基己酸，然后偶联配基对氨基苯甲脒，制成亲水性的亲和载体。载体的最适配基密度为每克湿载体３２μｍｏｌ，最适吸附条件为ｐＨ７．５、０．０５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸缓冲液（含ＮａＣｌ０．５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ）。在ｐＨ４．０、０．１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ醋酸缓冲溶液（含ＮａＣｌ０．５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ）中，采用０～１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ　ＮａＳＣＮ梯度洗脱，可将比活８．３３μｍｏｌ·Ｓ－１·ｍｇ－１的粗酶纯化５０倍，收率大于５３％。     

酵母菌多糖对肉鸡促长增重的作用

酵母菌多糖（ＹＰＳ）是一种具有生物活性的新型微生态调节剂。用适量的ＹＰＳ对肉鸡进行肌注和饮服，均可使鸡增重，在喂给含喹乙醇添加剂的全价商品饲料中，１－２组（饮服ＹＰＳ剂量为２０ｍｇ／ｋｇ）和３－４组（肌注ＹＰＳ剂量为２ｍｇ／只）肉鸡的增重效果显著，分别为４．００％和３．４５％；在喂给不含喹乙醇添加剂的全价商品饲料中，２－２组（饮服ＹＰＳ剂量为４０ｍｇ／ｋｇ）和２－３组（肌注ＹＰＳ剂量为２ｍｇ／只）肉鸡的增重效果显著，分别为６．３０％６．０３％。此外，２－２组的肉料比最低（１：２．０８），饲料报酬比对照组提高６．７２％。

锆钛酸铅铁电薄膜的MOD工艺制备及其性能研究

致密、纯钙钛矿结构的ＰＺＴ（５０／５０）铁电薄膜已用ＭＯＤ工艺（金属有机物热分解工艺）获得．通过优化原料的提纯和合成工艺，消除了原料中微量杂质离子，控制ＰＺＴ先体溶液合成时的环境温度，制得透明、稳定的锆钛酸铅先体溶液．采用多次甩胶成膜法，经４００～５００℃热处理，在Ｐｔ／ＳｉＯ２／Ｓｉ衬底上制得ＰＺＴ（５０／５０）薄膜，膜厚５２０ｎｍ，其介电常数为２７０，损耗角正切为０．０３５（１ｋＨｚ，０．０５Ｖ测试电压），其绝缘电阻率为１０～１００ＴΩ·ｃｍ，剩余极化强度为２０．６μＣ／ｃｍ２，饱和极化强度为２７．７μＣ／ｃｍ２，矫顽场强为８０ｋＶ／ｃｍ     

梯形聚甲基倍半硅氧烷(PMSQ)/聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混物的相特性

ＰＭＳＱ／ＰＶＣ（１００／０，７０／３０，５０／５０，３０／７０，０／１００）共混物由溶液浇法制备．经透射电镜观察到该共混物呈微观分相，但两相间界面较模糊；当ＰＶＣ含量增至７０％时，发生相逆转．所有共混物的扭辫曲线均只有唯一的玻璃化转变，并且由扭辫技术测得的ＰＭＳＱ／ＰＣ共混物的Ｔｇ与由经验公式计算值相吻合，ＰＭＳＱ、ＰＶＣ在ＴＢＡ测试尺度上的相容性较好．由于ＰＭＳＱ中的ＳｉＯＨ在第一次升温中当温度高于３１８Ｋ时发生进一步交联反应，所有共混物二次加热后的Ｔｇ均比第一次升温时高，热历史对ＰＭＳＱ／ＰＶＣ共混物的Ｔｇ影响较大     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
