宝钢冷轧支撑辊油膜轴承的维护与保养

油膜轴承是冶金设备中非常重要的备件,目前世界上绝大多数轧机支承辊轴承都采用油膜轴承.宝钢股份冷轧厂2030五机架冷连轧机和1420五机架冷连轧机支承辊采用的均是的油膜轴承.2030五机架冷连轧机由于是80年代投产的老轧机,其支撑辊油膜轴承是80年代的第三代产品.而90年代投产的1420五机架冷连轧机,其支撑辊油膜轴承就为第四代产品.为了保证油膜轴承的正常运行,以及轧机轧制带钢产品的几何精度,油膜轴承的维护和保养是一个值得研究的课题.     

大型轧机油膜轴承试验台三维实体造型研究

轧机油膜轴承是轧机的"心脏",是轧钢机械的重要组成部分.为全面开展轧机油膜轴承理论及试验研究,我校投资建立了大型轧机油膜轴承试验台,填补了国内空白.为使试验台成为新型轧机油膜轴承理论及试验研究的重要基地,更好地起到宣传和展示轧机油膜轴承的重要窗口作用,作者采用三维CAD软件INVENTOR进行了试验台三维实体造型研究,为开展全方位的试验研究奠定了客观坚实的测绘和试验基础.     

轧机油膜轴承的技术发展与润滑优化

概略地介绍了轧机油膜轴承技术发展的进程和方向.通过油膜轴承与滚动轴承在轧机上应用的优劣比较,重点论述了轧机油膜轴承施行润滑优化新管理模式的紧迫性和必要性.     

大型板带轧机油膜轴承锥套载荷特性实验研究

通过对轧机油膜轴承锥套载荷分布的模拟实验研究, 给出了轧机油膜轴承锥套载荷测试的新方法.为精轧机提高轴承寿命的研究工作提供了可靠的实验手段与试验数据, 实验结果对大型轧机油膜轴承锥套损伤机理研究具有重要参考价值.     

轧机油膜轴承污染失效及其对策

分析了轧机油膜轴承的原理结构,常见失效形式及对策.针对机械锁紧式KL型轧机油膜轴承,提出了避免油膜轴承污染失效的方法.通过计算机械锁紧力,控制两轴承座相对位置,有效地避免了因轴承的轴向窜动而引起的油膜轴承失效.     

轧机油膜轴承维护方法浅析

从轧机油膜轴承的工作特点与基本组成结构分析入手，探讨了轧机油膜轴承的在线维护和离线维护的方法，并据此阐述了做好轧机油膜轴承的维护工作在确保轧机系统正常运行并延长轧机油膜轴承乃至整个轧机使用寿命上的重要作用与意义。     

轧机油膜轴承设计技术研究

讨论了热弹流动力润滑的设计计算技术,对建立轧机油膜轴承标准的可行性进行了分析;对油膜轴承结构及设计准则进行了分析,对油膜轴承监测及控制进行了讨论.这些研究旨在推进轧机润滑优化工程及油膜轴承全生命周期设计.

从实践出发,论述了轧机油膜轴承动压润滑原理和润滑系统的设计方法,系统地介绍了轧机油膜轴承润滑系统的设计原则及油膜轴承润滑系统各部分的组成及其各润滑元件的功能特征等.

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
