北京市建设生态城市的综合评价研究

基于生态城市的内涵，结合北京市目前城市建设的具体情况，本文参照宋永昌等人提出的生态城市的评价指标体系，对北京市生态城市建设的程度进行横向和纵向比较与评价，指出其在城市建设过程中存在的问题，提出从加强基础设施建设、改善城市环境质量、合理配置资源、提高资源综合利用率、强化城市管理等方面进行北京市生态城市建设的对策。     

生态城市建设经济效益的动态评价

生态城市建设是实现城市经济社会可持续发展的重要目标,研究生态城市建设经济效益评价对城市的规划发展具有重大的指导意义。笔者分析了生态城市的内涵及国内外生态城市建设的现状,从构建生态城市的评价指标体系着手,提出了对生态城市的投入成本与产出效益进行动态评价和敏感性分析的思路,为生态城市建设及选择优先的投资领域和最佳方案提供一定的科学依据。     

生命周期评价方法学在生态城市评价体系中的应用研究

本文以生命周期评价方法学、城市生态环境学原理为指导,提出生态城市的内涵和目标、实施基本原则、基本方法、基本特征,生命周期评价清单分析方法、评价的具体指标及量化方法,为具体评定城市的生态化程度提供技术依据及量化标准.     

城市生态安全评价指标体系与结构功能分析

城市生态安全评价指标体系结构功能分析是建立科学、和谐的评价指标体系的基础,可为我国建立生态城市理论研究和实践提供依据．在“环境指标P-S-R概念模型”基础上进行补充,在响应部分细分为观念意识响应和行动措施响应,构建4个层次的城市生态安全评价指标体系．第1层次是目标层。即生态安全评价综合指数;第2层次是项目层,由生态安全意识、生态安全政策、生态安全防控体系、社会状态、资源状态组成;第3层次是评价因素层;第4层次是指标层．建立评价指标体系以科学性、引领性、和谐性作为原则,采用AHP法,结合专家咨询,通过定性与定量控制确定项目层、因素层、指标层各指标的权重．以“意识-存在”互作为切入点,强调基于“观念”、“意识”,结合城市基础设施和生态环境进行城市生态安全评价,并对指标体系的结构和功能进行了分析,     

上海城市森林评价指标体系

从森林可持续经营的标准与指标体系的研究、森林环境功能效益计量指标体系研究、林农复合生态系统评价指标体系的研究、森林生态体系总体和分类指标体系和标准的研究以及已有的城市森林相关的评价与指标体系研究共五个方面对国内外相关报道进行综述的基础上,提出城市森林评价体系PSR框架,并指出了今后城市森林此类研究的难点和需要努力的方向．     

温州生态城市建设指标体系与综合评价

生态城市是可持续发展理念在城市建设过程中的具体体现,是人与自然高度和谐的城市发展模式,是实施可持续发展战略的必然选择.以温州市生态城市建设为例,参照宋永昌等提出的生态城市评价方法,从经济发展、环境保护和社会进步三个方面构建了温州市生态城市指标体系,并对该市生态化程度进行了综合评价。     

上海中山环路沿圈复合生态评价及防减灾优化方向

上海中山环路沿是城市灾害的高发区，城市综合灾害的诱发和灾损后果与城市自然生态，经济生态，社会生态等因素的背景条件有控制约相关关系，为防灾减灾目的，应用模糊矩阵数学方法对中山环沿圈的１２个统计小区，选用１３个相关因子进行复合生态总体综合评价，评价结论很差和较差的６个小区是灾害重点防治小区，并提出了复合生态因子的优化方向。     

县级生态城市综合评价--以普兰店市为例

以普兰店市为例进行县级生态城市评价与规划目标研究,首先应用加权综合评价法进行生态城市的综合评价,建立评价生态城市的指标体系,然后再用层次分析法确定各项评价指标的权重。计算出普兰店市创建生态城市的综合评价值．根据综合评价值和子系统评价值分析普兰店市创建生态城市的优势和制约因索,在此基础上探讨城市发展的规划目标．     

关于生态城市建设的几点思考

针对我国生态城市建设过程中存在的问题,本文在明确生态城市的内涵及评价体系的基础上,提出建设生态城市的一些具体规划,以期推动我国城市生态化发展和生态城市建设工作的开展。     

吉林省生态经济城市评价指标体系的建立及应用

生态经济城市是依据生态学原理提出的一类社会-经济-生态环境协调发展的城市,是包括生产和生活在内的综合性、全方位、全新的城市发展模式.在对生态经济城市的概念、内涵以及国内外生态经济城市评价指标进行分析的基础上,确立了生态经济城市评价指标选取原则,采用专家咨询的定性和定量信息相结合的方法构建了吉林省生态经济城市评价指标体系.采用加权求和与加权求积相结合的多指标综合评价模型,计算了2000-2004年吉林省生态经济城市的发展度,并对该时间段吉林省生态经济城市发展的程度、速度以及潜力进行了分析与排序.建立的指标体系,对于正确认识吉林省生态经济城市建设成果和发展规律,促进城市经济与环境可持续发展具有重要意义.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
