采用HF-200渣膜热流模拟仪获取了两种不同Li_2O含量的高铝钢连铸保护渣的固态渣膜和水淬渣,通过研磨、过筛和压样得到满足热膨胀仪实验尺寸的样品.利用热膨胀曲线(thermal expansion curve,TEC)法测定保护渣结晶比及其重现性,并通过DSC方法进行验证.结果表明:TEC方法能够测定保护渣的结晶比,其结果的重现性较好,相差最大2.7%,并且TEC测定结果与DSC测定结果相吻合;TEC开始收缩温度点和DSC玻璃化转变温度点一致,比DSC出现峰值的温度点要低;相比DSC法,TEC方法不会因为基线而产生积分误差,是一种研究保护渣结晶性能较好的方法.  相似文献

针对连铸保护渣中氟含量的测定,实验采用了选择性电极测量的方法,该法测量氟离子含量的准确性高,且操作简便.实验通过测量不同pH、温度和熔样熔剂条件下电极电势,讨论了三个单一变量对氟离子选择性电极测量结果的影响,从而得出最佳的测量条件,进一步降低连铸保护渣中氟化物的测定误差,为选择性电极测量法在连铸保护渣中氟含量测定中的应用奠定基础.  相似文献

试制不同粒径及粒度分布的保护渣颗粒,用强度测试仪和XL30扫描电镜对保护渣颗粒强度、形貌特征及显微结构进行检测,研究保护渣颗粒强度的影响因素。结果表明,0.3~0.6mm保护渣颗粒比率和致密度是影响其强度的主要因素,加入适中的黏结剂和分散剂,可增大0.3~0.6mm保护渣颗粒的比率、改善致密度,从而增大保护渣颗粒总体强度;延长球磨时间,可增大小粒度原料比率及保护渣颗粒强度。  相似文献

针对在结晶器喂稀土过程中,稀土的氧化产物进入保护渣熔融层,影响和限制了保护渣冶金性能发挥的主要问题,系统测定了稀土氧化物对结晶器保护渣熔化温度、黏度和结晶温度的影响.结果表明,随稀土氧化物含量增加,保护渣熔化温度、黏度和结晶温度显著升高.保护渣中添加少量B2O3和Li2O作为新的助熔剂使用,可以显著削弱稀土氧化物对保护渣理化性能的影响.进而可以为开发成分和性能更为合理的新型稀土钢结晶器保护渣提供理论依据.  相似文献

通过对差示扫描量热(DSC)曲线的分析,建立了渣膜结晶比计算模型。利用配制已知结晶比的标样,考察了差热分析法确定渣膜结晶比的准确性,并在实验室对工业用中碳钢和低碳钢板坯保护渣制备的渣膜结晶比进行了测定。结果表明:差热分析测量再结晶热焓的方法可以用于渣膜结晶比的判定,相对误差为0~5.03%;用于连铸中碳钢的保护渣渣膜结晶比为88.6%,而低碳钢保护渣的渣膜结晶比为55.0%,其大小趋势与实际要求一致。  相似文献

连续铸钢过程中结晶器保护渣的粘度和熔点会对铸坯质量产生较大的影响,采用RDS-04全自动炉渣熔点熔速测定仪和HF-201型结晶器渣膜热流粘度测试仪,分别测定了保护渣的粘度和熔点。结果表明,在一定矿物组成范围内,保护渣的熔化温度随萤石含量、纯碱含量的增加而降低;随石英砂含量的增加而增加;熔化温度随硅灰石含量先增加后降低。而保护渣粘度随石英砂、硅灰石含量的增加而增加,随萤石、纯碱含量的增加而降低。  相似文献

在实验室模拟研究了结晶器内酸性保护渣的传热情况。结果表明:增加保护渣的粘度、提高保护渣的凝固温度,结晶器与坯壳之间渣膜的传热系数和热流密度都减小而热阻增加,通过调整保护渣的性能,可调节渣膜的传热系数,使其适应连铸坯生产的要求。  相似文献

根据结晶器保护渣组成与成分范围,在实验渣成分设计的基础上,采用静滴法,利用渣金界面性质测定仪测定了不同碱度实验渣在不同温度下的表面张力。结果表明,在实验渣成分范围内,随着温度的升高,熔渣表面张力呈线性逐渐降低,温度升高100℃,熔渣表面张力约可降低215 m N/m,且熔渣表面张力的降低主要取决于温度升高所导致的离子间作用力减弱。随着碱度的增加,熔渣表面张力逐渐升高,其变化趋势与熔体聚合程度降低的趋势相一致。  相似文献

本文首先研究了保护渣常用的碳素材料—石墨、酸化石墨、炭化稻壳、炭黑的显微结构及燃烧、膨胀等特性。然后研究了配入不同碳素材料的模铸保护渣在膨胀、保温、熔化速度、对钢液增碳等性质上的差异。研究发现,模铸保护渣的上述性质与碳素材料的结构有密切的关系;采用酸化石墨和炭化稻壳或酸化石墨和石墨的复合配炭的模铸保护渣,具有较好的铺展性及膨胀保温性,液渣层形成快、可获得表面质量良好的钢锭。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
