Summary Constrictory responses of splenic resistance vessels arising under pressor reflexes were abolished by hexonium (2 mg/kg) as well as the high amplitude (above 15 V) impulses in sympathetic splenic nerves. Constrictory and dilatory responses of splenic capacitance vessels were preserved after administration of the same dose of hexonium and correlated as to the directivity with the changes of the low amplitude (15 V and lower) impulsation in the splenic nerve.  相似文献

Summary Pentobarbital concentrations of 10–100 M selectively inhibited the noradrenaline release evoked by activation of the nicotinic receptors on the terminals sympathetic nerves of the rabbit heart. Résumé Durant le refroidissement du ganglion cervical supérieur perfusé du chat, la réaction de la membrane nictitante est notablement plus sensible aux stimulations de haute que de basse fréquence. Aux températures élevées, c'est l'inverse.L'influence de la fréquence des stimulations a aussi été perceptible lors des expériences, au cours desquelles le rendement de l'acétylcholine a été déterminé. A 37°C, le rendement s'accorît sensiblement lorsqu'on accélère le rythme de stimulation. A 20°C, cependant un nombre croissant de chocs préganglionnaires n'augmente pas le rendement total de l'acétylcholine.  相似文献

Summary Electrical stimulation in lateral sites of the upper cervical spinal cord evoked vasodilatation after adrenergic blockade. Sympathetic fibres mediating sustained vasodilatation were shown to be separate from adrenergic sympathetic fibres since the adrenergic vasoconstrictor response in the paw evoked by vasomotor stimulation in the medulla was not reversed to vasodilatation after bretylium.Supported by USPHS Grant No. HL 08570 and part of thesis work by Dr.Rolewicz.  相似文献
