用共聚合方法制备了若丹明6G掺合在P(MMA+MAA)共聚物中的固体染料样品,对其进行了光谱和激光性能的研究,得到了泵浦光-染料激光转换效率15%,激射寿命2万脉冲以上的固体染料激光输出,并和其它基体的若丹明66固体染料激光进行了比较,对激光染料光和热稳定性进行了讨论。  相似文献

合成了带可聚合双键的若丹明,1,8-萘酰亚胺衍牲单体,并将它们与甲基丙烯酸甲酯共获得一系列双发色团共聚物。测定了其中各个单体的含量以及平均分子量。其吸收光谱显示,在基态下共聚物中两个发色团单体之间没有相互作用或作用很小。然而,在荧光光谱中发现某些共的中其N-AE部分荧光部分猝灭,而其R部分荧光增强,说明这些共聚物中存在着有效的分子内单线态-单线态能量传递现象。  相似文献

将两种若丹菁染料直接键合在抛光的单晶锗表面,对键合有若丹菁的锗片进行了激光Ra-man光谱及XPS谱分析,结果表明,两种染料通过锗氧键共价键合于锗表面。键合有染料的n-型锗片的In(Pt)/染料/n-Ge器件具有整流作用。  相似文献

基于对荧光式太阳能聚光器能量转换效率的分析,取用了荧光量子产率高的若丹明染料和苝红类颜料作为荧光物质,并制成了太阳能聚集器,进而讨论了它们的浓度效应、自吸收及光稳定性等。结果是:随着荧光染料浓度增加,其Stokes位移相应增大,因而自吸收现象明显降低;但在高浓度下由于分子间碰撞而引起的荧光猝灭将导致荧光量子产率下降。苝红颜料分散在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯中的量子产率比分散在DMF溶液中高,它具有优于若丹明的良好的光稳定性。  相似文献

应用Forster理论,对碱性荧光染料吖啶黄(AY)、碱性藏花红(ST)、罗丹明6G(R6G)、罗丹明B(RB)、乙基罗丹明B(ERB)、丁基罗丹明B(BRB)组成的各种染料混合体系的能量转移进行了研究.结果表明:在十二烷基苯磺酸钠水溶液中,AY分别与R6G,ST;R6G分别与RB,ERB,BRB间均能发生有效能量转移.研究了各种表面活性剂对碱性阳离子染料间能量转移的影响,结果表明:只有强极性的阴离子表面活性剂才能使碱性阳离子染料间发生有效能量转移.转移效率既与给体量子产率有关,又与受体量子产率有关,受体量子产率高的转移效果好;同类染料间的转移效果不如不同类染料间的转移效果好.  相似文献

应用荧光光谱法研究了水溶液体系中,苯酚磺酞类酸性染料苯酚红、甲酚红、氯酚红、溴酚红、甲酚紫与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)之间的相互作用.实验表明:苯酚磺酞类酸性染料对牛血清白蛋白的荧光有较强的猝灭作用,其荧光猝灭主要为静态猝灭,从荧光猝灭结果中求得不同温度下各种染料与BSA的结合常数K,发现染料取代基的引入使K值增大,且随反应温度上升K值下降.由染料与BSA反应焓变、熵变,确定染料与BSA的结合主要是静电引力.依据非辐射能量转移机理,探讨了不同温度下该类染料与BSA相互结合时,其给体-受体间距离和能量转移效率,进一步证实了该类反应为单一静态猝灭过程,且阐明了其猝灭机理是通过能量转移产生的.  相似文献

Much attention is devoted to fluorescent dyes especially those with potential in versatile applications. Reactions under "click" conditions between nonfluorescent 3 - azidocoumarins and terminal alkynes produced 3 -(1, 2, 3- triazol- 1 - yl)cournarins, a novel type of fluorescent dyes with intense fluorescence. The structures of the new coumarins were characterized by 1H NMR, MS, and IR spectra. Fluorescence spectra measurement demonstrated excellent fluorescence performance of the triazolylcoumarins and this click reaction is a promising candidate for bioconjugation and bioimaging applications since both azide and alkynes are quite inert to biological systems.  相似文献

Fluorescence imaging is perhaps the most powerful technique currently available for continuously observing the dynamic intracellular biochemistry of single living cells. However, fluorescent indicator dyes have been available only for simple inorganic ions such as Ca2+, H+, Na+, K+, Mg2+ and Cl-. We now report a fluorescent indicator for the adenosine 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate (cAMP) signalling pathway. The sensor consists of cAMP-dependent protein kinase in which the catalytic (C) and regulatory (R) subunits are each labelled with a different fluorescent dye such as fluorescein or rhodamine capable of fluorescence resonance energy transfer in the holoenzyme complex R2C2. When cAMP molecules bind to the R subunits, the C subunits dissociate, thereby eliminating energy transfer. The change in shape of the fluorescence emission spectrum allows cAMP concentrations and the activation of the kinase to be nondestructively visualized in single living cells microinjected with the labelled holoenzyme.  相似文献

应用荧光光谱法研究了水溶液体系中酸性染料四溴荧光素(TBF)、四碘荧光素(TIF)、四氯四碘荧光素(TCTIF)、四氯四溴荧光素(TCTBF)分别与碱性染料中性红(NR)之间的相互作用.实验表明:NR对各酸性染料的荧光都有较强的猝灭作用,据此求得不同温度下NR与各种酸性染料的结合常数K.发现K值随反应温度上升而下降,且随酸性染料取代基的电负性增加而增大,证实了该反应为单一静态猝灭过程.由反应焓变、熵变确定NR与酸性染料间的结合力主要是静电引力.依据非辐射能量转移机理,探讨了不同温度下各酸性染料与NR相互结合时,能量转移效率、能量给体与受体间距离r等参数,各体系r7 nm表明该荧光猝灭是通过非辐射能量转移过程产生的.并发现随着染料取代基的电负性增加,能量转移参数的某些变化规律.  相似文献

A water-soluble fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) probe for hypochlorous acid (HOCl), dansyl rhodamine B piperazinoacetohydrazide, was designed, synthesized and characterized. The dansyl moiety in the probe acted as a FRET donor and the rhodamine moiety acted as a FRET acceptor. 氟硼二吡咯(BODIPY)染料是一种新型的荧光染料,具备优良的光物理和光化学能性质,是近来化学研究的一个热点.通过密度泛函理论B3LYP/genecp的方法优化计算3种卤化BODIPY染料的分子结构,探讨了其分子结构与前线轨道、能量的关系.运用含时密度泛函理论(TD-DFT)计算它们在气相和溶液相中的吸收光谱.理论吸收光谱证实3种卤化BODIPY分子随着吸电子原子的增加及分子对称性的变化导致不同程度的红移,并且最大吸收峰均来自HOMO→LUMO(π→π*)跃迁.  相似文献

In acid medium, rhodamine B(RhB), rhodamine S(RhS), rhodamine 6G(RhG) and butyl rhodamine B(b-RhB) have a fluorescence peak at 580, 549, 553 and 580nm, respectively. BrO^-3 oxidizes excess I^- into I^-3 Rhodamine dyes combine I^-3 to form ion association nanoparticles, resulting in fluorescence quenching at 580, 549, 553 and 580 rim, respectively. The fluorescence quenching intensity is proportional to the concentration of BrO^-3 in the range of 0.020 4 - 0.710 μg/mL for RhB, 0.025 - 0. 512μg/mL for RhS, 0.025 - 0.260 μg/mL for RhG, 0.025 - 1.28μg/mL for b-RhB, respectively. In the four systems, RhB system has good stability and high sensitivity. Thus, a simple, sensitive fluorescence method was proposed for the determination of BrO^-3 in commercial bread additives and flours, with satisfactory results. The results of the fluorescence spectra and scan electron microscopy show that the formation of about 60 ran (RhB - I^-3) n association nanoparticles and the interface between the nanoparticles and solution are main factors that cause the fluorescence quenching.  相似文献

The conjugate of R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) and C-phycocyanin (C-PC) was synthesized through a heterobifunctional coupling reagent, N-succinimidyl 3-(2-pyridyldithio) propionate. The molar ratio of R-PE to C-PC was determined by absorption spectra, and the result was 2:1. The energy transfer phenomena were observed from steady-state fluorescence spectra. The calculated result showed that the energy transfer efficiency from R-PE to C-PC was 88%. The energy transfer kinetics was determined by picosecond time-resolved fluorescence spectra. The time constant of energy transfer from R-PE to C-PC was 80 ps, which was much longer than that in the rod of native phycobilisomes.  相似文献
