建立用高效薄层色谱法测定博性康速溶膜中苦参碱含量的方法。以苯 -丙酮 -乙酸乙酯 -浓氨试液 (2∶3∶4∶0 2 )为展开剂 ,扫描波长λS=480nm ,λR=6 5 0nm。结果显示 :苦参碱进样量 1~ 5 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 9996 ,平均回收率为 99 4%,RSD =2 0 9%(n =6 )。  相似文献

目的:建立仙方玉容膏中黄芪甲苷含量的高效薄层色谱测定方法。方法:以氯仿-甲醇-水(13∶6∶2)为展开剂,扫描波长λS=530nm,λR=700nm。结果:线性范围0 25~4ug,回收率97 6~103 4%,RSD2 84%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、灵敏、重线性好,可用于测定仙方玉容膏中黄芪甲苷含量和质量标准的控制。  相似文献

建立用高效薄层色谱快速测定知母药材中菝葜皂甙元的方法。药材用苯和20%盐酸共同回流提取,以苯-丙酮(9:1)为展开剂,扫描波长λS=445nm,λR=600nm。结果显示:菝葜皂甙元在0 5~4μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0 9991,平均回收率为98 7%。RSD=2 45%(n=5)。  相似文献

采用双波长薄层扫描法,以氯仿—甲醇—水(13∶7∶2)的下层溶液为展开剂,10%硫酸乙醇溶液显色,在105℃烘约5 min,λS=530 nm,λR=700 nm条件下扫描,以测定强骨颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量.结果表明:样品中黄芪甲苷分离完全,阴性供试品无干扰,黄芪甲苷在1.982~9.91μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9957,平均回收率为98.4%,RSD为2.1%,测得3批强骨颗粒中黄芪甲苷的平均含量为0.0639 mg/g.  相似文献

目的:测定麻黄水煎液及其泡沫中麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱含量。方法:采用RP-HPLC法测定。Diamonsil-C18(250mm*4.6 mm,5um);乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液(4:96)洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长210nm。结果:盐酸麻黄碱的回归方程为:Y=34195X-331.2,r=0.9998,在61.5~307.5mg.L-1范围线性关系良好;盐酸伪麻黄碱y=31131X-59.3,r=0.9996,在40.5~324 mg.L-1范围内线性良好。结论:麻黄水煎液及其泡沫中麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱含量基本一致。  相似文献

采用化学物质衍生结合同步荧光法,建立一种检测注射液中γ-氨基丁酸含量的方法.对γ-氨基丁酸的衍生产物进行同步荧光扫描,考察了影响体系荧光强度的因素.最佳实验条件为:8.0×10-3 mol/L硼砂缓冲液(pH=9.6),1.0×10-5 mol/L邻苯二甲醛-2.86×10-5 mol/Lβ-巯基乙醇组合试剂为衍生试剂,衍生时间60min,激发光、发射光通带宽度为5.0nm,λem=455.0nm,Δλ=120.0nm,检测液温度小于25℃.结果表明:在上述条件下获得的同步荧光光谱峰形最好,荧光强度最大.γ-氨基丁酸的线性范围为2.50~50.00μg/L,相关系数为0.999 0,检测限为0.79μg/L.本方法灵敏度高,操作简便,成本低,可用于注射液中γ-氨基丁酸含量的检测.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
