二氧化硫对菘蓝根尖生长及细胞分裂的影响

以二倍体菘蓝为材料,研究二氧化硫对菘蓝根尖生长及细胞分裂的影响,结果表明:低浓度二氧化硫对菘蓝根尖生长及细胞分裂没有影响;高浓度的(1.5～2.5mmol/L)二氧化硫能够抑制菘蓝根尖的生长,同时使细胞有丝分裂指数、发芽率下降,并诱发细胞分裂异常,且呈明显的时间效应和剂量效应。     

褪黑素对低温胁迫后菘蓝种子苗抗氧化性影响

目的以低温胁迫处理的菘蓝种子为起始材料,研究外源褪黑素对萌发种子苗的生长及抗氧化性的影响。方法褪黑素处理低温浸种菘蓝种子,测定萌发的种子幼苗中丙二醛含量以及相关抗氧化酶活性;测定植株根长和IAA含量。结果 10～500μmol/L适宜浓度的外源褪黑素可降低低温处理后菘蓝幼苗中的丙二醛含量,增强过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性,增加内源激素IAA的含量并促进幼苗根的伸长。其中500μmol/L褪黑素作用最显著,随着其浓度的进一步升高,褪黑素植物保护作用减弱。结论外源褪黑素处理菘蓝种子能降低膜脂过氧化水平,提高抗氧化酶的活性,减轻冷胁迫对幼苗生长过程中的氧化损伤,并且褪黑素可能通过影响植物体内IAA水平,刺激植物根生长。     

4种抗生素对菘蓝外植体生长的影响

对抗生素卡拉霉素和潮霉素进行菘蓝外植体抗性浓度筛选，结果表明不同外植体具有不同抗性．子叶芽分化阶段，卡拉霉素和潮霉素筛选浓度范围分别为10-50mg／L和5-30mg／L；下胚轴芽分化阶段的筛选浓度分别为15-50mg／L和10-30mg/L；分化苗生根时筛选浓度分别为30mg/L和20mg/L．芽分化阶段宜使用头孢霉素为抗菌剂，但分化苗生根时宜选用羧苄青霉素．

板蓝根的基础研究及临床应用

热加工降低板蓝根对狗肾上皮细胞的毒性

调查不同热加工阶段板蓝根样品对狗肾上皮细胞的毒性.选用常用于流感病毒检测和抗流感药物的狗肾上皮细胞作实验模型,采用MTT比色法研究菘蓝新鲜根、板蓝根、板蓝根煎剂三种样品对MDCK细胞的细胞毒性情况.结果显示:菘蓝新鲜根、板蓝根和板蓝根煎剂三种样品的细胞半数致死浓度分别为3.74、39.55和61.95 mg·mL-1.该结果表明,热加工可降低板蓝根对狗肾上皮细胞的细胞毒性,这可能与热加工过程中发生的美拉德反应相关.     

菘蓝色氨酸合成酶基因的克隆与生物信息学分析

对菘蓝色氨酸合成酶基因IiTSA进行克隆,并对其进行生物信息学分析.结果表明:菘蓝IiTSA基因全长2 111bp,包含8个外显子和7个内含子;cDNA全长1 035bp,编码311个氨基酸,编码的蛋白定位在叶绿体基质中,是一种无信号肽和跨膜结构域的疏水性蛋白;二级结构主要由α-螺旋、β-转角、延伸链和不规则卷曲组成;序列比对结果显示,菘蓝IiTSA核酸序列和氨基酸序列与其他多种植物的TSA核酸序列和氨基酸序列均具有较高的同源性.     

翘嘴红鲌对几种常用渔药的敏感性试验

报道了翘嘴红鲌对硫酸铜硫酸亚铁合剂、高锰酸钾、生石灰、三氯异氰尿酸、甲酸溶液、呋喃西林、孔雀石绿、食盐等九种常用渔药的敏感性，其安全浓度分别为0.088mg/L、0.314mg/L、9.018mg/L、0.136mg/L、5.561μL／L、2.394mg/L、0.031mg/L、和895.4mg/L，亚甲基兰对翘嘴红鲌的安全浓度大于3mg/L。     

3种常见农药对泥螺、彩虹明樱蛤的急性毒性

开展了狂杀宝、乙酰甲胺磷、三唑磷等3种常见农药对泥螺和彩虹明樱蛤的急性毒性试验。结果表明:3种常见农药对泥螺、彩虹明樱蛤的急性毒性强度由大到小均依次为三唑磷、狂杀宝和乙酰甲胺磷,其中狂杀宝对彩虹明樱蛤、泥螺24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h的半致死浓度分别为3.412 mg/L,2.670 mg/L,2.469mg/L,2.168 mg/L和3.159 mg/L,2.527 mg/L,1.341mg/L,1.028 mg/L;乙酰甲胺磷对彩虹明樱蛤、泥螺24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h的半致死浓度分别为219.409 mg/L,202.143 mg/L,107.273 mg/L,88.559 mg/L和39.054 mg/L,35.590 mg/L,33.64 mg/L,26.539 mg/L;三唑磷对彩虹明樱蛤、泥螺24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h的半致死浓度分别为2.018 mg/L,1.185 mg/L,1.127 mg/L,1.049 mg/L和0.935 mg/L,0.876 mg/L,0.568 mg/L,0.368 mg/L。狂杀宝、乙酰甲胺磷、三唑磷对泥螺和彩虹明樱蛤的安全质量浓度分别为0.102 8 mg/L,2.653 9 mg/L,0.036 8 mg/L和0.2168 mg/L,8.855 9 mg/L,0.104 9 mg/L。最后,就泥螺和彩虹明樱蛤对狂杀宝、乙酰甲胺磷、三唑磷的急性致毒效应特征、药物间的致毒效果比较及其安全浓度进行了评价。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
