呼和浩特市社区和俱乐部健美、健身操(舞)开展状况的调查研究

通过走访专家、实地考查、问卷调查等方式，对呼和浩特市社区和俱乐部健美、健身操(舞)的开展状况进行了调查，内容包括健身馆(室)和运动器械的建设和投资情况，健美、健身操(舞)的组织类型和指导员培训情况，参加健美、健身操(舞)的群体分布及练习情况等．分析了健美、健身操(舞)开展过程中存在的问题，提出了相应的建议和对策．     

大学健美课练习方法与效果探讨

大学体育课一般为每周两学时，健美教学中怎样利用好这有限两学时使不同体质的学生收到良好的练习效果是本文研究的主要课题，通过对我校九八级部分男生健美课前后的体质对比研究，得出正确的练习方法是解决上述问题的关键。

健身健美锻炼对大学生心理健康状况的影响研究——以北京师范大学为例

应用症状自评量表(SCL—90)对北京师范大学参加健美健美锻炼的普通大学生进行了心理健康状况的调查。研究发现,参加健身健美锻炼后学生的心理健康水平明显高于锻炼前的心理健康水平。本研究运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法对北京师范大学选修健身健美课的大学生进行调查分析,探讨了健身健美锻炼对高校大学生心理健康的影响。健身健美锻炼是提高大学生心理体健康水平的有效手段之一。     

普通高校健美课课内外一体化教学实验研究

"课内外一体化"教学模式是高校健美课教学发展的必然趋势。通过培养学生健康意识和正确的审美观,制定健美运动处方及分类教学法,创造课内外运动条件和氛围,改革健美课考评方法等措施,充分调动学生学习和运动积极性,提高健美锻炼效果。经实验取得良好教学效果。

长期进行健美锻炼，能够增强体质，调节心理活动，培养顽强意志品质。本文利用文献法和访谈法对健美运动中的若干方法进行了分析和研究，力求从健美运动的角度找到提高大学生综合素质的科学方法。     

靶心率在制定健美运动处方中的应用

制定健美运动处方的核心问题是解决运动强度的定量化，靶心率是运动中能获得最佳效果并能确保安全的心率。健美运动强度可由最高心率表征，据此确定靶心率并划分靶心率区，制定相应的运动处方实现促进体态健美的目标。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
