利用现代传感器及微机在线测试技术,建立了一套测试填料塔中液体分布性能的实时数据采集系统,在φ300mm填料塔中,以空气/水为介质,分别对Dg25mm环矩鞍,阶梯环及拉西环填料的液体分布性能进行了测试,结果表明,本测试系统线性范围宽,准确性好,灵敏度高,且填料塔中液体分布性能的测试数据与理论计算值吻合良好。  相似文献

介绍了作者研制的往复式压缩机填料模拟实验装置,利用该装置可以检测填料在动态工作条件下的密封压差分布、泄漏量、摩擦力及摩擦表面温度.根据压缩机填料环独有的结构特征,提出了用电阻应变片检测填料环与活塞杆之间油膜厚度的方法.对填料环的润滑状态进行实验检测和数学模拟计算,确定了影响填料润滑摩擦的主要参数,为改进填料工作可靠性提供了依据.  相似文献

通过引入表征体元的概念,采用体积平均的方法,使规整填料塔内的非连续介质连续化,建立了规整填料塔内气相单相流的体积平均连续性方程、运动方程和质量传递方程;用PHOENICS3.3对规整填料塔内气相单相流的速度分布和质量分数分布进行了模拟,给出了xz剖面的压力分布图、xz和xy剖面的速度分布图和不同时刻xz剖面的示踪剂浓度分布图;模拟结果能反映规整填料内气体的流动情况.结果表明:在压力小于2.0MP。时,气相轴向返混系数基本不受压力的影响,且随着有效气速的增加,其明显增加;轴向返混系数的模拟值与实验值的相对偏差小于40%.  相似文献

醋酸介质中T-403塔不锈钢填料腐蚀机理研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
某化工厂PTA装置氧化单元系统中铁离子含量增高,已影响到氧化反应效果,严重威胁稳定生产,分析认为铁离子主要来自T-403溶剂回收塔316L不锈钢填料的腐蚀.利用扫描电镜、电子探针、金相显微镜等现代物理和化学分析检测手段,观察了从T-403塔取出填料的微观形貌,测试分析了所用填料的主要化学成分及元素分布,对比了未使用和已腐蚀填料的金相显微结构、力学性能变化,研究分析了不锈钢填料的腐蚀机理.实验结果表明:不锈钢填料发生了严重的局部腐蚀,腐蚀形态为晶间腐蚀和小孔腐蚀.填料发生腐蚀后,强度和硬度明显降低.测试分析结果证明,贫铬导致晶间腐蚀,Br以及不锈钢钝化膜局部破损造成蚀孔.原填料质量存在问题,不锈钢填料的含碳量未达到超低碳316L不锈钢的标准.  相似文献

蛇 每年3~4月产卵,产卵下限温度12℃.产卵环境特点:微流水,底质为卵石和沙质的浅水河滩.集群产卵,繁殖群体的性比为♀:♂=8:1.卵微粘性,卵径1.0~1.1mm,比重略大于水.在水温15.0~18.3℃条件下,观察了胚胎及胚后发育过程:受精后1h6min,胚盘形成;再过25h4min后,胚孔封闭.从受精到孵化历时81~82h,初孵仔鱼全长4.5mm.孵出后第10d,卵黄囊消失,全长6.4mm.讨论了蛇 卵的类型和配对方式等问题  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
