研究了具有两类靶细胞和CTL免疫应答与抗体免疫反应的时滞病毒感染模型的动力学行为.模型描述了病毒和两类细胞的相互作用:CD4+T淋巴细胞与巨噬细胞.通过构造适当的Lyapunov泛函,使用LaSalle不变性原理,证明了CD4+T淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞的基本再生总数R0、CTL免疫再生数R1、抗体免疫再生数R2、CTL免疫竞争再生数R3和抗体免疫竞争再生数R4决定了模型的全局性态.若R0≤1,病毒在体内清除.若R01,正解在R1≤1,R2≤1时趋于无免疫平衡点,在R11≥R4时趋于CTL主导平衡点,在R21≥R3时趋于抗体主导平衡点,在R31且R41时趋于正平衡点,获得了无病平衡点、无免疫平衡点、CTL主导平衡点、抗体主导平衡点和正平衡点全局渐近稳定的充分条件.     

一类具有时滞的HIV感染模型的稳定性分析

研究了一类具有时滞的HIV体内感染模型,引入了以受感染T*细胞释放出病毒的持续时间为时滞参数.通过Routh-Hurwitz准则和构造Lyapunov函数及对系统非负不变性分析,得出边界平衡点具有全局稳定性.并证明了存在临界值τ0,当τ<τ0时,内部平衡点是局部渐近稳定的;当τ>τ0时,内部平衡点是不稳定的;当τ=τ0时,系统具有Hopf分支.最后利用Matlab软件进行数值模拟并验证了分析的合理性.     

一类具有两个离散时滞的HTLV-1病毒模型动力学分析

目的:研究一类具有细胞内时滞和CTL免疫时滞的HTLV-1病毒动力学行为.方法:定义依赖于时滞的基本再生数R0,建立一个李雅普诺夫函数研究未感染平衡点稳定性,利用特征方程根是否穿越虚轴判断感染平衡点的稳定性.结论:当R01时,未感染平衡点是全局稳定的;当R0 1时,非感染平衡点存在,存在以下两类情形:(a)仅考虑细胞内时滞,非感染平衡点在一定条件下是局部渐近稳定的;(b)仅考虑免疫时滞,系统会产生Hopf分岔.结论:数值模拟验证模型结论有效,可为HTLV-1药物研发提供依据.     

一种网络病毒传播的时滞微分方程模型

利用微分动力系统理论分析计算机单种病毒的传播规律,并提出不考虑时滞的计算机病毒传播(the propagation regularity of network viruses without the latent period,PRNV_NWPL)模型和考虑时滞的计算机病毒传播(the propagation regularity of network virses with the latent period,PRNV_WLP)模型,并得到病毒是否最终消除的临界值R0.当R0＜1时,得到无病平衡点(计算机病毒不流行),R0＞1时,得到地方病平衡点(计算机病毒流行).由此给出清除计算机病毒的方法,并证明无病平衡点和地方病平衡点的局部渐近稳定性.这些方面与统计方法相比可节省人力、物力.     

具有B-D功能反映函数和T淋巴细胞免疫的病毒动力学模型稳定性

文章研究了B-D功能反映函数接触率和T淋巴细胞免疫的病毒模型稳定性.通过构造Lyapunov函数和利用LaSalle不变集原理,对模型的三个平衡点全局稳定性进行了分析,得到:(1)当R0≤1时,无病平衡点E0全局渐近稳定的;(2)当R01,R1≤1时,地方病平衡点E1是全局渐近稳定性;(3)当R11时,免疫病平衡点E2全局渐近稳定性.     

具有双时滞的耐药菌形成模型的全局稳定性

研究了一类具有双时滞的耐药菌形成模型的全局稳定性,得到了体内存在耐药菌的阈值条件R0.当R0≤1时,系统存在唯一的无病平衡点,并且它是全局渐近稳定的.当R0>1时,系统存在流行病平衡点,通过构造Lyapunov泛函证明了它是全局渐近稳定的.进一步利用数值模拟验证了分析的结果.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.
