石油管生产线用磁力打包系统

该系统结合近20条油套管生产线配置打包系统的设计制造经验,先后开发了3种钢管打包设备,均为专利产品。该系统专利(20132034512X)主要特点为石油管打包过程完全实现自动控制,按照不同的管径及打包要求,自动计数、排管、对齐、起吊、下放、打捆、移送入库;其结构简单、占地面积小、安全系数高;设备大大提高工作节奏,减少成品管冲击、降低噪音。     

基于PLC的中纤板连续辊压线中飞剪控制系统的设计与实现

通过对现今国内外中纤板生产线的调查和分析,结合上海捷成木工机械有限公司研制的十多条中纤板连续辊压线的锯切工序的不足,并基于可编程控制器（PLC）技术,对中纤板连续辊压线的锯切工序进行改造、升级并跟踪调查研究.结果表明：基于PLC的中纤板连续辊压线的飞剪控制系统具有结构简单、功能实用、操作方便、控制灵活、运行稳定可靠的特点,而且更具有生产的连续性、自动化,大大提高了生产效率和产品质量,且节能环保效果显著,对行业的生产发展起到了一定的推动作用.     

氨纶生产的整体优化与自动控制系统开发

为解决我国氨纶的需求量高、产量低问题，对聚合反应的时序、流程图进行了分析和改造，同时利用计算机互联网的方法和改进硬件设备的方法，实现了生产线的最佳改造。采用DCS（Distributed Control System）控制方法对多条生产线的综合优化进行了研究,并针对辽源得亨公司的生产现状，开发了基于现代集成制造系统、综合自动化技术和最优工艺调度技术的氨纶计算机综合控制系统。该系统最大限度地减少生产成本，增加企业效益的目的。     

油田钢管管端镦生产线

我国第一条油田钢管管端镦生产线日前在西安重型机械研究所设计成功并建成投产，从而结束了这类钢管及生产设备完全依赖进口的历史，标志着我国油田管件加工技术已跻入世界先进行列。该生产线采用微电子技术控制，选配多功能微机群控系统，使作业过程实现了自动化，只要操作一次按钮，即可自动连续作业，且故障率低，作业线的良好运行状态是在以往引进设备中未曾达到过的。该生产线系西安重型机械研究所自行设计、自己建造的，所配设备全部实现国产化，选用的两台主机其重量仅为国外设备的！／２，建线成本仅为引进设备的１／４，可为企业节…

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
