通过测定80位受试者血浆一氧化氮含量,探讨了太极拳锻炼加激素补充综合疗法对绝经女性血浆一氧化氮含量变化的影响.结果显示,太极拳锻炼补充激素受试组实验结束后血浆一氧化氮高于对照组(P<0.05).停止实验16周后,血浆一氧化氮下降率低于对照组.表明太极拳锻炼与补充激素综合疗法对提高和维持绝经女性血浆一氧化氮具有积极干预作用,从而对防治绝经女性心血管系统疾病具有重要生理意义.  相似文献

作为一种普遍存在的信号分子,一氧化氮(NO)参与了多种激素的信号传递过程.本文着重探讨了在水分胁迫条件下,一氧化氮对活性氧及相关抗氧化酶的影响.实验结果表明低浓度的一氧化氮能够提高抗氧化酶的活性,消除自由基,从而缓解渗透胁迫造成的细胞膜脂过氧化损伤;而高浓度的一氧化氮降低了抗氧化酶的活性,使自由基的产生量增加,从而加重了膜的损伤.  相似文献

一氧化氮是20年来医学研究的热点之一,一氧化氮在心血管活动调控和许多心血管疾病如高血压、动脉粥样硬化、器官缺血再灌注损伤的病理机制中都有重要作用.其作用即有有利的一方面,又有有害的一方面.在一氧化氮合酶作用下产生的一氧化氮对机体具有保护作用。另一方面,受细菌内毒素或细胞因子等诱导,一氧化氮合酶表达上调并产生大量一氧化氮引起细胞损伤和循环衰竭.目前有许多临床实验正在评价一氧化氮在心血管疾病中的作用.  相似文献

一氧化氮是生物学中最简单的分子之一。尽管它的结构及其简单,但目前一氧化氮被认为是体内最重要的信号分子,对机体健康至关重要。一氧化氮是一种很强的信号分子,存在于心血管系统、神经系统乃至全身。在一氧化氮的诸多作用中,以血管舒张作用最为重要。一氧化氮可舒张和扩张血管以确保心脏的足够血供。一氧化氮的另一个重要作用就是减慢动脉粥样硬化斑块在血管壁的沉积。我的研究强烈提示利用一氧化氮可以拮抗动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成。  相似文献

研究了甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)对小鼠肺内嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)的影响和肺内一氧化氮(NO)及一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)含量的变化,结果显示,TDI可引起肺内EOS的浸润,导致肺内NO水平的升高,诱导型一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)活性增加,二者呈显著性正相关关系.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
