针对现有的特征选择算法和分类算法在无线传感器网络(WSN)入侵检测系统中检测性能表现不佳、检测实时性差、模型复杂度高等问题,提出一种基于随机森林和深度森林算法的分布式WSN入侵检测模型.该模型首先对传感器节点流量数据进行预处理;然后将轻量级随机森林分类器部署到传感器节点和簇头节点,传感器节点和簇头节点合作对流量数据进行处理,并在基站上采用深度森林算法从大量流量数据中发现攻击行为;最后对WSN中的入侵行为进行实时分类入侵检测.使用无线传感器数据集WSN-DS和NSL-KDD数据集来评估所提出的模型性能.实验结果表明,该模型与现有的入侵检测模型相比,具有良好的检测性能,实时性较高,可避免模型过度拟合.  相似文献

针对无线传感网络(Wireless Sensor Network,WSN)的特点,结合中转节点本身的因素,将模糊控制算法引入到WSN网络路由算法中,把节点的信号接收强度指示(Received Signal Strength Indication,RSSI)和电池电量进行模糊化处理,由模糊解构建一个新的路由度量,并将其引入到路由算法中计算路由,以避免过度使用链路质量较差的节点。实验仿真表明,引入模糊控制的方案,能够较好地平衡各个节点的能量消耗,整个网络的使用寿命有所提升。  相似文献

针对无线传感器网络(wireless sensor network,WSN)的特点以及面临的网络安全问题,提出了一个基于联系数的信任评估模型。系统节点通过该信任模型对邻居节点的网络行为进行监测,再利用基于联系数的信任多属性决策方法选取最优的可信节点后进行数据包的转发。实验结果表明,该模型计算开销少,符合WSN能量受限的特点,且能较好地实现入侵检测,提高检测的准确率,防范路由攻击。  相似文献

针对现有无线传感器网络(WSN)空洞覆盖方案没有考虑监控质量(MQ)的差异性问题,提出一种基于节点移动和监控质量感知的WSN覆盖方案.首先,将网络构建成六边形网格结构.然后,移动传感器根据邻居单元的监控情况进行移动,并根据单元的MQ需求和节点能量适当调整移动路线,同时避免覆盖冗余.最后,形成能够实现WSN全时间和空间覆盖的支持路径.实验结果表明,该方案能够均衡节点能耗,最大化网络的完整覆盖时间,提高网络的生命周期.  相似文献

无线传感器网络中,由于受到节点能量等因素的限制,只能部署轻量级的入侵检测方案。因此,不可能实现分布式检测与集中式检测相结合,并且在入侵检测算法上也存在一定的缺陷。本文提出了一种基于SDWSN的入侵检测方案,该方案充分利用了SDN转控分离,集中控制的特点,并且提出了一种优化K值的二分K-means算法。不仅解决了普通节点计算能力和能量的限制,而且可以有效地检测无线传感器的入侵。仿真结果表明检测方案不仅有很高的检测率,而且减少了普通节点的能量消耗。  相似文献

传统的无线传感器网络(wireless sensor networks,WSN)入侵检测研究主要关注检测系统自身算法的设计与优化,而入侵检测系统在采取行动时,本身会受到攻击者的影响.针对这一问题,运用博弈理论建立了一个带惩罚机制的博弈模型,分析了检测系统与入侵者之间的攻防博弈过程.同时对入侵者施加合适的惩罚力度来遏制入侵行为.仿真结果表明,该方案可以有效检测到无线传感器网络中存在的异常节点,并有效降低入侵者的攻击频率.  相似文献

无线传感器网络(WSN)与现有网络基础结合是WSN研究中必须解决的技术问题之一.本文分析了WSN接入以太网存在问题,总结了基于IEEE 802.15.4的无线传感器网络的特点.设计了一套这种无线传感器网络与以太网间的接入系统.该系统遵循6LoWPAN规范,解决了WSN节点的IPv6地址自动配置问题;设计了接入网关;定义了信息与控制数据格式.实现了一套应用验证系统并进行了实验;对网络性能进行了分析.实验结果表明该设计简单有效,能够完成WSN的高效接入,在工程实践中具有实用价值.  相似文献

在传感器节点受到能量和带宽严重制约的情况下,如何合理、有效地利用有限的资源来采集有效、可信的数据,成为当前无线传感器网络(Wireless Sensor Network,WSN)研究的热点问题之一.在分析了大量WSN感知数据的基础上,利用时间序列对数据进行建模处理,得出了适合WSN的数据处理模型ARMA(1,1),同时利用基于移动Agent的中间件技术,提出了基于ARMA的无线传感器网络可信数据采集方法.理论和实验结果表明,该方法可保证采集数据的高度可信,同时显著提高了网络的整体性能,有效的减少网络的能耗,延长了网络的生命周期.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
