在文题研究中,对反应体系的pH值,反应物浓度,反应温度对合成颜料的色相和光泽等外观表现及微观结构的影响规律作了一定的工作。结果表明,较优的工艺条件:pH为0.51.2,钛盐浓度ω为0.03-0.07,温度为75-90℃。通过XRD研究表明,包覆在2母表面的水合二氧经钛膜层的粒子呈不明显的锐钛相微晶结构。  相似文献

将液相化学沉积法合成云母钛珠光颜料剖析为Ti^4+的水解和水解产物在云母表面沉积两个过程。从Ti^4+的水解机理和结晶动力学两方面分析了影响云母钛合成的主要因素:反应体系的pH值,温度和Ti^4+浓度。对各主要因素进行了实验考察,得到了合成云母钛的较佳工艺条件,即反应体系的pH值为2.0 ̄2.2,反应温度为75 ̄80℃,Ti^4+浓度为3.1c g /l。同时对TiO2在云母表面的沉积机理进行了探  相似文献

提出了二步法云母微晶片的纳米二氧化钛包覆技术,使二氧化钛的成核与生长过程分开进行。所得产物包膜均匀、致密,颗粒达纳米级。对包覆技术条件进行了研究,反应体系的最佳条件为pH值取2.0~2.5,二步钛盐加料比V1/V2≥0.11,第一步钛盐加料速度低于0.3ml/min,第二步钛盐加料速度低于0.6ml/min。  相似文献

用荧光猝灭法研究了二溴羟基苯基荧光酮(Ti(Ⅳ)-DBH-PF-Tritonx-100)体系的测定方法与条件。在pH为1.5~2.1的H2SO4介质中Tritonx-100存在下,Ti(Ⅳ)与DBH-PF形成1∶2的桔红色络合物。钛浓度在0.01~4μg/25mL范围内ΔF与钛浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9988,检量限为0.4ng/mL。方法灵敏度高,选择性好。该方法用于硅酸盐矿物如水泥、硅质砂岩、粘土和石灰岩中微量钛的测定获得了满意的结果  相似文献

以TG-EGA等分析检测手段探明了云母铁颜料包膜层的组成,并对其热处理工艺作了系统的研究,得到了较佳的热处理工艺。同时以DTA、SEM、XRD技术研究了膜层TiO_2粒子在煅烧过程中的形态及物相结构变化过程,结果表明,膜层的水合TiO_2粒子在热处理过程中随着温度的升高逐步晶化,并由锐钛相向金红石相转化。实验制得了金红石相含量较高的云母钛珠光颜料,具有闪亮的光泽和鲜明的色调。  相似文献

采用柠檬酸络合的溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米钙钛矿LaMnO3+λ。利用X-射线衍射分析、差热分析,透射电镜,比表面积测定对制备过程中的焙烧温度、pH值、柠檬酸用量、成胶温度及干燥条件等进行了研究。在优化条件下制得的样品(pH0.5、La:Mn:柠檬酸=1:1:6,形成胶体的温度60℃,低温真空干燥后120℃干燥,焙烧温度650℃),能够有效地催化CO还原NO的反应。  相似文献

采用液态沉积方法合成了云母钛珠光颜料.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察云母钛珠光颜料的表面TiO2膜形貌,发现当反应温度为78℃、pH=2.0并且在煅烧升温速率为7.8℃/min时得到的珠光颜料的包覆膜平整、连续、致密,粒径在30-50nm之间,这种珠光颜料具有很好的光学性能.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
