采用高温固相法制备了单一基质Ca10(Si2O7)3Cl2:Eu2+,Mn2+白色发光材料, 研究发现材料适于近紫外光激发, 发射高亮度的白色光. Eu2+发射中心形成峰值为426和523 nm的特征宽谱, 通过Eu2+向Mn2+的能量传递, 形成了峰值为585 nm的宽谱发射; 红、绿、蓝三色发射带叠加后, 在同一基质中实现了白光发射. 利用Dexter电多极相互作用的能量传递公式, 得出Ca10(Si2O7)3Cl2中Eu2+对Mn2+的能量传递属于电偶极-电偶极相互作用引起的共振能量传递. 利用InGaN管芯(370 nm)激发Ca10(Si2O7)3Cl2:Eu2+,Mn2+材料, 获得了很好的白光发射, 测得的色坐标为(x = 0.323, y = 0.327), 色温为5664 K, 显色指数为85%.  相似文献

采用改进的布里奇曼法(坩埚下降法)生长了掺0.3%(摩尔分数) Fe的0.74Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3- 0.26PbTiO3(PMN-0.26PT)单晶. 系统研究了该单晶的生长、结构、介电和热释电性能, 并与纯PMN-0.26PT单晶进行了比较. 研究发现, 掺杂晶体的畴宽度明显大于纯晶体; 单晶的矫顽场和剩余极化都明显增大; 在居里温度以下, 介温谱上出现两个大的异常, 温度较纯晶体更接近于室温. 实验结果表明, 掺杂离子通过缺陷偶极对2Fe′Ti -V••o对畴起钉扎作用, 增加了晶体的矫顽场, 降低了晶体的介电常数和介电损耗, 提高了晶体的探测优值, 并保持高的电压响应优值, 这对PMN-PT单晶的实际应用非常有利. 这种高性能的热释电和压电单晶的掺杂改性研究将会更好地增进对其高性能本质的理解.  相似文献
