5种新分离细菌的分子鉴定及分类

测定和比较了５种新分离细菌的１６ＳｒＤＮＡ序列,并对其进行分子鉴定和分类．结果表明：Ｆ５７７１和Ａ５６０８为棒杆菌属（Ｃｏｒｙｎｅｂａｃｔｅｒｉｕｍ）的２个新种;ＬＣＤＣ８９０５５是１种放线菌,与Ａｃｔｉｎｏｍｙｃｅｓｐｙｏｇｅｎｅｓ遗传距离较近;而ＬＣＤＣ８７０８０和ＣＤＣｇｒｏｕｐＡＮＦ１ｌｉｋｅ则分别为Ａｎｅｕｉ和Ｔｕｒｉｃｅｌａｏｔｉｔｉｄｉｓ菌的不同菌株．     

Western-blot方法分析人甲状腺及其肿瘤组织中bFGFs

目的：研究人甲状腺瘤的发生分期ｂＦＧＦｓ（ｂａｓｃ Ｆａｂｒｏｂｌａｓｔ Ｇｒｏｗｔｈ Ｆａｃｔｏｒｓ）基因异常表达的关系。方法：采用Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎ－ｂｌｏｔ方法对人甲状腺及其肿瘤组织来源的ｂＦＧＦｓ进行分析研究。结果：人正常甲状腺组织来源的ｂＦＧＦｓ分子量为１７ＫＤ和１８ＫＤ,而人甲状腺肿瘤组织来源的ｂＦＧＦｓ为１４ＫＤ、１７ＫＤ和１８ＫＤ。结论：１４ＫＤｂＦＧＦｓ的出现提示人甲状腺肿瘤的发生和发展可能与ｂＦＧＦｓ的基因异常表达有关。     

纤维毛壳菌玉米秸发酵饲料的系统毒理分析和营养价值测定

玉米秸经纤维毛壳菌（Ｃｈａｅｔｏｍｉｃｕｍ ｃｅｌｌｕｌｏｌｙｔｉｃｕｍ）ＳＭ－２７发酵后制成的纤维蛋白饲料（Ｆｅｒｍｅｔｅｄ ｐｒｏｄｕｃｔ ｏｆ ｃｏｒｎ ｓｔａｌｋ，ＦＰＣＳ）作为日粮中的粗蛋白源，喂饲白鼠和白兔，进行了系统的毒理分析和营养价值测定。毒理测试包括急性毒性试验（ＬＤ５０测定和７ｄ喂养试验），畜积毒性试验、致突变试验、９０ｄ喂养毒性测定等，结果表明ＦＰＣＳ的ＬＤ５０对瑞士小白鼠和

我国部分兰科植物菌根的内生真菌种类研究

对产于我国云南和福建的３６种兰科植物菌根的内生真菌进行了研究,从中分离隶属于半知菌亚门（Ｄｅｕｔｅｒｏｍｙｃｏｔｉｎａ）丝孢纲（Ｈｙｐｈｏｍｙｃｅｔｅｓ）真菌菌株１０２个,包括在１３个属内;腔孢纲（Ｃｏｅｌｏｍｙｃｅｔｅｓ）真菌菌株１个,属盘多毛孢属（Ｐｅｓｔａｌｏｔｉａ）。文中对已定名及未定名各种进行了描述。     

果蝇姊妹种间亲缘关系的聚类分析

本文以聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（ＰＡＧＥ）技术分析了金色果蝇复合种（Ｄｒｏｓｏｐｈｉｌａａｕｒａｒｉａｓｐｅｃｉｅｓｃｏｍｐｌｅｘ）的５个姊妹种共１７个地理种群及其它种类的５个地理种群的８种同工酶酶谱，根据其中７种酶（Ａｍｙ、Ａｏ、Ｅｓｔ、α－Ｇｐｄｈ、Ｍｄｈ、Ｍｅ、Ｔｙｒ、Ｔｏ）的条带特征按Ｆｏｒｇｕｓｏｎ及Ａｑｕａｄｏ　＆Ａｖｉｓｅ的公式分别计算遗传相似系数及遗传距离，以类平均法（ＵＰＧＭＡ）进行了聚类分析，绘制出８个种类共２２个地理种群的生化系统树，结合姊妹种间无选择杂交可能组合的结果讨论了ａｕｒａｒｉａｓｐｅｃｉｅｓｃｏｒｎｐｌｅｘ各姊妹种间的亲缘关系、种化模式及分布在日本Ｋａｍｅｔｏｋｕ岛上的Ｄ．ｔｒｉａｕｒａｒｉａ发生分化的可能性。     

酵母菌 ND-60 菌株产 SOD 特性的研究

对酿酒酵母菌株（Ｓａｃｈａｒｏｍｙｃｅｓｃｅｒｅｖｉｓｉａｅ，编号为ＮＤ－６０）产超氧化物歧化酶的特性进行了研究，确定了摇瓶培养ＮＤ－６０生产超氧化物歧化酶的最适工艺条件。以ＮＤ－６０菌株为材料，研究了细胞中的线粒体与细胞中超氧化物歧化酶活性的关系，实验结果表明：ＮＤ－６０菌体细胞中线粒体的存在对整个细胞中超氧化物歧化酶活力的大小有着重要影响，线粒体的存在有助于提高细胞中超氧化物歧化酶的活力，而线粒体本身也含有较高的超氧化物歧化酶比活力。

记述我国淡水鱼类寄生指环虫４个新记录种，即双髻指环虫Ｄａｃｔ７ｌｏｇｙｒｕｓ ｓｐｔｙｒａ Ｌｉｎｓｔｏｗ，大刺指环虫Ｄａｃｔ７ｌｏｇｙｒｕｓ ｍａｃｒａｎｔｈｕｓ Ｗａｇｅｎｅｒ，温氏指环虫Ｄａｃｔｙｌｏｇｙｒｕｓ ｗｕｎｄｅｒｉｓ Ｂｙｃｈｏｗｓｋｙ，双槽指环早Ｄａｃｔ７ｌｏｇｙｒｕｓ ａｎｐｈｉｂｏｔｈｒｉｗｎ Ｗａｇｅｎｅｒ。     

极大螺旋藻藻蓝蛋白性质的研究

用凝胶电泳、吸收光谱、荧光光谱、示差扫描量热计（ＤＳＣ）和循环伏安法研究了极大螺旋藻（Ｓｐｉｒｕｌｉｎａｍａｘｉｍａ）藻蓝蛋白的性质，结果表明：该蛋白由大小两个亚基组成，分子量分别为１９ＫＤ和１７ＫＤ。吸收光谱显示，该蛋白在３４８ｎｍ和６２０ｎｍ有吸收峰。其荧光发射峰位于６４６ｎｍ。该蛋白的热变性温度范围在４０℃～５４℃附近。该蛋白的循环伏安扫描曲线显示，当扫描速度为０．１Ｖ／ｓｅｃ时，有一个明显的氧化峰。当扫描速度大于０．２Ｖ／ｓｅｃ时，呈现两个氧化和两个还原峰     

猫儿尿植物的化学成分及其药效学研究

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
