我国旅游中社交媒体的应用研究进展

社交媒体在旅游中扮演着重要角色,对旅游活动的各个方面产生了重要的影响。本文收集分析了我国旅游研究中与社交媒体相关的文献,发现研究主题主要集中在社交媒体与游客行为、用户原创内容、旅游营销、危机管理、旅游文化五个方面。未来要多采用定量研究方法,进一步扩展研究的尺度和规模,同时与当地的社会经济、文化等实际情况相结合,并加大在社区参与、综合营销手段、分类型旅游目的地营销、旅游中法律的健全等方面的研究力度。     

基于矩阵模型的社交媒体农产品营销策略研究

目前农产品在微信、微博等社交媒体上销售越来越普及,以矩阵这一全新的角度探讨农产品社交媒体的营销方法,详细分析农产品通过微博、微信展开新媒体营销的途径,并将各种营销策略进行系统化的总结,构建了横、纵两个维度的矩阵模型,并将此模型推广到其他新媒体平台,为今后农产品微营销的展开提供了新的思路。     

基于AISAS模式的酒店网络营销应用探讨

随着互联网快速发展和应用,酒店的营销领域和方式上都有了不同程度的改变,而酒店传统的营销方法和模式已经没有办法适应现在这个时代的发展趋势,新时期的酒店营销越来越多地借助网络的信息化平台来开展,并逐渐成为主要手段。在分析AISAS营销模式形成与发展的基础上,对酒店消费行为进行了分析,并针对现阶段酒店网络营销存在的问题,给出了相对的解决方案。

网络时代的酒店内部营销分析

在全球化和信息化时代背景下,我国酒店业传统的内部营销方式也发生着日新月异的变化。本文从酒店内部营销出发,分析了网络时代酒店内部营销的特点,并对酒店网络内部营销的实施提出了建议。     

组织内部社交媒体使用影响员工工作绩效的过程机制研究：基于深度访谈的探索性分析

社交媒体(Social Media,SM)作为Web2.0的典型应用正迅速地融入现代人们的工作和生活中,成为影响人们沟通交流的重要工具。年轻用户越来越多地使用社交媒体,而他们逐渐成为组织的主力军,将社交媒体带入到工作场所中,会直接影响员工工作绩效。通过对23位使用社交媒体的员工进行深度访谈,发现:员工在工作场所使用社交媒体,一般是出于工作需求和社交需求;社交媒体使用不仅会影响员工的任务绩效、周边绩效和适应性绩效,还会导致反生产工作行为;员工使用社交媒体能够增加社会资本,与同事的社会交互更加频繁,更愿意信任同事,并形成共同愿景;员工在使用社交媒体的过程中,会面临技术压力,出现过载、入侵和不确定性等负面结果。最后提出命题,构建了初步理论模型。研究结论有助于组织使用社交媒体进行内外部沟通进而提高员工工作绩效,为组织根据实际情况采取使用社交媒体的实践措施提供指导,为组织发挥社交媒体的巨大作用提供理论支持。     

社交媒体数据挖掘在城市应急管理中的应用

社交媒体数据是在城市应急管理工作中尚未得到充分应用的大数据源。为提高城市应急管理能力,本文总结了国内针对突发事件应急管理中的数据挖掘方法,分析了社交媒体数据的不同信息传播方式和信息传播用户特点,提出了应急管理工作中社交媒体数据挖掘内容,总结了社交媒体数据在城市应急管理应用中的优势。社交媒体数据可以补充传统应急管理模式数据的不足,依靠态势感知和信息共享来支持事前预警、事发实时监测、损失和救助需求信息评估、辅助应急响应和事故灾害应急管理工作。针对社交媒体数据的特点,结合传统数据收集手段,科学高效地辅助应急管理工作取得突破。     

社交媒体使用行为与当代大学生社会心态的关系研究——以无锡地区高校大学生为例

社交媒体与当代青年大学生的学习、生活和社交模式等方面有着密切关联,对大学生的社会心态的形成、发展和演变产生重要影响。调查发现,高校大学生的性别、年级、使用时长、依赖程度等因素会对社交媒介的使用产生影响。自尊认知、感知与思维能力、社会态度对大学生的社会心态呈正相关,而高校大学生对社交媒体的使用程度不同,沉迷程度不同,自尊认知和感知与思维能力也会产生差异。文章探析大学生社会心态与社交媒体的关系,分析社交媒体对社会心态的交互作用及影响。结果显示,大学生依赖于社交媒体获取和分享信息,在社交媒体的影响下,大学生的社会心态发生了变化。最后,讨论改善大学生社会心态的对策。     

超越本质主义和建构主义：媒介化社交互动视角下的离散华人身份认同呈现

此项研究是一次融合了海外华人研究与媒介研究的跨学科尝试。本文从媒介化社交互动的视角出发,探讨在当今的媒介环境中,社交媒体如何影响离散华人的社交互动以及身份认同呈现,并回答了如下两个问题：（1）社交媒体为离散华人的社交互动模式带来了哪些改变？（2）在这种新的社交互动模式中,离散华人群体的身份认同呈现出了哪些新的特点？2015—2016年间,笔者在澳大利亚对30名第一代华人移民进行了深度访谈,并持续观察了他们在社交媒体平台发布的内容,得出如下发现：（1）社交媒体的普及给离散华人提供了重新回到中国社交圈的机会,这个机会改变了他们的社交互动对象构成,并促使他们运用更为灵活的策略来呈现他们的身份认同;（2）这种灵活的策略在媒介化社交互动上具体表现为：有策略地在不同的社交媒体平台上展示不同的内容,或使用不同的语言,以突显身份认同的某一方面;此外,当他们在面对较为敏感的身份认同问题时,在国家身份认同和地区身份认同两者之间灵活切换是一种常见的应对策略。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.

The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
