正黄钩蛱蝶(Polygonia c-aureum)又名"黄蛱蝶",广泛分布于东亚地区,在泰山极为常见。其翅展通常不足60毫米,翅缘凹凸分明,雌雄体色相近。秋冬时节,黄钩蛱蝶会飞到不为人知的角落里躲避严寒;阳春三月,它们缓缓飞舞,在葎草和大麻叶上产卵。黄钩蛱蝶的卵呈香瓜状,卵径约0.5毫米,表面有10条纵脊。卵期约3天,幼虫孵出后会吃掉卵壳,  相似文献

采用田间试验与室内分析相结合的方法,研究了冀东地区马铃薯(克新1号)在地膜覆盖栽培、块茎产量38718kg/hm^2条件下的植株生长动态。结果表明:植株鲜重、干重随生长进程而增加.5月17日~5月31日,是马铃薯茎枝鲜重、干重增长最快的时期,分别占各自总增长量的44.36%,34.35%。4月16日~5月16日,植株生产的干物质主要分配在叶中、茎枝次之、块茎最少;此后,干物质向块茎分配的比率则明显上升,收获时,植株生产的干物质主要贮存在块茎中,占植株总干重的74.43%。  相似文献

鮸状黄姑鱼与大黄鱼人工杂交子代的胚胎发育   总被引:17,自引:0,他引:17  
以Mian状黄姑鱼为母本、大黄鱼为父本的人工杂交试验表明:在温度17-20℃、盐度29.9-30.8的条件下,杂交卵经39.9h孵出,受精率为58.9%,孵化率为1.4%,仔鱼存活18d。对照组Mian状黄姑鱼受精率95%,受精卵孵化率56%。杂交组受精卵的胚胎发育与母本Mian状黄姑鱼的胚胎发育主要差别为:杂交卵在进入原肠期时,多数胚胎发育速度明显变慢,囊胚不能正常下包,胚胎畸形率较高。  相似文献

以美国泛美公司的大红品种(梦幻3113)为材料,利用美国维生模式研究优质矮牵牛穴盘苗氮磷钾吸收规律.结果表明,优质穴盘苗生长发育在出苗30天到40天中干物质积累最多,为植株的最大营养需求期.在此时期,10天中氮磷吸收量与前20天吸收量接近,分别为0.49%,0.26%和0.35%,0.2%,钾吸收量为3.0%和2.16%.在此时期内,植株干物质积累最多,地上部干重在第30天和40天中间增量为11.0mg/株,而前20天增量为12.2mg/株.地下部干重则为4.9mg/株与0.9mg/株.通过对主要生理指标的叶绿素含量和根系活力及光合效率的测定表明,随着植株的发育生理活性显著增强.  相似文献

对鲁奇炉气化产生的焦油L和传统炼焦产生的高温焦油G,用溶剂萃取方法分离 成油、沥青烯和苯不溶物三种馏分;油馏分再用柱色层方法进一步分离成脂肪族、芳 香族和极性物三种亚馏分。用毛细色谱、色-质谱详细分析脂肪族和芳香族亚馏分, 定性、定量鉴定约150种化合物。用红外光谱分析油和沥青烯馏分,以及芳香族和 极性物亚馏分,明确了焦油L比焦油 G具有明显的脂肪-极性特征,其化学组成非 常复杂。  相似文献

本文研究了褐家鼠身体热值、水分和脂肪含量的季节变化。褐家鼠的年平均干重热值为4.99kcal/g,年平均不分含量68.25%,年平均脂肪量14.69%,身体热值和脂肪含量皆是夏季最高,水分含量则在冬季最高,影响褐家鼠身体热值及脂肪 变化的主要因素是繁殖。  相似文献

采用田间试验与室内分析相结合的方法,对冀东地区冬小麦京冬8号晚播高产(8111.52kg/hm^2)水平下植株的生长动态进行了研究。结果表明:出苗后植株鲜重、干重不断增加,分别在开花后24d,成熟时达一生最大值。其中,植株鲜重以拔节至挑旗增长速度最快(占最大值的42.13%),干重以挑旗至开花增长速度最快(占最大值的36.73%)。开花后,子粒鲜重、干重开始逐渐增加,成熟时达最大值,期间,以开花后12-24d子粒鲜重、干重增长速度最快,分别占最大值的51.11%和50.48%;出苗至挑旗,植株干物质的分配以叶片、叶鞘为主;挑旗至开花后12d,植株干物质分配以茎秆为主;此后,干物质向子粒中的分配迅速增加,成熟时,植株积累的干物质主要贮存在籽粒、茎秆中,分别占植株总干物重的36.93%和36.86%。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
