为实现开源的基于内容存储系统及性能优化,以应对固定内容数据存储的急速增长而带来的对这种存储系统结构的广泛需求,该文设计并实现了清华大学的基于内容存储(THCAS)系统,并对系统性能进行了分析和评价,在此基础上,提出了多线程Hash和存储流水线2种基于内容存储的优化方法。在正常操作系统I/O Buffer和去掉异步I/O 2种情况下,将优化后的系统与原系统的写数据吞吐率和CPU使用率进行测试比较,优化后系统在2种情况下均提升了原系统的写数据性能,多线程Hash提高了150%,而存储流水线提高了25%。  相似文献

针对现有多媒体云存储系统单节点修复算法中,有限域大,编解码复杂度高,磁盘I/O开销大,存储开销与修复带宽开销不均衡等问题,基于网络编码提出一种多媒体云存储系统单节点修复算法.该算法将系统中节点已分组的多媒体文件数据进行分组存储,并将组内数据在GF(2)有限域上进行异或编码,当部分节点失效时,新生节点只要连接同组中2~3个未失效节点即可精确修复失效节点中的数据.理论分析与仿真实验结果表明:该算法可减小编解码与修复的复杂度,降低磁盘I/O开销;在相同条件下,该算法存储开销与基于最小存储再生码(minimum storage regeneration codes,MSR)算法的存储开销一致,而修复带宽开销与最小带宽再生码(minimum bandwidth regeneration codes,MBR)算法接近.  相似文献

为了提高虚拟接口存储结构(VISA)存储网络系统的性能,设计实现了基于块级的元数据管理子系统.该系统的元数据管理子系统实现了物理设备和逻辑设备的块地址空间之间的映射,支持动态地址映射、动态块重分配和热块冗余技术,可以对I/O请求的路径和数据传输的路径完全控制,从而有效地改善了VISA存储网络系统的I/O性能,使数据布局更加合理,提高了存储管理的灵活性,初步实现了负载均衡,并且使VISA存储网络系统具备了容错能力和节点的动态增加能力.测试结果表明:在加入了基于块级的元数据管理功能带来相应开销的情况下,VISA存储网络系统原型与传统存储网络系统iSCSI Linux MD相比,传输延迟减少了8.2%~21.0%,传输吞吐率提高了8.7%~11.9%.  相似文献

为了研究网络架构和通讯协议对大数据处理与应用系统效率的影响,在介绍与分析不同网络架构和通讯协议的基础上,使用以太网和Infiniband网络连接,安装TCP/IP,IPoIB和RDMA协议,构建了Hadoop,Tachyon和Spark原型系统,使用通用测试工具和例程等进行了测试.测试结果表明相比使用TCP/IP,使用IPoIB能提高Hadoop的I/O性能4.6~5.6倍,减少Tachyon数据处理的时间开销达2%~27%,减少了Spark 90%~95%的时间开销,同时Spark性能提高了46倍.此外使用RDMA相比IPoIB减少了3%~15%的系统开销.最终分析得出,高速网络架构和高效通讯协议能有效提高大数据处理系统的I/O性能、处理效率和适应能力.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
