关于优秀运动队思想政治工作的探讨

在改革开放建设社会主义市场经济的今天，继承和发扬党的思想政治工作的优良传统，引导运动员树立正确的价值观、人生观尤其是马克思主义关于人的价值观、人生观，提出了以理服人的管理方法。优秀运动队思想政治工作是优秀运动队建设的重要组成部分。根据优秀运动队的特点对优秀运动员思想政治工作方法的探讨，从而达到进一步做好优秀运动队思想政治工作的目的。     

新形势下运动队的思想政治工作

加强运动队思想政治工作是当务之急，是优秀运动队的方向性工作，它是一项系统工程，具有复杂性和多样化的特点。新时期运动队的思想政治工作必须赋予新的内涵，注入新的思想、新的方法。本文就运动队的思想政治工作必须适应新的社会环境和历史条件，特别是方式和方法必须适应运动员的身心特点进行了阐述。     

试论新媒体时代运动队思想政治教育的发展

思想政治教育对竞技体育的发展有一定的意义。随着新媒体技术的发展,新媒体技术具有立体、开放、交互等特点。在新媒体时代,运动队思想政治教育发生一定变化,思想政治教育的环境、运动员、运动队思想政治教育者三方面受到新媒体的影响,通过论述新媒体对运动队思想政治教育的影响,总结新媒体时代下思想政治教育工作的原则,促进运动队思想政治教育的发展。

通过对尖子运动员思想教育现状及成因的分析,提出加强沟通是达到加强运动员的思想政治教育工作的途径之一,分析沟通的分类和优缺点,沟通的实际应用和应遵循的原则,从而促进尖子运动员和整个优秀运动队的管理。     

心理疏导在运动员思想政治工作中的运用研究

运动员思想政治工作是运动队主要工作之一。在对心理疏导的概念进行界定的基础上,分析了心理疏导在运动员思想政治工作中的功能和作用,并提出了心理疏导在运动员思想政治工作中的运用方法,期望为做好优秀运动队思想政治工作提供理论借鉴。     

新形势下高等体育院校优秀运动队思想政治工作现状及对策研究

目前,我国高等体育院校优秀运动队正处于一个快速的发展时期.本文通过对南京体育学院、武汉体育学院、吉林体育学院的优秀运动队部分运动员和教练员进行个案访谈调查和问卷调查等方式,了解新形势下高等体育院校优秀运动队思想政治工作现状,发现思想政治工作中存在的问题,分析其原因并提出相应的对策.

做好尖子运动员的思想工作,对竞技目标的实现影响较大。运用问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对尖子运动员的需求现状以及尖子运动员思想工作管理现状进行分析,在此基础上提出基于个性需求满足的尖子运动员思想工作指导思想,实践中应注重针对性、全面性、公平性和动态性,创新手段方法,以期对优秀运动队尖子运动员思想教育工作提供借鉴。

本文分析了新形势下高校高水平运动员的思想现状，主要针对运动员价值观趋向多样化、中学升入大学后人生目标的缺失、集体观念日趋淡薄以及网络信息的负面影响等，总结了运动员思想政治工作的主要途径：以运动队和家庭为主要沟通渠道，学习和训练为主线，党团组织为桥梁，运动队文化建设为基础，开通社会教育渠道和充分利用高科技信息手段为教育途径的运动队思想政治工作新方法。

新形势下,优秀运动队的管理必须适应时代发展的方向和要求,与时俱进,把"建设和谐社会,坚持以人为本"的指导思想贯彻到具体工作中。要想管理好运动队,提高竞技运动水平,就要坚持"以人为本",营造和谐训练环境;发挥运动员主体作用,提高自我管理能力;增强运动员内在动力,提高训练自觉性;建立健全规章制度,提高管理的科学性,增强团队精神,培养集体意识。     

普通高校健美操运动队管理模式刍议

以郑州大学的健美操运动队为研究对象,从课余训练的组织形式、运动队选材、经费来源、教练员、运动员管理体系入手,对普通高校健美操运动队的课余训练组织管理模式进行全过程跟踪调查,通过文献资料、访谈、问卷法研究得到高校健美操运动队管理的基本模式,拟为高校健美操运动队管理提出可行性建议.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
