上机图及配色效应图内部转换的数学模型

本文运用矩阵手段,给出了上机图内部转换的3个数学模型和配色效应图的2个数学模型。5个模型反映了机织物的组纹效应的内在规律,为进一步采用计算机进行辅助设计和进一步探讨设计中的规律性提供了数学基础。     

纤维分布和混纺比对毛涤混纺纱毛型感的影响

采用裁面分析了不同混纺比的毛涤混纺纱的毛型感，探讨了毛/涤混纺比与汉密尔顿指数、表面纤维混纺百分率及毛纤维有效覆盖率的关系，分析了不同混纺比的毛/涤混纺纱截面五等份圆环中的实际混纺比和填充紧密度。指出表层纤维混纺百分率是反映纱线毛型感的较为直观、方便、准确的指标，同时提出能保持毛涤混纺纱毛型感的较为合理的混纺比。     

Study on the Durabilities of Trouser's Appearance and the Fabric Designing

The durability of trouser's appearance involves the durability of crease and seam line after pressing, bagging resistance, wrinkle resistance, pilling resistance on the surface during wear. These properties are very important for the tailored trousers. It is investigated how the durability of trouser's appearance is related to properties of the blend ratio of wool and PET, the yarn structure and fabric mechanical properties.
