慢性肝病肝穿活检组织病理学研究

目的探讨慢性肝病患者肝穿活检组织病理学特征.方法筛选106例符合慢性肝病组织穿刺活检标本,所有标本行HE染色、Masson染色、网状纤维染色及D-PAS特殊染色,并评估肝穿组织炎症活动度及纤维化程度.结果 106例肝穿刺活检组织中检测出慢性肝炎86例,肝炎性早期肝硬化13例,肝炎后肝硬化7例,其中3例合并肝癌.在86例慢性肝炎中,轻度慢性肝炎44例,中度慢性肝炎33例,重度慢性肝炎9例.106例慢性肝病中,G1S0 12例,G1S1 39例,G2S2 26例,G3S3 19例,G4S4 10例.结论肝穿刺病理检查对评估肝组织活动度和肝纤维化分期具有重要价值.     

凯氏聚缩虫(Zoothamnium kentii Grenfell,1884) 形态学及表膜下纤维系统的研究

利用活体观察和蛋白银染色技术对凯氏聚缩虫的形态学和表膜下纤维系统进行了研究．该种的主要鉴别特征为：群体呈不规则的双叉型分支；个员完全伸展时宽钟形，体长60-80μm，体宽40-50μm，口围盘宽40-50μm；伸缩泡单一，顶位；大核“C”形，横位；P2和P3终止后P1继续向胞口的深处延伸，但末端较为平直并不发生明显的弯曲，三列毛基索在终止处向外分散；口围盘纤维碟状；纵长纤维较粗，整体呈现网状．     

特殊染色在肝穿刺活检组织中的应用价值

目的探讨肝穿刺活检组织的病理形态学特征.方法选择57例慢性肝病穿刺活检标本,所有标本均进行HE染色、特殊染色(Masson及网状纤维染色),并观察与评估肝组织的炎症活动及纤维化程度.结果在57例肝穿刺活检病例中,慢性肝炎43例,非酒精性肝病4例,早期肝硬化6例,肝硬化4例,其中2例合并肝细胞癌.其炎症分级及纤维化分期属于G1/S0-1,G2/S2,G3/S3及G4/S4分别为23例、17例、8例及9例.结论肝穿活检是诊断肝损害程度的"金指标",并对慢性肝病的病因确诊及治疗具有临床指导意义.     

纤维反射红外特征光谱分析

通过染色纤维、未染色纤维以及紫外光照．皂煮及摩擦等方法模拟纤维老化过程，并通过反射红外光谱法进行分析，发现染色纤维上的染料对反射红外光谱无影响，通过紫外光照后纤维会发生光催化氧化，皂煮后棉纤维会出现羰基红外反射，摩擦作用将对纤维的结晶峰有影响。     

网状组织工程肌腱支架增强体的降解性能

以聚乙醇酸(Polyglycolic Acid,PGA)纤维和聚乳酸(Polylactic Acid,PLA)纤维为原料,用编织的方法制成一种网状圆筒形组织工程肌腱支架的增强体,探讨不同孔径支架增强体在体外降解过程中的断裂现象、拉伸强力、断裂伸长、质量衰变特征.得出组织工程肌腱支架增强体的拉伸断裂规律,孔径大小对支架增强体在降解过程中的强力、伸长和质量衰减性能影响不大.将支架增强体与PGA纤维复合构成组织工程肌腱支架,并在其上种植皮肤成纤维细胞.试验结果显示孔径大小对组织工程肌腱支架的力学性质有较大影响,其生物相容性良好.     

成体大凉疣螈肺脏的组织形态学观察

采用HE染色和Masson染色方法,研究了成体大凉疣螈肺脏的基本组织形态和纤维分布情况.结果表明,成体大凉疣螈肺脏大体解剖为一对有弹性的中空薄壁囊状结构,内表面呈蜂窝状;组织切片观察显示囊状肺分为气管、隔膜和肺泡的多级结构,与高等动物肺脏的基本结构相似,但肺泡数量少,表明其呼吸功能较弱.对纤维分布的观察结果表明,成体大凉疣螈肺脏的气管和肺泡壁拥有较为丰富的胶原纤维.该文首次对大凉疣螈做了肺脏的组织形态学观察,为更深入了解疣螈及其保护提供了基础资料.     

PH值对应用肌球蛋白 ATP酶法进行梭内肌纤维分型的影响

探讨酸性和碱性预孵育处理，对应用肌球蛋白ATP酶法进行梭内肌纤维分型的影响。采用肌球蛋白ATP酶法。PH4．3和PH4．6预孵育液孵育后，梭内肌纤维中的核袋纤维染色呈阳性，核链纤维染色相对较浅；PH9．4预孵育后，核袋与核链纤维均呈阳性或强阳性；PH10．4预孵育后，核袋1纤维呈阴性，核袋2纤维呈阳性，核链纤维呈强阳性。结论是：用mATP酶法研究梭内肌纤维的分型时，预孵育液的PH值对分型结果有显著影响，应当说明并严格把握预孵育液的PH值。     

阳离子丝素助剂改性羊毛及改性纤维染色性能

用自制的阳离子改性丝素助剂整理羊毛纤维，研究整理工艺条件对羊毛纤维染色性能的影响．结果表明，改性的丝素助剂整理的羊毛纤维显著改善了对活性染料的染色性能，同时整理的羊毛织物防缩抗鹱性能提高．     

组织化学方法研究豚鼠耳蜗的组织结构

以豚鼠为材料,用苏木素伊红、硝酸银、锇酸、网状纤维、神经纤维、高尔基体、乳酸脱氢酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶、酸性磷酸酶、细胞色素氧化酶等染色方法,证实了毛细胞为耳蜗的功能活动中心。卜契氏(Boettcher's)细胞与毛细胞的组织化学反应基本一样。在亨生氏(Hensen's)细胞中有脂肪滴存在。螺旋韧带表面覆有假复层上皮并有血管伸入。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
