由β-蒎烯合成了诺卜醇,再由诺卜醇合成了诺卜乙基醚。用高锰酸钾的碱性溶液氧化诺卜乙基醚,由于产物分离困难,故通过设计的路线得到主要产物的乙醇酯,经MS,IR,^1H NMR和^13C NMR分析后确定其结构为cis-2,2-二甲基-3-(β-乙氧基丙酰基)环丁烷乙酸乙酯。由GC-MS分析确定了8个产物的结构,为2,2-二甲基-3-(β-乙氧基丙酰基)环丁酮、cis-2,2-二甲基-3-(β-乙氧基丙酰基)环丁烷乙酸、3-羟基-cis-2,2-二甲基-3-(β-乙氧基丙酰基)环丁烷乙酸、1-羟基-cis-2,2-二甲基-3-(β-乙氧基丙酰基)环丁烷乙酸、2,3-二羟基诺卜乙基醚、5-羟基-2,3-环氧诺卜乙基醚、1-羟基-2,3-环氧诺卜乙基醚、1,5-二羟基-2,3-环氧诺卜乙基醚。结果表明:碱性高锰酸钾氧化诺卜乙基醚首先生成2,3-二醇,进一步继续氧化断裂得到环丁烷羧酸.或脱水后得到2,3-环氧化合物。  相似文献

用1-芳酰基-2-硫代双脲与溴进行氧化成环反应制备了一系列新的5-芳酰氨基-2H-1,2,4-噻二唑-3-酮(2),而相应的1-芳酰基-2-硫代双脲(1)可以通过脲与酰基异硫氰酸酯加成制得,化合物1和2的结构通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振波谱分析得到确证。对化合物2进行了抗菌活性筛选,结果表明化合物2a,2b,2f,对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌有强的抑制作用。  相似文献

在相转移催化剂存在的条件下,以1,2,4-三氮唑和2-氯-2’,4’-二氟苯乙酮为原料合成2’,4’-二氟-2-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)苯乙酮,分别讨论了原料配比、反应时间、缚酸剂、溶剂对合成反应的影响,确定了最佳合成工艺条件,产物收率可达82.6%。  相似文献

以2,5-二甲氧基-4-氯苯胺和2-羟基-3-萘甲酸(简称2,3-酸)为原料,以PCl3为脱水剂,采用酸式法合成色酚AS-LC。最佳缩合反应条件如下:2,5-二甲氧基-4-氯苯胺与2,3-酸的摩尔比为1:1,15~1.25;缩合反应时间为2h;2,5-二甲氧基-4-氯苯胺与PCI3的摩尔比为1:0.4;2,5-二甲氧基-4-氯苯胺的质量与溶剂氯苯体积比为1:10。在此反应条件下得到的缩合产物收率为95%,熔点为190~192℃,纯度为94%。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
