吉林市幼儿园蛲虫感染4年连续观察

1991年～1994年对吉林市某幼儿园蛲虫感染进行4年连续观察。共查幼儿563人,阳性75人,总感染率为13.32％, 1991年感染率为26.78％, 1992年为13.76％,1993年为8.94％,1994年为8.33％,各年感染率之间有极显著性差异(x~2=24.03 P<0.001),呈逐年下降趋势。     

急性运动对肥胖儿童血清脂联素、瘦素及血脂的影响研究

目的：研究急性运动对肥胖儿童血清脂联素、瘦素及血脂的影响。方法：选择肥胖儿童40名,随机将其划分成急性运动组和对照组,急性运动组每天进行一次急性运动,对照组在实验期间不进行任何运动。结果：急性运动组实验后体重、BMI、腰臀比、臀围和实验前相比呈显著性降低(P<0.05),体脂率、体脂重、腰围和实验前相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),实验后急性运动组体重、臀围和腰臀比明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),BMI、体脂率、体脂重、腰围明显低于对照组,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。急性运动组实验前后TC、LDL、HDL和LDL/HDL有显著性差异(P<0.05),急性运动组实验后TG与实验前相比明显降低,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01),实验后急性运动组LDL、HDL和LDL/HDL与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),实验后急性运动组TC、TG和对照组相比明显降低,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。急性运动组实验后血清脂联素明显升高,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01),实验后急性运动组血清脂联素明显高于对照组,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。急性运动组瘦素实验后降低,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01);实验后急性运动组受试者瘦素低于对照组,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论：急性运动能够增加肥胖儿童血清脂联素,降低其瘦素和血脂水平。     

吉林市小学生蛔虫感染三年连续调查的报告

我们自1992年至1994年连续三年调查了小学生蛔虫感染情况,结果1992年感染率8.84％(29/328),1993年感染率4.17％(7/168)、1994年感染率5.24％(10/191),经检验X~2=4.78 P>0.05,各年感染率之间无显著性差异。     

单亲大学生人格及心理健康状况的研究

利用艾森克人格问卷和症状自评量表进行调查,分层随机整群抽样选择三所高校内单亲大学生98例为研究对象,选择同期在校的非单亲大学生97例为研究对照;结果表明:①单亲组和非单亲组EPQ的外倾向差异有显著性(P<0.05),②单亲组和非单亲组人格的气质类型差异有显著性(P<0.05),③不同性别单亲大学生EPQ的神经质差异有显著性(P<0.05),④单亲组与非单亲组SCL-90各因子分的差异均有显著性(P<0.05);认为单亲家庭的氛围对子女人格形成的影响非常深远,少儿时期的思想观念很大程度上影响着其长大后的人生观和价值观,单亲大学生更容易出现心理问题。     

紫杉醇与异长春花碱联合顺铂两方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床对比观察

目的:评价紫杉醇联合顺铂方案与异长春花碱联合顺铂方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及毒副反应.方法:经病理组织学及细胞学确诊的58例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为两组,紫杉醇联合顺铂组(A组)28例,紫杉醇150mg/m2静滴第1天,顺铂80mg/m2第1天;异长春花碱联合顺铂组(B组)30例,异长春花碱25mg/m2第1、8天,顺铂80mg/m2第1天,两方案每3周重复,3周期以上评价疗效.结果:A、B两组的有效率分别是50.0%(14/28),46.7%(14/30),组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);中位疾病进展时间分别是4.8个月和4.1个月,组间有显著性差异(P<0.05);中位生存期分别是12个月和11.5个月,无显著性差异(P>0.05);一年生存率A组为45.6%,B组为43.5%,组间无显著性差异(P>0.05).两组的主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制,A组Ⅲ-Ⅳ度血小板的减少高于B组;Ⅲ-Ⅳ度白细胞减少低于B组,A组静脉炎低于B组.结论:A、B两组有效率在中位生存期、一年生存率方面较接近,但中位疾病进展时间紫杉醇组占优势.     

益极疏与贺斯在硬膜外麻醉术中防治低血压的比较

选择60例硬膜外麻醉下行腹部及下肢手术患者,随机分为A组益极疏(实验组)和B组贺斯(对照组).观察给药前及给药后10min、15min、20min、30min各阶段MAP、HR、SPO2的变化.结果表明:A组给药前与给药后各阶段的MAP比较均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);而B组只有给药后20min与给药前的MAP比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);其余各阶段均无明显性差异.2组间比较,给药后10min和给药前2项MAP的比较无明显性差异;给药后15min、30min的MAP有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),20min的MAP有显著性差异(P<0.05);2组间各阶段的HR、SPO2的变化无明显性差异(P>0.05).益极疏能迅速扩充血容量,提升血压,效果比贺斯好.     

校园封闭管理下大学生体力活动与负性情绪相关分析

为分析校园封闭管理下在校大学生的体力活动水平与负性情绪的相关性,探讨不同体力活动水平对大学生负性情绪的影响.以299名在校大学生为调查对象,用国际体力活动问卷(短卷)和抑郁-焦虑-压力自评量表分别评估体力活动水平和负性情绪.结果表明：1)校园封闭管理期间,在校女大学生体力活动水平偏低;50%左右的学生存在不同程度的负性情绪,性别差异不明显(P>0.05).2)非参数相关分析结果为体力活动水平与抑郁、焦虑、压力之间呈负相关,相关系数显著性检验均为P<0.001.3)在男生负性情绪方面,与低体力活动组相比,中体力活动组无显著差异(P>0.05),高体力活动组有非常显著性差异(P<0.001);但高体力活动组与中体力活动组之间无显著差异(P>0.05).在女生负性情绪方面,与低体力活动组相比,中体力活动组只有抑郁情绪有非常显著性差异(P<0.001),高体力活动组3种负性情绪均有显著差异(P<0.05);高体力活动组与中体力活动组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05).校园封闭管理期间,体力活动水平和抑郁、焦虑、压力之间存在负相关,需要达到高体力活动...     

洛赛克治疗消化性溃疡77例疗效观察

本文对77例消化性溃疡患者随机分为洛赛克组及法莫替丁对照组进行观察,结果表明洛赛克组十二指肠溃汤(DU)2周愈全率为83.3%,4周愈合率为100%;胃溃疡(GU)4周愈合率为92.3%.法莫替丁组DU2周愈合率为41.7%,4周愈合率为82.6%,GU4周愈合率为63.63%.两组有显著性差异(P<0.01).疼痛消失率洛赛克组肥药2天为83.7%(36/43).7天为100%;法莫替丁组服药2天为44.1%(15/34),11天内疼痛完全消失.     

经内镜胆管引流术对急性胰腺炎患者的影响探究

探究经内镜胆管引流术对急性胰腺炎患者的影响。回顾性分析2018年6月～2019年8月甘肃医学院附属医院收治的急性胰腺炎患者95例,采用内科保守治疗的43例患者为对照组,采用经内镜胆管引流术治疗的52例患者为观察组,对比2组患者治疗效果。观察组重症化率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治愈率高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组未重症化患者腹痛缓解、体温恢复正常、WBC恢复正常、压痛消失、血淀粉酶恢复正常、谷氨酰转肽酶恢复正常及治愈用时均低于对照组,且存在显著性差异(P<0.001);2组均未发生操作相关并发症,观察组胰腺炎发生率低于对照组,但2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经内镜胆管引流术治疗急性胰腺炎效果确切,能够更快促进患者体征恢复正常,临床症状消失,且安全性较高。     

β2-肾上腺素能受体基因Arg16/Gly多态性与新疆哈萨克族男性甘油三酯水平的关系

研究β2-肾上腺素能受体(β2-AR)基因Arg16/Gly多态性与新疆哈萨克族人群原发性高血压(EH)的关系.入选564例(30～70)岁的哈萨克族牧民.EH组347例、正常血压组217例.采用聚合酶链反应-限制性酶切片段多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术检测和分析该人群β2-AR基因Arg16/Gly多态性,观察各基因型和等位基因频率在该人群EH和正常血压组的分布.β2-AR基因Arg16/Arg 、Arg16/Gly、 Gly16/Gly三种基因型频率在该人群EH组中分别为:32.6%、43.2 %、24.2%;在对照组中其相应频率分别为30.9%、47.0%、22.1%,两组间基因型频率和等位基因频率均无统计学差异.为排除年龄的影响,将该人群按年龄分为30岁～、40岁～、50岁～、(60～70)岁四个亚组,发现在30岁～39岁年轻人群亚组中EH组Gly16/Gly纯合型频率(33.3%)明显高于正常血压组(13.8%),差异有统计学意义(P＝0.039);进一步做χ2分割,将Arg16/Arg型及Arg16/Gly型合并后,再进行两两比较,差异仍有统计学意义(P＝0.012).其余三个亚组中不同基因型及等位基因频率在EH组和正常血压组的分布无显著性差异.β2-AR基因Gly16/Gly纯合型可能是新疆哈萨克族40岁以下年轻人原发性高血压的易感基因.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
