单独使用酮替酚或周效磺胺,红内期约氏疟原虫的超微结构受到一定程度的损伤,但配伍使用酮替酚和周效碘胺后虫体的结构变化更为迅速,给药8小时后裂殖体的形成受阻,滋养体除细胞结构逐渐消失外胞质中还出现伪食泡和逐渐增多增大的单膜或多膜空泡,给药24小时后未查见结构完整的滋养体。  相似文献

磷酸萘酚喹是一种新结构的疟原虫裂殖体杀灭剂。适于治疗和预防各种疟疾,包括抗氯喹恶性疟。与国内外主要抗疟药氯喹、哌喹、咯萘啶、奎宁、氨酚喹、青蒿素、蒿甲醚、甲氟喹和本芴醇等对伯氏鼠疟原早K173及其抗氯喹株的疗效进行平行对比观察,该药的效分别是其他抗疟药的2—103和15—334倍;预防疟疾的作用比哌喹箍长1—2周。  相似文献

从D-核糖异常发酵液中分离纯化出一种噬菌体,将其命名为P001。以枯草芽孢杆菌转酮醇酶变异株为出发菌株,经紫外线诱变法选育出1株具有抗性的与出发菌株相当的突变株。对该突变株进行多次传代和D-核糖发酵试验,结果表明,该菌株对噬菌体P001抗性稳定,其发酵产D-核糖能力也没有改变。  相似文献

采用稻茎浸渍法得出,2012年采集自湖北荆门的白背飞虱迁入种群有中等水平抗性(RR=16.07),迁出种群和回迁种群对田间吡蚜酮农药有高水平抗性。白背飞虱对田间吡蚜酮农药2012年度内抗性变化规律为迁出种群>回迁种群>迁入种群,说明湖北荆门白背飞虱种群对吡蚜酮的抗性在推进性激增。抗性治理迫在眉睫。  相似文献

从炼油厂废水中分离筛选到一株苯酚高效降解菌L68,它能在以苯酚为唯一碳源和能源的无机培养基上生长。在苯酚浓度为0.5g/L培养液中接种一定量的该菌,35℃、160r/min摇瓶振荡培养24jh,用4-氨基安替比啉法不能检测到酚,经形态、生理生化以及16SrDNA同源性等指标分析,鉴定该菌种为Burkholderia cepacia(洋葱柏克霍尔德氏菌)。  相似文献

将经过紫外线诱变的蓝色犁头霉原生质体倾注于含有化合物RSA(17α-羟基孕甾4-烯-3,20-二酮-21-醋酸酯)的高渗再生培养基平板上,选育具有RSA抗性的氢化可的松生产菌株。获得60株抗性突变株,其中8株突变株的氢化可的松转化率高于出发菌株。突变株JY-2^#的氢化可的松转化率达81.63%,较出发菌株提高了14.1%。初步研究了突变株JY-2^#在5L发酵罐的转化工艺和转化反应动力学。  相似文献

The 17XNL strain of Plasmodium yoelii induces a highly effective and permanent T-cell dependent immunity in mice of the CBA strain; the lethal variant P. yoelii 17XL and P. berghei (ANKA) fail to activate an effective immune response in the same host. These differences in immunogenicity are unexplained. We recently observed that in CBA/CaJ mice the intracellular blood stages of P. yoelii 17XNL were almost exclusively within reticulocytes whereas lethal P. yoelii 17XL and P. berghei (ANKA), at comparable stages of infection, were predominantly erythrocytic. Induction of a reticulocytosis converted the normally lethal P. yoelii 17XL infection into a nonlethal one, and reticulocytic P. yoelii was shown to be more immunogenic than the erythrocytic form. Since one of the differences between reticulocytes and erythrocytes that might have influenced the development of immunity was greater expression of MHC antigens of the former cell type we examined the expression of H-2K, H-2D and Ia on reticulocytes infected with P. yoelii 17XNL. These cells showed a very marked increase in H-2K and D antigen expression compared to normal reticulocytes or erythrocytes. No Ia was detected. Red blood cells (RBC) infected with lethal P. yoelii 17XL or P. berghei showed no increase in H-2K or H-2D antigen expression. Finally, the level of expression of H-2K on P. yoelii 17XNL parasitized red blood cells from different strains of mice correlated closely with the ability of these strains to control the infection.  相似文献

Species of malaria parasite that infect rodents have long been used as models for malaria disease research. Here we report the whole-genome shotgun sequence of one species, Plasmodium yoelii yoelii, and comparative studies with the genome of the human malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum clone 3D7. A synteny map of 2,212 P. y. yoelii contiguous DNA sequences (contigs) aligned to 14 P. falciparum chromosomes reveals marked conservation of gene synteny within the body of each chromosome. Of about 5,300 P. falciparum genes, more than 3,300 P. y. yoelii orthologues of predominantly metabolic function were identified. Over 800 copies of a variant antigen gene located in subtelomeric regions were found. This is the first genome sequence of a model eukaryotic parasite, and it provides insight into the use of such systems in the modelling of Plasmodium biology and disease.  相似文献

本文用1%NP-40提取五种疟的虫(间日疟原虫、恶性疟原虫、食蟹猴疟原虫、伯氏疟原虫、约氏疟原虫)红内期可溶性蛋白组分。各种蛋白提取物经SDS-聚丙烯安电泳后氨银染色,所得蛋白图谱经光密度扫描进行分析。实验结果表明五种疟原虫蛋白区带数目及位置各不相同,但两条分子量分别为72KD和64KD蛋白为五种疟原虫共有区带。在五种疟原虫中,以伯多疟原虫与约氏疟原虫蛋白谱最类似,表明二者种间进化关系较接近。  相似文献

The recognition and invasion of host cells are mediated by components of the apical complex of the ookinete, sporozoite and merozoite stages of Plasmodium parasites. The paired rhoptries (organelles involved in host-cell recognition) in the apical complex contain many proteins of as-yet unknown function. In the rodent malaria agent P. yoelii yoelii, a multigene family codes for merozoite rhoptry proteins of relative molecular mass 235,000 (p235 proteins); these proteins are thought to determine the subset of erythrocytes that the parasites invade. Further support for this idea came from the identification of a region in p235 with weak but significant homology to reticulocyte-binding protein-2 of P. vivax and the demonstration that at least one p235 member binds to the erythrocyte surface membrane. Here, using single, micromanipulated P.y.yoelii parasites, we describe a new mechanism of gene expression by which the merozoites originating from a single schizont each express a distinct member of this multigene family. We propose that this new type of clonal phenotypic variation provides the parasite with a survival strategy in the mammalian host; this strategy contributes to the observed chronicity of malarial infections. This phenomenon is genetically and functionally distinct from classical antigenic variation, which is mediated by the var multigene family of P. falciparum.  相似文献

以阿拉善左旗锡林高勒地区红砂(Reaumuria soongorica)及其生长土壤为研究对象,通过常规离子含量测定法、电镜制片及观察、氧化酶活性测定、MDA、脯氨酸含量测定及模糊数学函数分析,探讨红砂对荒漠盐化土的适应特征,得出如下结果:锡林高勒土壤环境均呈碱性.全盐含量在3.0-7.0ɡ·㎏-1之间,pH8.0-8.25,电导率为1.6-5.9ms·cm-1.红砂叶片肉质化,叶、茎表面具有盐腺、气孔器和表皮毛,叶表皮的盐腺密度较大,在1 mm2的表皮中,具有盐腺16-17个.红砂的根、茎、叶含有Na+、K+、Ca2+和Mg2+等离子,与根系生长土壤环境中的阳离子组分一致.红砂植株不同部位的各种离子含量的基本趋势均是:根〈茎〈叶,其中阳离子K+含量较高,Na+离子的含量相对低些,Mg2+、Ca2+含量更低.不同株型的红砂叶片均属于中抗型,在不同株型间超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、游离脯氨酸(pro)的含量无显著差异(〈0.05),丙二醛(MDA)的含量大株与小株、中株有显著差异(P〈0.05),过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)的含量均呈小株与大株、中株有显著差异(P〈0.05).红砂叶片中MDA、SOD和CAT的含量均为大株〈中株〈小株;POD的含量为中株〈大株〈小株;pro的含量为大株〈中株〈小株.  相似文献

本文通过对三峡工程左岸电站10^#机组蜗壳保压浇筑的全过程监测,分析了机组蜗壳在施工期加压、保压以及卸压过程中的钢板、混凝土和钢筋的应力状况和钢板与混凝土结合缝的开度状况,得出机组蜗壳在整个加压和卸压的浇筑过程中工作性态正常,应力和变形均在设计允许范围内。  相似文献

应用动态粘弹力学的理论和方法,对环氧沥青进行了不同应力、应变、温度和时间条件下的流变学性能试验研究。试验结果表明,与普通改性沥青相比,其蠕变柔量小约4个数量级;复数模量随频率降低(温度升高)而降低并与贮存模量共同趋于定值,而在高频(低温)条件下则显示出一定的粘性特征;各项粘弹性参数远远大于改性沥青和普通沥青,具有很好的抵抗流动变形能力。环氧沥青是一种完全不同于普通沥青和改性沥青的粘弹性材料。  相似文献
