体育系教职工年度考核评估方法的探索与实践

对教职工在当年度内所作的工作从"德、能、勤、绩”4个方面进行量化处理,得出了一个比较客观公正的考核结果,起到鼓励先进,鞭策后进的积极作用.是规范管理,科学考核的有力举措.     

高职院校教师量化考核研究

高职院校实行了绩效薪酬,但是以什么为准绳、用什么做依据,在高职院校不同于普通高校的底色的前置情境下,职称的评定、岗位职级的评定、行政职位的变迁、绩效薪酬的发放,需要一个标杆做参考。鉴于此,该文运用文献资料法、实地参与式观察法挖掘了高职院校在实行绩效薪酬的进程中实行量化考核的功能,构建了高职院校的量化考核体系,对高职院校的教学、行政两大系统教师塑造了教职工综合考核分=教职工基本工作考核分+科研绩效考核分+招生工作考核分+其他工作考核分的综合绩效考核框架。以期推进高职院校量化考核,破解高职院校平时不争评时争的问题,拔高教师的教学积极性、主观能动性,推动教师改进教学方法,提高教学质量,进而提高高职院校人才培养质量。     

量化科技绩效考核办法创新人才资源激励机制

量化考核科技人员绩效办法是一个客观、公正、公平的考核和评价体系,采用定性与定量相结合的方式综合考核,用"一面镜子照全院,一把尺子量全员",融进了国内外诸多的先进管理理念.一是规范了管理者的管理行为准则,考核评定科技人员,避免了"见仁见智"的人为因素,真正做到公开、公正、公平;二是完善了分配机制,谁干得多就得分多,谁做得出色谁就加分,谁贡献最大谁就获得最大回报;三是摈弃了"论资排辈",推进了"能上能下"的竞争机制和人员流动机制,从制度上将激励每一位科技人员,尤其是年轻科技人员的岗位成才、岗位争做贡献的积极性和能动性并取得了显著的经济效益.     

莫让“规范”变“利剑”

去年教育部重新修订并公布了新的《中小学教师职业道德规范》（以下简称《规范》），全国上下各级教育主管部门纷纷出台文件贯彻落实。于是，许多教育主管部门和学校便把《规范》作为师德考核的指标进行量化，并辅以不同分值，列入对教职工的年度考核之中。

介绍了在化学实验课的考核量化细化的一些实践经验,尤其对分析化学基础化学实验课平时成绩的评分与期末考核的组织、考核方式、评分方面采取的一些措施。通过实验课的考核量化细化这一平台使学生重视实验基本操作,准确掌握实验基本操作技能,提高动手能力及实践能力,进而达到良好的教学效果。     

关于独立学院教职工年度考核若干问题的思考

教职工年度考核是高校人事管理的常规性工作,也是人事管理工作者应研究的重要课题。做好全校教职工年度考核工作,对调动其积极性有着重要的意义。本文针对目前独立学院年度考核中存在的若干问题,提出改进和完善教职工年度考核的几点思路及建议。     

高校本科生党员量化管理考核的实践与思考

通过量化考核学生党员在党风党纪遵守情况、组织活动参与情况、先锋模范作用发挥情况和党建工作落实情况等,将其结果进行分析总结。同时,提出进步完善量化管理考核的措施,切实提高学生党员的思想政治觉悟、党性修养,发挥其先锋模范作用。

教学与科研是相互促进、相辅相成的.高校教师承担着教学、科研双重任务,因此对教师的综合考核是师资管理工作中的重要课题.其中应该如何对科研工作进行考核是目前一些高校争论的焦点.本文提出一种建立科研工作量化考核体系的方法,在教学与科研工作之间建立起量的对应关系,将科研工作量转换成与教学工作量相对应的标准体系,着重对科研工作的考核周期和量化标准进行了探讨.本方法适用于地方高等学校对教师科研工作进行量化考核.对于激发、调动教师从事科研工作的积极性,加快学科发展与教师队伍建设有着重要的意义.     

数字时代涉密人员的考核

数字时代涉密人员考核的重要性日益凸现,针对当前涉密人员考核存在的考核主体单一、考核指标笼统、考核结果有效应用不足的现实困境,揭示了导致这一困境的职业化发展不足和考核指标体系建构难度大两个深层次原因,在此基础上进行了构建差异化和量化涉密人员考核指标体系的探索,并提出完善考核组织方式、增强考核结果响应、建立考核指标动态调整机制的具体措施。     

以人为本的教育理念在教育评估中的若干体现述评

在以往的教育评估活动中,因为技术方面的限制或者决策层理念上的偏差,很多在教育活动中有着重要地位的指标没有得到足够的重视.近年来,与教育评估有关的一些领域正在悄然发生着变化,从单纯追求量化考核—量化考核与质化考核相结合—更强调质量考核、强调以人为中心的考核这一趋势是值得关注并应当适时加以引导的.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
