基于ANSYS的压力容器壁厚优化设计

阐述了压力容器设计的一种可行方案,以及针对压力容器的参数提出了以减少壁厚为优化目标进行优化设计的方法.首先通过材料力学等相关知识对某压力容器的结构进行设计,从而得出相应的尺寸参数,然后根据实际工况,利用大型仿真软件ANSYS进行力学分析,并以此为依据,利用ANSYS软件的优化设计模块(Design Opt)进行优化分析,并对比传统设计方法和ANSYS设计方法的效果.在满足工程中技术指标的情况下,实现提高设备刚度和结构轻量化的目标.     

基于ANSYS的压力容器壁厚优化设计研究

建立了压力容器壁厚优化分析的数学模型,采用一阶优化方法对其壁厚进行了数值分析.结果表明:用优化分析法设计压力容器结构,可以有效地减少制造时所需材料,降低制造成本,使设计方案更趋合理.     

分离式制动钳结构优化设计及验证

为实现汽车制动钳轻量化并保证制动性能,提出由前缸（铝合金材料）、后缸（球墨铸铁材料）组成的分离式制动钳结构,利用拓扑优化技术对分离式制动钳结构进行有限元分析,对制动钳前缸、导向销孔连接区域、后缸进行材料及结构优化。优化前后对比试验表明,前缸最大应力由238.74 MPa下降为226.21 MPa,变形量由0.207 mm下降为0.195 mm;后缸最大应力由318.07 MPa下降为310.95 MPa,变形量由0.413 mm下降为0.338 mm。优化前后钳体刚度性能基本相当,分离式制动钳常温下变形量由0.23mm下降为0.19 mm,高温下的变形量由0.22 mm下降为0.20 mm。在保证制动性能的情况下,整体质量较优化前达到轻量化设计目的,其中前缸减轻16%,后缸减轻27%。     

基于蒙特卡罗法的压力容器可靠性风险分析

针对压力容器结构可靠性问题,采用蒙特卡罗随机方法进行了数值模拟,通过计算,对复杂结构可靠度问题的求解和分析有了初步了解.结果表明:用可靠性分析法设计压力容器结构,使压力容器得到更可靠的保证,可以更准确的揭示压力容器各位置的功能特点,使设计方案更合理.     

高炉炉缸铁水环流速度影响因素的水模试验

进行大喷煤条件下铁水环流与炉缸侵蚀的实验室研究，结果表明，喷煤量、炉缸结构和铁口参数是影响炉缸内铁水环流速度的重要因素。给出了大量喷煤条件下的合理炉缸结构和铁口设计参数的优化范围。     

基于遗传算法和BP神经网络的圆柱壳大开孔接管结构优化研究

应用神经网络模拟GB150-2011《压力容器》标准中圆柱壳径向接管开孔结构参数与强度关系,以开孔接管结构用材最省为优化目标,采用遗传算法对圆柱壳大开孔接管结构进行优化设计研究.经神经网络拟合后,标准算图数据信息归一于一个三层的BP网络并应用于遗传算法程序中,与反复查图和有限元优化算法相比,此优化算法更节省设计时间.经验证,优化后的结构符合强度要求,优化结果满足工程设计需要.     

某型脉冲增压柴油机排气管结构优化设计

为解决某型脉冲增压柴油机第8缸排温高以及排温不均匀问题,基于GT-power仿真软件建立了柴油机仿真模型,利用多试验设计(design of experiments,DOE)实验设计方法对排气管结构进行了优化设计。结果表明,DOE方法可以辨识出结构参数和排气温度之间的映射关系,在Optimizer优化控制器可以快速得出最优的结构参数组合,优化后的排气管解决了第8缸排温高的问题,同时有效改善了各缸排温不均匀性。     

低温压力容器及低温低应力容器的设计探讨

主要介绍了低温压力容器的定义、失效模式及设计中的注意事项,详细分析了形成低温压力容器主要失效模的低温脆裂的必要条件,从而在低温压力容器的设计过程中,通过对设计温度、低温材料选用、结构优化设计、焊接工艺、无损检测等方面的技术优化,确保低温压力容器的使用安全。     

含超薄金属内衬轻量化复合材料压力容器的设计与制备

 随着新能源汽车、火箭发动机系统、卫星等新技术和新装备的不断发展,对其携带液体燃料和高压气体的压力容器提出高气密、轻质量、长寿命的苛刻要求.对此,本文提出一种含超薄金属内衬轻量化复合材料压力容器的设计与制备技术.研究了缠绕纤维与芯模表面间滑线系数的表征方法,提出了基于工艺可实现的精密缠绕理论;研制出0.8mm厚超薄铝合金内衬;建立了仿壁虎脚结构的界面层设计理论模型,制备出超薄金属内衬与复合材料层间的超强界面层;掌握了复合材料结构的损伤自修复方法,提高了复合材料压力容器的可重复使用次数,所研制的轻量化复合材料压力容器相比同容积、同压力的金属容器减重70%.     

钢制压力容器非线性稳定分析

为确定短圆筒钢制压力容器的稳定性能和临界荷载,对5米长的钢制压力容器开展了有限元特征值屈曲分析,获得屈曲临界荷载。在此基础上,采用弧长法对压力容器进行了非线性失稳分析,考虑了几何和材料双重非线性的影响,得到了压力容器结构整体稳定的全过程荷载-位移曲线以及单元的应力分布图。应用两倍弹性斜率法和双切线交点法求得临界荷载,与理论计算结果相比稍高,可以看出理论公式计算结果是偏于安全的。最后提出了短圆筒压力容器抗失稳的四点措施。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
