培养基中分别或联合添加葡萄糖、麦麸、活酵母,对各组培养基对黑腹果蝇(Drosophilamelanogaster)野生型与残翅突变型发育周期、子代成蛹量、羽化量、体重及性比的影响进行了研究.结果表明,葡萄糖的加入能提高成蝇体重,却显著降低了子代数量;添加麦麸与活酵母可缩短发育周期、提高子代数量与体重;葡萄糖、麦麸与活酵母三者联合作用显著,使果蝇发育周期缩短、成蛹与羽化高峰期提前,子代数量与体重提高.优化出的配方利于野生型和残翅突变型果蝇的生长,可缩短果蝇发育周期,并获得更多的子代.  相似文献

选用1种野生型(18#)和3种突变型(e#、2#和6#)黑腹果蝇(Drosophila melanogaster)为材料,通过将刚羽化的雌果蝇与成熟的雄果蝇混合培养,初步测出雌果蝇性成熟的时间.结果表明,雌果蝇在羽化后的第10~13 h便可达到性成熟,而且不同的品种其性成熟的时间有所不同,野生型(18#)雌果蝇要早于突变型.  相似文献

果蝇发生量是数量性状,选用野生型、檀黑体、残翅和白眼四种不同基因型的果蝇,设计25种不同的杂交组合,并将其培养在不同大小的容器内,统计各种组合的子代果蝇发生量。经方差分析,结果表明:环境(不同容器大小)对果蝇的发生量影响最大。不同基因型以及基因型与环境的互作对果蝇发生量的影响在不同的杂交组合中也达到极显著差异或显著差异。说明果蝇的发生量是由基因型和环境交互作用的结果。  相似文献

用紫外线、氦氖激光分别照射野生型果蝇,经连续3代处理,每代均表现出照射时间延长,后代效应明显的趋势。这些效应主要是子代数量减少,羽化时间缩短,体重减轻等,而且有一定的致畸和诱变效应。但对性比影响不大。  相似文献

以野生型果蝇、白眼果蝇为实验动物 ,研究不同浓度芜菁块根汁 (以下简称块根汁 )在不同温度、不同空间下对其发生量的影响。实验共分 3个处理浓度、2个培养温度 (设空白对照组 ) ,重复 3次。结果表明 ,在培养管内 ,3个浓度块根汁均使 2个品系的果蝇在 2 0℃和 2 5℃温度下的发生量增加。在广口瓶内 :2 0℃温度下 3个浓度块根汁均使野生型果蝇的发生量下降 ,而白眼果蝇发生量的影响则为低浓度块根汁使其下降而中、高两浓度却使其增加 ;2 5℃温度下低、中两浓度块根汁使野生型果蝇发生量增加而高浓度却使其下降 ,而白眼果蝇发生量的影响则为低浓度块根汁使其增加而中、高两浓度却使其下降。说明不同浓度的芜菁块根汁对不同品系果蝇在不同温度、不同空间下的发生量的影响是不一样的  相似文献

将野生型果蝇分别培养于含0,10,100,150,200,25O,35O,500,700,1000ppm敌枯双的果蝇培养基上,在25℃交配、产卵6d.子代成蝇羽化后,每天检查其外部畸形并计数.解毒试验组加烟酰胺(NA)、敌枯双(Bis-A-TDA)各200ppm于培养基中.实验结果表明:(1)敌枯双对果蝇的胚胎毒性随剂量增加而上升.(2)烟酰胺能部分解除敌枯双对果蝇的胚胎毒性.(3)低剂量敌枯双(10—100ppm)处理,能增加子代成蝇的羽化数,有促进作用.  相似文献

选用野生型、残翅和白眼3种不同基因型的果蝇,人为地将野生型和白眼果蝇的翅膀分别剪去0/3,1/3,1/2,2/3,1/1,设计39种不同的杂交组合,培养在相同大小的容器中,置于室温条件下。统计各种组合的子代果蝇发生量。结果显示:果蝇的生殖过程中,不同性状的个体之间存在一定的生殖“歧视”。同时进入繁殖期时。翅是两性吸引的重要的结构部分,雄性主要依靠振翅的频率来吸引异性,因此果蝇的翅是繁殖交尾的一种关键辅助结构。  相似文献

以三种不同品系果蝇为材料,观察氯化镉染毒(浓度分别为0μg/ml,5μg/ml,10μg/ml,20μg/ml,40μg/ml)对果蝇子代发生量,发育速度及平均寿命的影响。结果表明:镉染毒能够减少同期内果蝇子代发生量,随着镉浓度增高,子代发育速度延缓并伴随着发生量逐渐减少,成虫的平均寿命相应缩短。子代成虫雌雄比保持1:1。实验结果提示:镉染毒能够干扰果蝇的生殖发育,并能缩短果蝇的寿命。  相似文献

研究了饲养空间、温度、光照和饲料成分等生态因子对野生型黑腹果蝇发育和繁殖的影响.结果表明:除光照时间外,其他因子对果蝇的生长、繁殖都有明显的影响.果蝇繁殖的子代数量随饲养空间的增大而增加,最适培养温度为25~28℃,饲料中酵母粉最适用量为常规用量的3~4倍,糖含量高或低都不利于果蝇的发育和繁殖.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
