采用循环伏安法制备了铁氰化钴/铜(Cu/CoHCF)复合膜化学修饰电极,研究了该修饰电极的电化学性质及电催化活性。结果表明,复合物不是铁氰化钴(CoHCF)与铁氰化铜(CuHCF)的简单混合物,而是钴、铜共沉积形成的多核铁氰化物。该电极对肼具有良好的电催化活性。在优化条件下,安培法检测肼的线性范围为4.6×10-6~4.4×10-2 mol.L-1,检测限(3Sb,n=11)为8.0×10-7 mol.L-1,灵敏度为143.1"A.(mmol.L-1)-1。该法已用于模拟水样中肼含量测定。  相似文献

制备了铁氰化锰修饰玻碳电极,采用循环伏安法研究了蛋氨酸在修饰电极上的电化学特性,并建立了一种电化学检测蛋氨酸的新方法。在最佳实验条件下,线性伏安扫描的峰电流与蛋氨酸浓度在2.0×10-5~2.0×10-2mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系,线性方程为Ip(μA)=0.0589C(μmol/L)+2.7(r=0.9996,n=5),检出限为5.0×10-6mol/L(S/N=3)。将该修饰电极用于蛋氨酸样品的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

制备了茜素红-多壁碳纳米管修饰电极,用循环伏安法和线性扫描伏安法研究了尿酸在修饰电极上的电化学行为.结果表明,在pH=1.01的0.2mol/L盐酸底液中,尿酸在修饰电极上出现一不可逆的氧化峰,氧化峰电流与其浓度在2.0×10-6-1.0×10-4moI/L范围内具有良好的线性关系Ip=4.94×10-7 0.248c,相关系数R=0.9957,检出限为1.0×10-6mol/L,人尿样品中尿酸测定的回收率为101.3%-106.5%.  相似文献

制备氢氧化铁修饰碳糊电极,并研究雌二醇在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。将石墨粉表面进行氢氧化铁胶体粒子化学修饰,油为黏结剂制成碳糊电极对雌二醇进行固相微萃取富集,循环伏安法对雌二醇进行测定。与未修饰碳糊电极相比较,氢氧化铁修饰电极使雌二醇的氧化峰电流提高了3倍并使氧化峰负移了36 mV。雌二醇的氧化峰电流随着扫速的增加而线性增加,为吸附控制反应。在最佳实验条件下,雌二醇的氧化峰电流与雌二醇浓度的对数在8×10~(-7)~3×10~(-5) mol/L之间的线性关系良好,最低检测限为5×10~(-7) mol/L,相对标准偏差为2.11%。该修饰电极对雌二醇的电化学氧化具有良好的电催化作用,用此法对雌二醇药片含量进行测定,测定结果与标示相符,结果令人满意。  相似文献

目的将离子液体(N-己基吡啶六氟磷酸盐,[HPy][PF_6])与石墨粉混合,制备离子液体碳糊电极(CILE);再将石墨烯溶液(GR)滴涂在CILE表面,制备石墨烯修饰离子液体碳糊电极(GR/CILE)。建立GR/CILE测定对乙酰氨基酚的电化学方法。方法采用循环伏安法对比研究对乙酰氨基酚在CILE和GR/CILE上的电化学和电催化行为,采用微分脉冲伏安法建立GR/CILE测定对乙酰氨基酚含量的新方法。结果 GR/CILE对对乙酰氨基酚的氧化还原具有明显的电催化作用;在0.1V·s~(-1)扫速下,对乙酰氨基酚的氧化还原峰电位差(ΔE_P)为87mV;在1.0×10~(-6)~5.0×10~(-4) mol·L~(-1)范围内,其氧化峰电流与浓度之间呈良好线性(r=0.995 6),检出限为3.0×10~(-7) mol·L~(-1)(S/N=3)。结论该GR/CILE修饰电极成功用于片剂中对乙酰氨基酚含量的测定,且其电子转移速率和灵敏度优于CILE电极。  相似文献

利用电化学方法在石墨烯表面上沉积金-钯纳米粒子,制备了金-钯纳米粒子/石墨烯修饰玻碳电极.扫描电子显微镜和X-射线能谱仪对修饰电极组装过程进行了表征.采用循环伏安法研究了对乙酰氨基酚在修饰电极上的电化学行为,在p H 7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,对乙酰氨基酚在修饰电极上出现一对明显的氧化还原峰,其氧化还原峰电位分别为0.334V和0.299V.在最佳条件下,对乙酰氨基酚的氧化峰电流与其浓度在5.0×10-7-1.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)为1.0×10-7mol/L.利用该方法对药片中的对乙酰氨基酚含量进行检测,获得的结果令人满意.  相似文献

用β-环糊精(β-CD)制成修饰碳糊电极,循环伏安法研究槲皮素在 β-CD 修饰碳糊电极上的电化学行为。结果显示:当以 pH =5 的磷酸缓冲溶液(PBS)为底液,扫描速率为 80 mV/s 时,槲皮素在 β-CD 修饰电极上的电化学信号最大,当槲皮素浓度在 5. 0 ×10 7~ 1. 0 ×10 4mol. L 1范围内,槲皮素峰电流与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,其线性方程为 Ip(μA)=7. 809 + 2. 848 ×105c(mol. L 1),相关系数为0.999 6,检出限为 6. 3 ×10 8mol. L 1。  相似文献

将正己基吡啶六氟磷酸盐与石墨粉混合制备一种离子液体修饰碳糊电极,用电化学还原的方法将氧化石墨烯沉积于该电极表面得到电化学沉积石墨烯修饰电极.通过循环伏安法和示差脉冲伏安法研究了木犀草素在该修饰电极上的电化学行为.在p H为2.0的磷酸缓冲液中对木犀草素溶液进行循环伏安扫描,出现了一对良好的氧化还原峰,考察了扫速和p H等条件对电化学反应的影响.在最佳条件下木犀草素的浓度在4.0×10-8mol/L~4.0×10-6mol/L之间与氧化峰电流呈良好的线性关系,检测限为1.0×10-8mol/L.  相似文献

制备了酞菁铁-邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯修饰碳糊电极,发现该电极对抗坏血酸的电氧化具有催化作用.在最优化条件下,抗坏血酸的氧化峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10-6~3.4×10-4mol/L范围内成良好的线性关系,检测限为3.2×10-7mol/L.初步讨论了电催化机理.该电极已成功用于果汁和药品维生素C片中的抗坏血酸含量的测定.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
