缝纫工艺参数对薄型机织面料缝口缩皱的影响

探讨缝纫工艺参数对缝口缩皱的影响,以有效地减轻缝口缩皱程度.采用正交实验方法测试并分析了送布牙高度、压脚压力、缝纫线张力、针迹密度4项缝纫参数对缝口缩皱的影响.实验结果显示,缝纫线张力、针迹密度是对缝口缩皱影响较大的缝纫参数.以这两个缝纫参数做变量,对轻薄类面料的优选缝纫参数进行单因素5水平实验.结果表明,送布牙高度及缝纫线张力宜低;压脚压力及针迹密度无明显规律.缝纫线张力与缝口缩皱呈多项式关系;针迹密度与缝口缩皱量之间没有显著相关性,其关系并不是简单而直线化的.     

缝纫工艺对缝纫复合材料弯曲性能的影响

采用不同的缝纫方式、缝纫密度、缝纫线种类、缝纫线线密度对Kevlar纤维毡进行缝纫,制成预制件,经过真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)方式对缝纫预制件固化成型.测试结果表明,随着缝纫密度增大,缝纫复合材料的弯曲性能单调降低;在缝纫密度相同的情况下,缝纫的行距比针距对弯曲性能的影响大;缝纫线的直径越大,缝纫后复合材料的弯曲性能下降幅度越大;而缝纫线种类对弯曲性能影响不大.     

缝纫张力与线迹形成的关系分析

依据成缝原理,从底面线的张力分析入手,找出影响缝纫张力的因素并提出了相应的措施.     

国内外羊毛西装面料加工性能的比较

选择35种国内外羊毛西装面料,利用FAST仪对其加工性能进行测试,运用主成分分析方法对其差距与缝纫质量进行比较.结果表明,国内外毛西装面料的主要差异是可成型性,其他依次为湿膨胀性、厚重性、松驰回缩性等.这些差距表明国外毛西装面料加工时制作难度小,尺寸稳定性好,缝纫缩皱较轻,而国内面料制作难度大,缝纫缩皱严重.

本文以分支界限法为基础,探讨了服装缝纫流水线最优设计的数学模型,提出了评价流水线设计方案的主要因素及其评价值,并且实现用微机进行辅助设计。通过对实例缝纫工序的优化组织,表明用本文提出的方案进行服装缝纫流水线设计,不仅省工省时,而且可提高流水线的编制效率。

基于包含若干分层的缝纫复合材料层合板在面内压缩载荷作用下发生屈曲破坏的机理,即厚度方向上的缝纫线被拉断,把缝纫线的极限伸长率作为层合板屈曲破坏的控制参数,采用能量的方法建立了用于预测缝纫复合材料层合板屈曲强度的理论模型.采用最小势能原理计算了缝纫及未缝纫复合材料层合板的屈曲强度.在此基础上,定义一个缝纫增强比,用一个算例证明了缝纫复合材料层合板较未缝纫复合材料层合板有更高的屈曲强度.研究了缝纫参数(包括缝纫线直径,缝纫针距和行距)对缝纫复合材料层合板屈曲强度的影响.     

预应力锚杆张力无损检测方法影响因素及最优测试组合方式探究

文章基于利用弦振动理论以及预应力锚杆张力与系统弹簧系数的关系来测试预应力锚杆张力的研究,通过试验测试预应力锚杆张力的影响因素,分析各个因素对测试结果的影响,并提出最优方案,提高预应力锚杆张力无损检测的测试精度。

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
