高层管理信息系统(EIS)及其开发策略的研究

分析了可供高层管理者直接使用的计算机信息系统（ＣＩＳ）匮乏的主要原因，指出开发ＥＩＳ是改变这一局面的有效途径。本文还研究了ＥＩＳ的开发策略，提出了一些对将参与ＥＩＳ的论证、设计和实施的专业人员及系统的使用者来说值得共同关注的问题.     

政府人力资源规划决策支持系统模型及其设计

设计和初步实现了一个综合的中国行政区的政府人力资源规划决策支持系统。其目的在于为区政府人力资源管理提供所需的工具。系统为该级政府在人力需求、招聘、职位安排、职位晋级、评估以及发展的多个方面,可提供选择性规划。而且,该系统还可帮助政府人力资源部门分析该级政府的人力资源决策,解决人力资源管理面临的问题,减少在组织机构调整时造成的延搁,提高政府人员的工作绩效。     

A Design View on Research in Social Sciences

Research in social sciences has not had the same impact as research in natural sciences and several authors are critical of social science research methods. In order to elucidate this problem, the author analyzes the purpose of research in general and in social sciences in particular. The author makes reference to various research methods that are suggested and used in social sciences. Social science research differs from research in natural sciences. It differs not only in being dependent on actions of human individuals but also because systems in social sciences are a complex mixture of Hard and Soft systems. The paper argues that research in Human Activity Systems should focus on design. This view changes the research perspective and the demands on the research methods to be used. The author suggests a method based on focusing decision settings combined with Action Research.     

Management Information Systems Education from A Systemic Viewpoint

As a proponent of systems thinking and as an MIS educator, I am interested in assuring that systems thinking is (and remains) incorporated into MIS education, not nominally but truly in spirit. This paper reviews some of the highlights of the history of MIS education, with a view toward the identification and preservation of its systemic spirit.

基于OPN的C4ISR装备体系作战需求验证模型建立方法

作战需求验证是C4ISR装备体系需求开发过程的重要环节,仿真是作战需求验证的一种有效手段,而验证模型的建立是进行仿真验证的前提和关键.针对现有C4ISR装备体系作战需求仿真验证方法在验证模型的建模语言、建模方法等方面的不足,提出采用对象Petri网(OPN)建立仿真验证模型,深入剖析了建立验证模型所需的作战需求描述信息,研究了验证模型的建立过程,可有效支持作战需求验证仿真系统的构建.

基于 Rough集理论 ,通过建立同类人员评判模型 ,利用此模型及其简化模型的算法 ,探索以可达到高效率评判各类人员中同类人员为目的的技术和方法 ,并以实例加以说明.     

大型管理信息系统分解的模糊关联方法及其应用

针对大型管理信息系统功能结构分解问题，提出一种利用信息处理过程之间的模糊关联性来识别各个子系统，从而达到系统分解目的的方法，并将方法应用于某生产企业管理信息系统和广东省一个市级政府经济管理信息系统总体设计中.     

智能运输调度系统模型库构造与管理

根据最近的研究和未来展望 ,从系统设计的角度对 V RSP( Vehicle Routing and SchedulingProblem s)的模型按结构进行了分类 ,给出了模型类的知识表示 ;详细地讨论了 VRSP模型类的父类、子类、多项式派生子类、相似类、多项式派生超子类、等价类 ;研究了模型类的并、交、补运算 ,从而深刻地揭示了模型类之间的关系 .提出了 VRSP模型库及其管理系统一个框架设计 .本文的研究虽然是针对智能运输调度系统进行的 ,但其思想和方法对一般智能管理系统的设计具有普遍意义.     

Systems Language for e-Democracy: Personal Resource Systems Management (PRSM), a Model and Action Research

In ancient Athens, the Agora was a place for collective decision making about personal and community issues. New Agoras, most recently Internet-enabled ones, now propose to enliven participatory democracy and establish systems by which our institutions can serve us and we can govern ourselves (B. H. Banathy, Guided Evolution of Society: A Systems View, Kluwer Academic/Plenum Press, New York, 2000). Effective participation in such activity will require a language and consciousness not currently in evidence, and learning beyond current parameters. In this article, high school students from Stephanie Williams' Child Development classes at McDowell High School, Millcreek Township School District, demonstrate use of a new paradigm. This model of Personal Resource Systems Management provides systems language for Agora discourse enabling effective participatory democracy.     

The Pragmatics of Educational Systems Design: A Critical Examination

The author critically examines educational systems design (ESD) through the lens of pragmatism. Examining ESD through a lens of pragmatism draws to the foreground issues related to Banathy's (1991, 1996, 2001) idealized systems design for social and societal systems. The author addresses the complex and dynamic nature of systems design, focusing on the systemic processes in which user-designers are continually challenged to inquire, communicate, and consider choices, and make design decisions concerning the nature of the system being designed. The power of social systems design (SSD) lies in the ability to consider the ideal image of a social and/or societal system, critically and pragmatically in relation to creating a new system that will contribute to the evolutionary betterment of society and a sustainable future for humankind. Following an introduction, the author examines pragmatism. Then the author applies a lens of pragmatism, critically, to examine educational systems design in relation to generating change and creating the ideal educational system. The author then argues the pragmatics of educational systems design, concluding the paper with final reflections on ESD as a process.

简述了人控制模型研究的重要作用和普遍意义。给出了人响应特性范围及常用的人控制数学模型形式,并着重介绍了人最优控制模型及其标准型人最优操纵模型。此外,还给出了人控制模型的典型应用实例。     

Social Systems Design as a Vehicle Towards Local Public e-Services for and by Citizens

The need for increased user participation and involvement in the process of designing and developing public e-Services has been emphasized in recent years. User involvement is critical to success in the development and implementation of public e-Services, and many visions and efforts are focused on citizen participation in the design and development process. In this article, concepts of Social Systems Design are analysed in the context of local public e-Services in order to improve potential to meet the requirements for user participation and involvement. Results show that the ideas of Social Systems Design, where applicable, can contribute to user-centred development of local public e-Services, and can form a foundation for the development of methods that utilize user participation and involvement. However, further research requires empirical studies.

液压集成系统智能化虚拟设计中的核心算法研究

通过对液压集成系统设计中存在的问题进行分析,提出以集成块布局布孔集成方案的智能优化设计算法为核心,以具有沉浸感的虚拟现实环境为人机交互界面的智能化虚拟设计新方法。针对集成块这种复杂的立体空间带约束布局问题,介绍了智能型虚拟设计系统的构造方案,重点对其核心算法—运用智能计算方法及其混合优化策略实现集成块布局布孔自动优化设计的方法和实现技术进行阐述,为建造高度智能的液压集成块虚拟设计系统提供了可靠的理论依据。     

基于面向对象模型库的DSS可重用体系结构研究

通过对DSS中模型结构的研究,给出了基于面向对象模型库及其动态管理系统的DSS可重用体系结构,以及该体系结构的实现方法与工作流程.最后介绍了该项研究的应用情况.     

基于HLA的电子信息作战训练仿真系统分析与设计

应用工程化的过程、方法和工具进行分析与设计是仿真系统开发的基础环节。参照建模与仿真领域和软件工程领域中的模型开发与运行过程模型,将基于HLA的电子信息作战训练仿真系统的分析和设计过程划分为一系列相互关联的阶段,每个阶段形成不同应用目的的模型,其中,系统结构和行为模型的创建基于联邦成员软件框架代码自动生成工具KD-FedWizard。示例表明,分阶段的分析与设计过程具有较好的工程可实现性;联邦成员软件框架代码自动生成工具的运用提高了电子信息作战训练仿真系统分析和设计的效率。     

Repositing Thinking for Future Social Systems Design: In Tribute to Bela H. Banathy and His Inspiration of the Fuschl Conversations

Contemporary systems activity can be divided into that stressing feasible and practical short-term measures, and that which is more ideal-aware, focussed on mid-longer term futures, and typically involving on-going community or social systems design. The paper highlights the key differences in approach, but then invites closer collaboration in the cause of the possible contribution that systems thinking could make for a longer term future, with Y3K (Year 3000) as a metaphor for this. This analysis, which derives from work undertaken at Asilomar 1995 and Fuschl conversations in 2000 and 2002, finds that contemporary social system design, which is driven by western culture and is action-oriented, needs adaptation before it could contribute to greater future global harmony. A truly comprehensive systems design process must accommodate a wide range of possible parameters in terms of culture, and appreciation of time and progress. An emerging paradigm as basis for thinking and engaging in social systems design work of the future is offered, which also has relevance to general systems practice.
