无机化学实验教学方法初探

化学实验课是普通高校化学教育专业必修课程。如何通过无机化学实验课程的教学．激发学生的学习兴趣，培养他们的独立实验工作能力，有效地发展教育对象的素质，是实验教学中的一个关键问题。因此，就无机化学实验室的布置、实验课的讲解艺术、实验中的教学指导、实行开放性教学及以科研带动教学等方面提出了一些具体方法。     

生物化学实验教学改革的实践与体会

为了改进生物化学实验课教学方法,找到更好的实验教学模式,我们进行了生物化学实验课教学的改革与探索,对生物化学实验课教学的各个环节进行了适当的调整,主要改革内容包括实验课的教学内容、教学模式、课堂教学组织、实验考核方法等,同时将实验教学与科研教学相结合,鼓励学生创新和参与科研活动,改革结果显示在教师教学与学生学习两方面都有所进步,真正意义上增强了学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,提升了学生的实验技能和科研能力.

本文报道一种由硒光电池，光点检流计，标准电池组成的光通量计，可用之精确测量Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光束辐通量，适用于科研及实验课教学。

实验课教学是培养学生能力、提高学生综合素质的最有效的学习实践活动。实验课教学形式是决定实验课教学任务能否完成的关键因素，而实验课的具体管理模式又是实验课教学任务得以顺利完成的重要保证。因此，实验课的教学形式、管理模式以及二者的密切有效的结合是完成实验课教学任务的决定性因素。而传统的实验课教学恰恰缺乏行之有效的教学形式与管理模式，就更谈不上二者合理有效的结合了。

结合中药专业的特点,对仪器分析教学的理论课和实验课内容选择、教学模式以及教学与科研结合等问题进行了总结和探讨。     

构建三级训练平台,培养学生科研技能

实践教学是培养生物学专业学生基本科研技能的重要环节。近年来,华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院在实践教学中积极开展教学改革,通过构建三级训练平台,改革实验课程教学方式,提高学生对实验课的兴趣。注重创新性实验课的开发和研究,将成熟的研究新技术引入到实验教学中,加强教师队伍建设等一系列改革措施,锻炼和培养学生的科研素质和创新能力,取得了很好的教学效果。     

基于科研能力培养的地方高校植物生理学实验教学改革

目前地方高校植物生理学实验课教学主要是基础验证性实验,同时课堂中"注入式"教学方法不利于激发学生学习热情和培养学生动手与科研思维能力。针对这些问题,对植物生理实验课教学进行了改革,将单一的小实验进行有机融合,使之成为综合性实验,从而提高学生的知识系统性、实验主动性以及科研创新能力。让学生参与实验准备环节以提高学生的动手能力,在课堂中运用启发式教学以提高学生学习兴趣和教学效果。此外,将实验报告改革为研究论文,从而提高学生的科研论文写作能力。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
