SBBR中DO对亚硝酸型同步硝化反硝化的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
用序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)处理南方地区城市污水,在气量从30L·h^-1提升到100L·h^-1(平均DO范围为2.75~5.20mg·L^-1)的过程中均能有效地实现亚硝酸型同步硝化反硝化.综合反应时间和脱氮效果,气量为60L·h^-1(平均D0为4.25mg·L^-1)时具有最佳脱氮效率,可以作为处理南方地区城市污水SBBR亚硝酸型同步硝化反硝化工艺的控制参数.  相似文献

聚乙烯吡咯烷酮-镱(Ⅲ)配合物与鲱鱼精DNA的相互作用   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
采用UV-vis光谱法,在pH=7.00环境中用摩尔比法确定了鲱鱼精DNA与镱(Yb)的结合比nDNA:nYb=1:3,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=7.52×10^3L·mol^-1·cm^-1,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)与鲱鱼精DNA-镱(Ⅲ)配合物(DNA(Yb)3)的结合比nPVP:nDNA(Yb)3=4:1,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=2.68×10^5·mol^-1·cm^-1。用双倒数法求得结合常数K^θ12℃=0.965×10^2L·mol^-1和K^θ22℃=0.218×10^2L·mol^-1,△H^θ,22℃=-1.04×10^5J·mol^-1,△rS^θm22℃=-3.27×10^2J·mol^-1·K^-1,△rG^θm22℃=-0.76×10^4J·mol^-1,该过程为焓驱动。确定了PVP—Yb(Ⅲ)与hsDNA之间为沟区作用方式。  相似文献

在353K的乙酰胺-尿素-NaBr熔体中,Co(Ⅱ)一步不可逆还原为金属Co,测得Co(Ⅱ)在Pt电极上n为0.308和D0为2.58×10^-7cm^2·S^-1;Co(Ⅱ)在Cu电极上α为0.25,Do为3.2×10^-6cm^2·s^-1Mg(Ⅱ)不能单独被还原为Mg,但是可以被Co(Ⅱ)诱导共沉积.由恒电位电解法得到非晶态的Mg-Co合金膜,合金中Mg的含量随着阴极电位的负移和Mg(Ⅱ)/Co(Ⅱ)摩尔比增大而增大,镁的最大含量可达28.75wt%.  相似文献

基于Cr(VI)对(Sn,Ba,La)5·(PO4)3Cl·Eu纳米颗粒的荧光猝灭作用,建立了用琼脂溶液来固定分散(Sn,Ba,La)5·(PO4)3Cl·Eu纳米颗粒并用于测定水中微量Cr(VI)的荧光分析新方法.研究表明:Cr(Ⅵ)离子对固定于琼脂溶液中的(Sn,Ba,La)5·(PO4)5Cl·Eu纳米颗粒有荧光猝灭作用.在pH=9.0的条件下,测定的荧光最大激发波长和发射波长分别为271nm和447nm,测定Cr(VI)浓度的线性范围为4.0×10^-6mol/L^-1.4×10^-4mol/L,检测限为2.99×10^-6mol/L,回收率为98.9%~103.0%.方法具有良好的重现性和选择性,一些常见金属离子不干扰测定.应用于环境水中Cr(VI)离子含量的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

通过野外调查和室内分析相结合,研究了流沙河流域生态恢复与土壤钾素的关系,结果表明:在耕地、林地和园地3种恢复方式下,不同生态恢复程度的全钾和速效钾含量均为深度恢复〉中度恢复〉浅度恢复〉对照.方差分析表明,在3种不同的恢复程度下,耕地、林地和园地的速效钾和全钾含量呈显著相关.浅度恢复程度下,全钾的含量为耕地(7.91g·kg^-1)〉园地(7.00g·kg^-1)〉林地(5.41g·kg^-1)〉对照(3.92g·kg^-1);速效钾的含量为耕地(90.6mg·kg^-1)〉林地(65.2mg·kg^-1)〉园地(39.3mg·kg^-1)〉对照(4.5mg·kg^-1).中度恢复程度下,园地的全钾含量与林地(P=0.014)和对照(P=0.027)差异显著;耕地的速效钾含量显著高于园地(P=0.011),极显著高于对照(P=0.009).深度恢复程度下,林地与对照全钾含量间差异显著(P=0.019);林地的速效钾含量显著高于园地(P=0.037)和对照(P=0.013).  相似文献

通过对比在固体铝电解电容器多孔性绝缘Al2O3膜表面是否进行硅烷偶联剂预处理后化学聚合得到的导电聚吡咯(PPy)薄膜的连续性、附着性与电导率以及所得PPy固体铝电解电容器的性能指标,探讨了硅烷自组装膜对PPy薄膜与PPy固体铝电解电容器性能的影响及硅烷自组装膜在多孔性Al2O3膜表面的形成机理与PPy薄膜在硅烷自组装膜上的成膜机理.PPy薄膜的电导率从5.4s·cm-1提高到了16.6S·cm-1,PPy固体铝电解电容器的损耗角正切tgδ≤0.06(120Hz,20℃),漏电流IL≤〈0.04CV(或3μA).  相似文献

通过正交试验方法确定女贞子多糖超声提取优化条件,采用体外实验研究女贞子多糖对超氧阴离子(O2-)和羟自由基(·OH)的清除作用.结果表明,女贞子多糖超声提取效果显著,其最佳提取条件为:提取温度为60℃,超声时间为30min,料液比为1:40;女贞子多糖对羟自由基(·0H)和超氧阴离子(O2-)具有良好的清除作用,IC50分别为127.57μg·mL^-1和147.12μg·mL^-1.  相似文献

合成了以大环草酰胺配合物NiL为配体的四核Ni3Tb稀土-过渡配合物[Tb(NiL)2(CH3OH)3](ClO4)3·5CH3OH,并利用单晶X-射线结构分析、红外光谱以及电子光谱等多种手段对该配合物进行了结构表征.结构分析表明,该配合物为三斜晶系,对称群为P=1,a=1.5081(3)nm,b=1.5132(3)nm,c=1.7446(3)nm,α=82.512(11)°,β=70.095(6)°,γ=84.185(10)°,Z=2.  相似文献

采用常规方法合成了2个Anderson型多金属氧酸盐Na3H3[C4FN3OH4]6[TeMo6O24]·8H2O(Ⅰ)和Na2H[C4FN3OH4]2[Al(OH)6Mo6O18]·13H2O(Ⅱ).通过元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析、X射线单晶衍射对其进行了表征.结果表明:2个化合物均属于三斜晶系,P-1空间群;化合物Ⅰ的晶胞参数a=1.10691(10)nm,b=1.14899(10)nm,c=1.35807(12)nm,a=71.63(2)°,β=66.25(10)°,γ=67.44(2)°,V=1.4334(2)nm^3,Z=1,R1=0.0748,wR2=0.1279;化合物Ⅱ的晶胞参数a=0.68788(4)nm,b=1.16845(7)nm,C=1.30690(8)nm,a=81.3390(10)°,β=77.8900(10)°,γ=79.5480(10)°,V=1.00307(10)nm^3,Z=1,R1=0.0314,wR2=0.0995.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
