电炉氧化钢渣全组分高效利用的试验研究

提出一种电炉氧化渣资源化利用的新方法并进行了试验研究,即首先对钢渣中铁质金属组分进行磁选回收,然后将剩余尾泥采用3种石膏分别活化处理后用于生产钢渣硅酸盐水泥。结果表明,回收的渣铁粉折合品位为69%,回收率为50.51%,产率为25%;延长电炉氧化钢渣粉磨时间,使钢渣解离度增大,不利于弱磁性矿物的选出,降低了铁质资源的回收率;增加磁选管磁感应强度,可提高弱磁性矿物的选出率,对提高钢渣中铁质资源回收率效果显著;加入适量的石膏类激发剂能够对钢渣尾泥进行化学活化,其中半水石膏的活化效果最佳;活化后的钢渣尾泥可以达到一级钢渣微粉的国标要求,掺入30%尾泥粉的钢渣硅酸盐水泥的各龄期力学性能均达到42.5强度等级的国标要求。     

Cytoskeleton-associated protein tyrosine phosphorylation involved in induction of differentiation in mouse melanoma cells

The malignancy of a cancer is due partly to its poor differentiation. Genistein, a protein tyrosine kinase inhibitor, is found to induce the highly malignant B16-BL6 mouse melanoma cells to differentiate to mature phenotypes. When Triton X-100 insoluble fraction of the differentiated cells is prepared and analyzed, tyrosine phosphorylation levels of three cytoskeleton-associated proteins (65, 60 and 53 ku respectively) are found to decrease dramatically. But no any change is found when phosphotyrosine contents of the cytosol fraction or the total cellular protein preparations are evaluated. It is concluded that cytoskeleton-associated protein tyrosine phosphorylation may be involved in the control of differentiation of cancer cells. The decrease of phosphotyrosine contents of cytoskeleton-associated proteins may be one of the important mechanisms underlying the differentiation induction of cancer cells by anticancer agents.

紫外线照射对小鼠脏器羟脯氨酸含量的影响

无毛小鼠长期接受全身紫外线照射除引起照射部位皮肤羟脯氨酸含量降低外 ,同时引起肝脏羟脯氨酸含量增高 ,丁羟甲苯及烟酰胺对此无保护作用 ,紫外线照射对肾脏羟脯氨酸含量无明显影响 ,丁羟甲苯及丙酮可使肾脏羟脯氨酸含量轻度增高 .紫外线长期照射对脏器的影响以及某些皮肤“保护剂”(或其溶剂 )的潜在影响值得注意和进一步研究     

乳酸阈强度运动对糖尿病大鼠骨骼肌IRS-2蛋白含量及磷酸化的影响

观察乳酸阈强度运动对糖尿病大鼠骨骼肌胰岛素受体底物-2(IRS-2)蛋白含量及磷酸化的影响.在制备糖尿病大鼠模型后将SD大鼠分为3组:正常对照组(n=10),糖尿病对照组(n=10)和糖尿病运动组(20m/min组(n=10)).运动组每天运动50min,共6周.用Westernblot免疫印迹法检测骨骼肌细胞IRS-2蛋白磷酸化程度.结果显示:与糖尿病对照组相比,糖尿病运动组IRS-2蛋白含量升高24.4%(P0.01)、磷酸化提高37.2%(P0.01).本实验提示,乳酸阈强度运动对IRS-2蛋白含量和磷酸化程度产生明显影响.     

The proto-oncogene c-kit encoding a transmembrane tyrosine kinase receptor maps to the mouse W locus

Mice carrying mutations at the W locus located on chromosome 5 are characterized by severe macrocytic anaemia, lack of hair pigmentation and sterility. Mutations at this locus appear to affect the proliferation and/or migration of cells during early embryogenesis and result in an intrinsic defect in the haematopoietic stem cell hierarchy. An understanding of the molecular basis of the complex and pleiotropic phenotype in W mutant mice would thus provide insights into the important developmental processes of gametogenesis, melanogenesis and haematopoiesis. Here we show that the mouse mutant W has a deletion of the c-kit proto-oncogene. Interspecific backcross analysis demonstrates that the W locus is very tightly linked to c-kit and that the two loci cannot be segregated at this level of analysis. c-kit is the cellular homologue of the oncogene v-kit of the HZ4 feline sarcoma virus and encodes a transmembrane protein tyrosine kinase receptor that is structurally similar to the receptors for colony-stimulating factor-1 (CSF-1) and platelet derived growth factor. The co-localization of c-kit with W provides a molecular entry into this important region of the mouse genome. In addition, these observations provide the first example of a germ-line mutation in a mammalian proto-oncogene and implicate the c-kit gene as a candidate for the W locus.     

Hypothalamic regulation of sleep and circadian rhythms

A series of findings over the past decade has begun to identify the brain circuitry and neurotransmitters that regulate our daily cycles of sleep and wakefulness. The latter depends on a network of cell groups that activate the thalamus and the cerebral cortex. A key switch in the hypothalamus shuts off this arousal system during sleep. Other hypothalamic neurons stabilize the switch, and their absence results in inappropriate switching of behavioural states, such as occurs in narcolepsy. These findings explain how various drugs affect sleep and wakefulness, and provide the basis for a wide range of environmental influences to shape wake-sleep cycles into the optimal pattern for survival.
