新宁县可持续发展能力评价

为了评价新宁县可持续发展能力,根据县情建立了由经济发展、资源利用、生态建设与环境保护4个子系统组成的可持续发展能力评价指标体系,并采用全排列多边形综合图示法评价了2007–2014年的可持续发展现状以及2020的可持续发展水平。研究结果表明:2007–2012年,新宁县可持续发展综合指数均低于0.250,处于Ⅳ级较差水平;2013–2014年处于Ⅲ级一般水平;2020年达到0.945,进入Ⅰ级水平,可持续发展能力优良;当前新宁县可持续发展能力距离规划目标仍有很大差距。     

效用函数及突变级数评价法评估生态建设规划实施效果的比较研究

采用效用函数综合评价法和突变级数评价法,分别对江华瑶族自治县生态县建设规划实施成效进行了评估,结果均显示规划实施成效明显。通过分析2种方法的评估过程,可以得到突变级数评价法评价过程客观,结果真实可靠,反映了规划实施的总体情况,但对各指标实施情况的反映不明晰,且与规划本身相关度不高;而效用函数综合评价法评价过程偏主观,与规划相关度高,评价结果的预测性色彩较浓,可反映规划实施的总体和各指标实际情况。     

农村公路规划与执行多维评价方法研究

新农村公路的建设与发展需要更加科学更为合理的评价指标进行衡量与指导,针对当前我国农村公路规划与执行评价指标不全、框架不整等问题,提出了面向农村公路规划与执行的多维度评价概念.以变异系数-重要度筛选模型为基础,确立了农村公路规划与执行多维评价指标体系,明确了农村公路规划与执行评价指标体系.考虑多维联系数基于拉开档次法建立了农村公路规划与执行组合评价方法.最后以河南省“四好农村路”建设过程为例,以规划与执行为维度划分依据,通过多维评价指标的筛选确立了河南省“四好农村路”规划与执行多维评价指标体系,然后从规划、实施和保障三个维度对河南省“四好农村路”规划与执行过程进行了综合评价.     

基于熵值模糊综合评价的崇左市旅游生态环境承载力研究

旅游生态环境承载力表示在一定时期内旅游地所能承受的旅游活动强度.通过保障承载力系统、旅游市场需求与供给系统,构建崇左市旅游生态环境承载力评价指标体系.利用熵值法确定指标权重,并结合模糊综合评价模型对崇左市旅游生态环境承载力进行评价.结果表明:崇左市旅游生态环境支持承载力在2009-2011年维持在一个较低水平状态,2012-2014年进入高速发展时期;保障承载力总体处于较低承载水平;供需承载力从2011年起进入较快发展时期,2013年和2014年发展稳定;崇左市6年来旅游生态环境承载力由较低承载-中等承载-较高承载水平发展.     

郑州市低碳生态城市评价与发展保障机制研究

我国正处在城市化的快速发展时期,城市发展面临着向低能耗、低排放、低污染的低碳生态化转型,低碳生态城市建设成为我国城市发展转型的趋势.以郑州市为例,依据城市复合生态系统理论和低碳发展理念,构建低碳生态城市评价指标体系,运用熵权-改进的TOPSIS模型对郑州市2000-2009年低碳生态城市进行综合评价,GM(1,1)灰色预测模型对2020年低碳生态发展远景进行预测研究,结果表明:郑州市低碳生态城市评价综合指数呈逐步上升趋势,预计到2020年将达到0.9818.同时,对比分析郑州市2000年与2009年低碳生态城市建设的主要成绩与不足,并运用SPSS提取主成分,分析影响郑州市低碳生态城市建设的主要影响因子,在此基础上提出了郑州市低碳生态城市建设的发展保障机制.     

山东省人口、经济与生态环境系统协调测度研究

根据现有研究成果和山东实际情况,本着使人口、经济和生态环境三个系统要在保持平衡的状态下同步发展,使综合效益和复合效益最大的原则,运用AHP法构建了协调发展评价指标体系和协调度模型.对山东省1997-2011人口、经济与生态环境协调状况进行了评价.结果显示,1997-2008年,人口、经济与生态环境系统综合发展水平不断提高,协调度呈现上升趋势;2009-2011年,由于人口、环境压力增大,系统协调度略有下降.     

吐鲁番市城镇化与旅游业耦合协调度分析

以丝绸之路经济带重要节点城市吐鲁番市为靶区,以2006-2015年吐鲁番市城镇化与旅游业的相关数据为基础,通过构建城镇化与旅游业两大系统的评价指标体系,运用熵值法计算各指标权重,基于协调耦合协调模型对2006-2015年吐鲁番市城镇化与旅游业的耦合关系进行综合分析.结果表明:(1) 2006-2015年,吐鲁番市城镇化与旅游业的综合评价指数呈上升趋势;(2)借鉴耦合模型,吐鲁番市城镇化与旅游业的耦合度在近十年一直处于拮抗阶段;(3)两大系统协调类型由中度失调转向濒临失调,协调程度为不协调.滞碍关系表征为:2006年旅游业滞后,2007年城镇化滞后,2008-2009年旅游业滞后,2010-2011年城镇化滞后,2012年后旅游业持续滞后.     

突发事件应急能力评价指标体系建模研究

突发事件应急能力评价指标体系是测度政府应急能力的重要依据,因此,建构一套系统的、科学的应急能力评价指标体系才能客观地反应一级政府的应急能力的真实能力,找出差距,强化应急能力建设.本文以系统论为理论依据,在提出了建构应急能力评价指标体系的系统性、科学性、可操作性等原则的基础上,应用专家估测法,集成专家的智慧,筛选出科学的符合客观实际的指标,设置了指标集,应用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process)进行综合分析,转化为有条理的、有层次的系统,建构了层次递阶图,与此同时引用了Saaty的1-9标度法把指标由定性转化到定量,构造了判断矩阵,解出每层指标对上一层指标的权重值,为了检验所求得的权重值是否能正确地反映一级政府的实际应急能力,又引用了平均随机一致性指标RI值测度判断矩阵是否具有满意的一致性,建构了突发事件应急能力评价指标价体系模型.在模拟实验建构的突发事件应急能力评价指标体系中,各层判断矩阵CR值小于0.1,全部通过一致性检验,结果证明该模型具有系统性、科学性及可操作性.     

信息技术类专业就业能力综合测评模型

阐述了国内外几种对大学生就业能力概念的认识,从高校的专业能力培养、个人素质和学生综合能力培养3方面提出了信息技术类学生就业能力评价的指标体系,并综合社会、企业在学生就业招聘过程中的用人选拔原则,构建了评价信息技术类专业学生就业能力的综合评价指标,建立了企业决策者对信息技术类不同专业有主观偏好及对评价指标有客观需求的多属性决策目标规划模型。结合沈阳师范大学科信软件学院2011届毕业生就业预测问卷调查的数据,对不同专业的就业能力进行综合测评,将测评结果与真实就业统计结果进行对比分析,挖掘出其隐含的内在原因,为高校的专业建设提供一些理论参考,并提供了一种科学、有效的专业就业能力综合测评方法。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
