用正交试验法对金银花中绿原酸分离的醇提工艺进行优化,用紫外分光光度法测定了金银花提取物中绿原酸的含量,利用薄层色谱,对不同的展开剂进行了比较筛选,找出了一种能较好的分离出绿原酸的展开剂.从正交试验中得出醇提的最佳工艺:乙醇浓度75%,溶剂量为10倍,提取时间为2小时,提取次数为2次.利用薄层色谱法,用硅胶H,0.7%的CMC板,乙酸丁脂:甲酸:水:乙醇(1∶1∶1∶0.2)上层液为展开剂能较好的分离出金银花提取物中的绿原酸.  相似文献

采用正交试验比较了水提、醇提和乙酸乙酯提3种提取法,确定了紫茎泽兰叶中绿原酸用乙醇提取效果最佳,其最优提取工艺参数为:乙醇体积分数50%,乙醇pH值为4,料液质量比为1∶10,回流时间4 h,温度70℃.所得绿原酸进一步经NKA-9型大孔树脂纯化后纯度为23.91%.  相似文献

分别用甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、水、酸乙醇、酸水、三氯甲烷作溶剂,采用回流法、微波法、超声波法、渗漉法、煎煮法、浸提法等6种提取方法,对湖南省特有栽培品种金银花-湘宁1号绿原酸提取工艺进行了对比.结果表明,最佳提取工艺是丙酮超声,最佳提取条件是超声提取,绿原酸的得率和提取率均最高,分别为8.46%,86.5%.优选得到的提取工艺简单,时间短.  相似文献

为了优化绿原酸的醇提工艺,用乙醇作用于葵花籽粕提取绿原酸,探讨乙醇浓度、浸提时间、pH值以及料液比对绿原酸提取率的影响.在单因素实验的基础上,设计了正交实验,用实用统计的方法对实验结果进行分析,得出最适的工艺参数,结果表明:乙醇浓度75%,时间1h,料液比1:14,pH值3,绿原酸的提取效果最好,提取率达到1.32%.  相似文献

用正交设计对水浸提法、水浸提+超声波法、乙醇浸提法、乙醇浸提+超声波法进行比较,以咖啡提取物中绿原酸的含量为评判指标,考察时间、温度、乙醇浓度对提取物有效成分绿原酸含量的影响.采用高效液相色谱法测定该成分的含量.最佳提取工艺为乙醇浸提+超声波法,最佳提取条件为超声提取30 min、温度60℃、乙醇浓度70%,此条件下提取绿原酸的含量最高.影响提取的主次因素为:超声时间温度乙醇浓度.  相似文献

目的比较不同的提取方法对提取金银花中绿原酸的提取效果的影响,为金银花有效成分工业化提取提供选择依据。方法以水煎煮法、索氏提取法、醇提法、酸醇提取法、超声提取法等常见易行的几种方法对金银花中绿原酸进行提取,并以HPLC法对其含量进行测定。结果通过几种提取方法比较,以酸醇法提取率最高,索氏提取法提取率较酸醇提取法略低,但提取的杂质较少,综合考虑,以索氏提取法较优。结论索氏提取法提取率高且杂质少,操作简单,所需成本低,可用于工业化生产。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
