研究了脆香豆加工过程中,淀粉、寒梅粉、低筋面粉的添加配方、膨松 剂以及烘焙时在不同温度不同烘焙时间下对脆香豆成品品质的影响。结果表明:在脆香豆的加工过程中,添加3.5%NH4HCO3和NaHCO3的复合膨松剂,于80-120-100℃范围内阶段式加热5min产品质量最好,成品水分可控制在含水量4%左右,色泽金黄、酥松、脆香、甜咸的脆香豆。  相似文献

通过l组云南咖啡豆的烘焙试验,观察并分析其烘焙效果,得出烘焙温度曲线中影响烘焙效果的主要因素是烘焙温升速度和出豆温度.通过试验得出,在烘焙初期用较高功率、10~15℃温升速度,后期用较低功率、1~2℃温升速度,既可以保证较高的烘焙品质,又可以保证较高的烘焙效率.  相似文献

目的:分析大鼠灌胃白花蛇舌草环烯醚萜类提取物后尿液中的E-6-O-对香豆酰鸡屎藤苷甲酯(M0)及其代谢产物.方法:健康雄性Wistar大鼠按60 mg/kg的剂量灌胃给予白花蛇舌草环烯醚萜类提取物,收集给药后0~8 h尿液并制备样品,采用UPLC-Q-TOF-MS技术分析代谢产物.结果:在大鼠尿液中检测到M0(原药E-6-O-对香豆酰鸡屎藤苷甲酯),M1(E-6-O-对香豆酰鸡屎藤苷甲酯葡萄糖醛酸化产物),M2(对香豆酸),M3(对香豆酸硫酸化产物),其中M1和M3均为首次发现.结论:M0在大鼠体内以葡萄糖醛酸形式代谢,最终以对香豆酸及对香豆酸硫酸化产物排出体外.  相似文献

4-香豆酸:辅酶A连接酶是杨树木质素合成途径的关键酶之一,催化维管植物木质素合成羟基肉桂酸及其衍生物辅酶A酯化合物的形成.对毛白杨的重组Pt4CL1蛋白的不同肉桂酸衍生物底物的酶促动力学进行了分析,Pt4CL1对肉桂酸、4-香豆酸、咖啡酸、阿魏酸具有催化活性,其中的4-香豆酸、咖啡酸、阿魏酸,Km(μM)值分别为55.02±3.5、52.94±6、44.62±4,Vmax(nM.S-1)值分别为4.23±0.27、4.12±0.11、2.16±0.07;4-香豆酸,咖啡酸,阿魏酸的Kcat(S-1)值分别为44.73×10-3、43.57×10-3、7.61×10-3;对4-香豆酸,咖啡酸,阿魏酸的Kenz(M-1.S-1)值分别为823、812.98、170.55.Pt4CL1对肉桂酸的催化能力很弱,而对芥子酸没有催化活性.结果表明,Pt4CL1对4-香豆酸的催化效率最高,对咖啡酸的催化效率略低于4-香豆酸,而对阿魏酸的催化效率最低,对咖啡酸的催化效率略有很高的转化效率.  相似文献

研究蛋糕粉中添加的无铝复合膨松剂,首先通过单因素实验确定了碳酸氢钠、柠檬酸、酒石酸氢钾、葡萄糖酸内酯的添加范围分别为26%~28%、5%~10%、18%~23%、12%~17%,再通过正交实验对配方进行优化,最终确定蛋糕粉中无铝复合膨松剂各组分的最佳添加量为碳酸氢钠28%、葡萄糖酸内酯15%、酒石酸氢钾23%、柠檬酸10%、食盐15%、淀粉9%.在最佳配方下进行验证实验,蛋糕品质感官评分为92.5.  相似文献

用纯种内江小公猪加工腊乳猪食品,体重以28d断奶后屠宰时活重4-5k为宜,在成品腊乳猪的亚硝酸盐含量中,乳猪自身产生部分占21.77%,而加工过程中添加进去的亚硝酸盐产生的残留量占总量的78.2%,在生产中,主要考虑降低或取消在腊乳猪加工过程中添加进去的亚硝酸盐用量。  相似文献

通过二氧化硅和P(MMA-co-MAA)复合,并添加HNO_3等腐蚀剂制备了一种用于碳钢表面的腐蚀性自脆型去污剂。利用电化学测试、形貌观察、失重测试等方法研究了去污剂的性能。结果表明:去污剂具有良好的自脆性能;硝酸含量为0. 5 mol/L、硼砂含量为0. 01 mol/L时,去污剂对碳钢的腐蚀去污效果最佳;去污剂在碳钢表面产生了均匀的腐蚀层,去污剂涂膜厚度为2~4 mm时,平均腐蚀深度可达2. 9~3. 8μm。  相似文献

以木瓜、全脂奶粉为原料研制木瓜凝固型酸奶,以单因素和正交实验研究木瓜酸奶的最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明:白砂糖用量为8%,明胶0.2%,羟甲基纤维素钠0.2%,巴氏杀菌后加入发酵剂3%,在恒温42℃条件下发酵6 h左右。然后在0~4℃后熟12 h,最后添加30%木瓜浆,搅拌均匀,成品奶香浓郁,质地润滑,口感细腻。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
