Study of the Development Road Map of China’s Renewable Energy

Renewable energy （RE） has been attached high attention around the world due to its carbon-free and indigenous production in a sustainable way. China enjoys plenty of renewable energy resources, particularly the wind, solar, hydro- and biomass energy, which could be a sound basis for a large-scale exploitation. This report examines the current status of RE technology and industry, analyzes the challenges of promoting RE in China. In order to pave the way for a long-term development of RE, this paper outlines the basic principles and priorities for individual RE technology. In line with these, the paper puts forward the RE targets and further describes the RE road map by 2020, 2030 and extend to 2050, taking consideration of China＇ s RE resources, industrial basis and energy demand etc. At last, this paper provides some recommendations to ensure the achievements of the RE targets.     

Comparison of Chinese and Foreign Urban Public Security Treatment Mechanisms and Analysis of Policy References

From the viewpoint of disaster prevention in the urban areas,this paper analyzes the value of urban public security system,selects typical cases to make a comparison of Chinese and foreign public security treatment mechanisms,and makes systematic summarization of the Chinese and foreign historic experiences． Then,the paper puts forward some designs on structure of the Chinese urban public security system structure． This paper is of the opinion that at present the management of urban public security concerning unexpected incidents should be strengthened．The effective way is to set up the sound urban public security system,urban public security mechanism and related laws and regulations．

A statistical analysis on papers and authors in Wuhan university Journal of Natural Sciences in 2003

The author of this article counts and analyzes the papers and authors primed in 2003 Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences by means of bibliometric statistical methods, of which the characteristics of papers and authors are expounded. The result shows that the ratio of reprinting of this journal has been increased and the areas where the authors come from and their organization scattered in the whole world are widened as well, which implies a better-known fame of the journal.

Schedule for Garment Assembly Line Based on Genetic Algorithm

A new way to solve the scheduling problem of garment assembly line based on genetic algorithm was proposed. The chromosome was decoded using task precedence relation and after the operation of reproduction, crossover and mutation, the global optimal result can be obtained. Fitness function was represented by smoothness Index ( SI). The simulation shows that the method proposed in this paper is better than the conventional way and the optimized solution can be got in this way.

ON THE OPTIIMAL REACTIONS ASSEMBLAGE OF COMPLEX REACTION SYSTEMS

In this paper, the author analyzes distinguishing features of complex reaction systems and single reversible reaction, and optimizes complex reaction systems starting from set theory.The method of constructing the optimal reactions assemblage and calculating the potential maximum equilibrium yield (PMEY) of objective products is proposed here. This paper points out clearly that the euqilibrium yield of objective products calculated by means of conventional method is the global equilibrium yield (GEY).It is not the thermodynamic constraint, and could be exceeded by observed yield of objective products; only PMEY is the thermodynamic constraint. It gives information on potential and possible optimal yield and thereby improving production. This paper also points out the way in which the real complex reaction system approached the optimal reactions assemblage. The new concept of PMEY and optimal reaction assemblage proposed by this Paper is universally applicable for the important complex reaction systems, such as the pyrolysis of alkane to produce ethylene, steam reforming of methane to produce syngas, production of formaldehyde from methanol, epoxidation of ethylene to produce ethylene oxide, hydrogenation of benzene to produce cyclohexane.
