采用分光光度法研究了小檗碱-氯金酸-卤化钾等5个缔合微粒体系.结果表明,4.0×10-2 mol/L HCl-2.8×10-3 mol/L KI-2.4×10-4 mol/L HAuCl4体系的最大吸收峰在370 nm,当有盐酸小檗碱(BH)存在时,由于形成(BH-AuI2)n缔合微粒,在550 nm处有一吸收峰,BH浓度在0.16~24 mg/L范围遵循Lamber-Beer定律,其摩尔吸光系数ε550 nm为1.71×104 L·mol-1·cm-1.据此建立了一个测定中药及其制剂中的盐酸小檗碱含量的分光光度法,平均回收率为100.5%,相对标准偏差RSD为1.00%(n=5).  相似文献

在盐酸介质中,痕量稀土元素镨和钐催化双氧水氧化碘化钾生成单质碘,单质碘可使次甲基蓝褪色,基于此建立了催化动力学分光光度法测定稀土元素镨和钐的新方法.方法的线性范围分别为5.1×10-6mol/L~5.1×10-5mol/L、5.1×10-6mol/L~5.1×10-5mol/L,检出限分别为2.75×10-6mol/L和2.44×10-6mol/L.该方法用于含稀土的纳米材料中镨和钐的分析测定,结果满意.  相似文献

测定了苯并咪唑镧配合物水溶液的紫外光谱、三维荧光激发和发射光谱,讨论了该配合物的升频转换荧光,并发现在4×10-5~5×10-4mol/L范围内290nm处,荧光强度与浓度呈负相关;而在365nm处,浓度1×10-4mol/L时,荧光强度是一极大值。  相似文献

在0.015mol/L的硫酸介质中,硫酸铈氧化盐酸异丙嗪产生化学发光,详细研究了反应的影响因素,在优化的实验条件下盐酸异丙嗪测定的线性范围为1.0×10-7~1.5×10-5g/mL,检出限为4.0×10-8g/mL,对5.0×10-6g/mL的盐酸异丙嗪进行11次测定,其RSD为2.6%.将本法用于盐酸异丙嗪药片的分析,并与药典规定的方法进行对照,结果令人满意.  相似文献

基于盐酸小檗碱抑制磷钼钒杂多酸氧化鲁米诺产生化学发光,结合流动注射分析技术,提出了一种测定盐酸小檗碱的新方法.盐酸小檗碱在1.0×10-7~1.0×10-4 g/mL浓度范围内与化学发光分析信号呈线性关系;检出限为4×10-8 g/mL;对5.0×10-6 g/mL的盐酸小檗碱进行11次连续测定,相对标准偏差为1.2%.该方法已成功地应用于盐酸黄连素片剂中盐酸小檗碱的测定.  相似文献

室温条件下,槲皮素与Co(Ⅱ)形成具有荧光的二元配合物.热变性小牛胸腺DNA与槲皮素-Co(Ⅱ)形成三元配合物,并使二元配合物的荧光大幅增强.激发波长334 nm,发射波长470 nm.基于此测定核酸,方法简单、快速、灵敏.在pH5.0时,线性范围0.4×10-5~3.0×10-5mol/L,检测限6×10-7mol/L,且共存物质干扰小.  相似文献

本文研究了多巴胺在聚组氨酸修饰电极上的循环伏安行为.在pH7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,用线形扫描伏安法测定多巴胺的线性范围为:6.0×10-8~1.0×10-5mol/L,1.5×10-5~1.0×10-3mol/L,检出限为4×10-8mol/L.用于药剂中多巴胺的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

用毛细管区带电泳 -电化学检测法测定了中药槐米中芦丁和槲皮素的含量。研究了电极电位、电解液酸度和浓度、电泳电压及进样时间等对电泳的影响 ,得到了较为优化的测定条件。以直径为 30 0 μm的碳圆盘电极为检测电极 ,电极电位为 0 .90V (vs .SCE) ,在 10 0mmol/L硼酸盐缓冲液 (pH 9.0 )中 ,上述两组分在 10min内完全分离。芦丁和槲皮素浓度与电泳峰电流分别在 7.5× 10 - 7~ 1.0× 10 - 3和 5 .0× 10 - 7~ 1.0× 10 - 3mol/L范围内呈良好线性 ,检测下限分别为 4 .34× 10 - 7和 2 .2 5× 10 - 6 mol/L。 7次测定含 5 .0× 10 - 4 mol/L芦丁和槲皮素的试样溶液 ,峰高的相对标准偏差分别为 2 .5 6 %和 4 .11% ,五次测得的平均回收率分别为 97.80 %和 96 .84 %  相似文献

1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)对鲁米诺-亚铁氰化钾化学发光反应有良好的催化性能,实验结果表明:在1.0×10-5-1.0×10-7mol/L范围内,发光强度与PAN的浓度之间有良好的线性关系,检测极限为5.6×10-8mol/L。同时发现一些金属对此化学发光反应有强的抑制作用,为此建立了用此反应测定这此金属离子的新方法,测定Ni2+,Cr3+,Zn2+,Co2+和Cu2+的检测极限分别为1.0×10-9mol/L、1.0×10-8mol/L、1.0×10-8mol/L、5.0×10-9mol/L和6.0×10-9mol/L,相对标准偏差在1.28-3.10%(n=11)范围内。  相似文献

研究了HCl溶液中KBrO3-KBr紫外分光光度法测定苯酚的条件.建立了测定痕量苯酚的新方法.结果表明,在0.6 mol/L HCl,4.6×10-5 mol/L KBrO3,5.1×10-4mol/L KBr,5.7×10-4mol/L KI溶液中测定苯酚,其线性范围为0~120 mg/L,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.58×104L@mo1-1@cm-1,Sandell灵敏度为0.001 9μg/cm2.本法用于废水中苯酚的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
