WTO与反倾销的关系探讨

自1979年以来，国外频频对华反倾销给中国经济带来了不可低估的影响。我们必须运用法律武器，积极应对国外对华反倾销；同时也要反对国外对华的产品倾销，维护本国的合法利益。     

新形势下中国如何应对国外对华反倾销

近年来中国遭遇国外对华反倾销情况严重，2008年国际贸易摩擦特别是反倾销调查进一步增长。本文分析了今年的对华反倾销特点及未来的国际对华反倾销趋势，对我国在当前经济形势下如何应对提出了几点建议。     

论我国政府在反倾销中所应负的责任

应对反倾销 ,中国最重要的是法制的建设及有效之施为。针对国外对华反倾销的现状 ,国内舆论界对企业无力应对倾销与反倾销之批评有失偏颇。特别是政府部门在“入世”之后 ,重要的是“适世”及充分了解国际、国外的反倾销规则 ,并在充分尊重事实的基础上制定和健全相关法律法规及制度     

国外对货反倾销现状有我国企业应对策略的思考

反倾销是当今贸易摩擦的焦点，面对国外对华反倾销势头的愈演愈烈，中国企业应对反倾销势在必行。文中通过对反倾销社会效应及中国产品屡遭反倾销指控的原因进行了分析，结合中国实际，提出了应对之策。     

我国对外贸易中的反倾销问题研究

本文从倾销与反倾销的含义入手,针对国外对华反倾销不断增加这一严重影响我国出口贸易发展的问题,结合历年来的反倾销案例,来分析国外对华反倾销呈现出的特征及我国所遭受的反倾销指控的内在原因和外在原因,并有针对性地提出了相应的解决措施,以便更好的维护我国对外贸易秩序,推动经济的发展。     

中小企业面对反倾销的应诉对策

近年来,大部分对华反倾销案件分布在我国中小企业密集的行业.面对国外的反倾销,许多中小企业应诉不积极或根本不应诉,给我国的出口造成了严重的损失.随着我国经济的持续增长,如何应对国外反倾销,成了我国众多的中小企业走向国际市场必须解决的现实问题.文章主要从博弈论的角度分析我国中小企业反倾销应诉不力的原因,并提出相应的对策.     

美国对华反倾销原因的实证分析

中国是遭受反倾销措施最多的国家,美国是对中国发起反倾销指控和做出制裁决定最多的国家。运用负二项计数模型,对美国对华反倾销的政治因素进行实证分析,研究发现:中美政治关系和美国国内政治关系会影响美国对华釆取反倾销措施,中美穗定的政治关系会减少美国对华釆取反倾销的可能性,而美国国内民主党上台较共和党上台更可能增加美国对华釆取反倾销的概率,同时,经济和制度因素也是美国对华反倾销的原因。     

美国对华纺织品反倾销的对策分析

中国目前是全球遭受反倾销调查数量最多的国家,同时也是被美国提起反倾销诉讼最多的国家,反倾销已经成为中国纺织品出口的最严重的问题。本文旨在通过对美国对华纺织品反倾销调查的数量、税率和终裁结果的统计分析,得出美国对华纺织品反倾销对中国纺织品企业的出口、国内市场及国际竞争力的影响,并提出相应的对策,以帮助中国纺织品企业减少美国对华纺织品反倾销案件的调查。     

美国对华反倾销对中国上市公司生产率的影响分析

中美对抗在贸易领域尤为激烈,分析贸易摩擦对我国企业生产率的影响,具有重要现实意义。鉴于此,基于2010—2015年美国对华反倾销涉案企业数据,采用Malmquist指数法测算全要素生产率,通过广义矩估计方法 （GMM）从微观层面分析了美国对华反倾销对我国出口上市公司生产率的影响。实证结果显示,在短期内,国外对华反倾销对技术进步指数和技术效率指数都具备正向影响,促进我国出口企业生产率的提升。但在长期来看,持续性的反倾销措施会给我国出口企业带来负面影响。     

中国企业应对国外反倾销问题探讨

改革开放后,我国对外贸易发展较快,欧美等西方发达国家为保护国内市场和考虑到某些政治利益,频繁运用反倾销措施来限制中国产品进入,对华反倾销调查不断.面对新形势,本文在分析了我国目前面临的反倾销现状之后,在公司和政府、中介组织两个角度提出了反倾销对策.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
