利用模板法合成介孔纳米γ-Al2O3,用透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、比表面测定(BET)等手段对所得的介孔纳米γ-Al2O3进行了表征.考察了介孔纳米γ-Al2O3在静态条件下对硫酸根离子的吸附性能.探讨了溶液的初始浓度、pH值、时间和温度对吸附性能的影响,结果表明:介孔纳米γ-Al2O3对硫酸根离子有较好的吸附性能,其吸附行为符合Freundlich等温式.  相似文献

以非离子表面活性剂P123为模板剂,水杨酸和均苯四甲酸酐为辅助模板剂,异丙醇铝为铝源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备介孔氧化铝,并用XRD、HRTEM和N2吸附-脱附等手段对产物结构进行表征.实验结果表明,辅助模板剂的适量添加可增大氧化铝的比表面积,当n(均苯四甲酸酐)∶n(水杨酸)∶n(Al)=0.25∶0.05∶1时,合成的样品经过400,800℃煅烧,可制得比表面积为470,253 m2·g-1的介孔氧化铝;样品在900℃煅烧后依然保持γ-Al2O3晶相结构.  相似文献

以F108和F127为模板剂,在不添加无机盐或辅助剂情况下,采用两步法在弱酸性体系中分别制备了具有Im3m结构的SBA-16及Fm3m结构的FDU-12硅基介孔材料.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)及氮气吸附-脱附对其进行了表征,结果显示:在此条件下制备的两种不同结构的立方介孔硅均为典型的小孔(3.57~4.26 nm)厚壁(9.68~9.81.nm)型硅基介孔材料.结合制备过程中反应物组成及合成温度对形成小孔厚壁型介孔材料的过程进行了讨论.对体系合成温度变化的研究表明:温度的微小变化对最终产物有序性有着很大的影响,而最终产物的结构则是由所用的模板剂结构决定的.  相似文献

以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,合成Al-MCM-41介孔分子筛,通过X-ray粉末衍射、氮气吸附-脱附等温线对样品进行了表征.采用Al-MCM-41为吸附剂,乙酰丙酮为螯合剂对含有二价镉离子的溶液进行了吸附实验,结果表明:Cd2 能定量吸附在Al-MCM-41分子筛上,静态饱和吸附量约为136.86 mg/g,吸附性能符合Langmuir吸附方程特征,并且随吸附液pH值的增大,Cd2 去除率也随之增加.Al-MCM-41介孔分子筛作为吸附剂,对处理有毒金属离子的废水具有积极意义.  相似文献

以正硅酸乙酯为硅源,三嵌段聚合物P123为模板剂,采用一步合成法和后嫁接法制备氨基功能化SBA-15,通过X-ray衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和氮气吸附-脱附等手段对功能化前后的介孔材料进行表征,考察吸附时间和体系pH值等因素对Pb~(2+)吸附的影响.结果表明:NH2-SBA-15已成功制备,且对Pb2+吸附率能达到90%左右,NH_2-SBA-15对水中Pb~(2+)的最佳吸附时间为60min,最佳pH值为5.  相似文献

本文以混合非离子-阳离子表面活性剂为模板剂,研究了模板剂利用量、晶化温度、晶化时间以及辅助模板剂TX-100用量等条件下对合成MCM-48介分子筛的影响,并与用单一模板剂CTAB合成的MCM-48介孔分子筛进行了比较.实验研究表明,以混合非离子-阳离子表面活性为模板合成MCM-48介孔分子筛,不仅晶化过程中不易发生转晶,而且大大缩短了晶化时间,减少了模板剂用量,提高了产物的结晶度和稳定性;辅助模板剂TX-100具有生物降解性,可减少对环境的污染,用盐酸来调节晶化后溶液的pH值,可提高分子筛的产率.  相似文献

利用廉价的硅酸盐为二氧化硅前驱体,以非离子和阳离子表面活性剂为混合模板剂合成微米级的介孔二氧化硅,控制非离子和阳离子表面活性剂的量可以得到分散性较好的介孔二氧化硅球,并用SEM,XRD以及N2吸附-脱附,对所得介孔二氧化硅材料的宏观形貌和微观结构进行了表征。讨论了2种表面活性剂的比例对介孔二氧化硅形貌的影响,并用混合模板机理解释了球形介孔材料形成的原因。  相似文献

 以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯为硅源,硝酸铜为无机源,用水热法合成了新型介孔分子筛Cu/MCM-41.用N2吸附/脱附,XRD,FI-IR和UV-Vis对合成材料进行了表征,结果表明合成的介孔Cu/MCM-41具有六方孔道,且Cu离子已高度分散于硅的分子骨架中,并呈四配位键合.讨论了Cu/MCM-41氧化苯酚制备对苯醌的催化活性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
