1 项目简介 国内使用防水蓬盖材料已经有很长时间了,但由于这类材料耐老化性和折叠疲劳强度差,色彩单调不鲜艳,外观粗糙而笨重,因此使用范围一直受到限制,长期以蓬盖作用为主.该项目研制的目的是对传统的蓬盖材料的性能和外观进行改进和提高,使之发展成为一种强度高、重量轻、防水、耐候性好、色彩鲜艳,同时又便于再加工的新型建筑材料和装饰材料.该项目部分产品填补了国内和省内空白,被列入江苏省第二批新产品计划.  相似文献

产品设计的过程优化与逐层求解中,信息与知识的有效表达与组织受制于需求、原理、标准及材料与成本等约束规则的影响.这里结合产品需求、效应、原理求解及产品试制、材料选择与质量控制等内容进行过程性的循环求解,对产品的过程信息模型中引入了本体的形式化知识表达机制,研究了产品过程进化过程中的设计过程映射与产品制造过程中的回馈求解.以剖布机为实例分析构建了产品过程信息的知识交换与共享语义描述和推理方法.  相似文献

因生产工艺不同,薄板坯连铸连轧所生产的0.8~3.o mm的热轧产品与待统冲压用冷轧产品存在着一定的差异.从材料的化学成分、力学性能、扩孔性能等方面与冷轧冲压薄板进行对比研究.研究结果表明,两种材料化学成分相近,热轧SPHE薄板因屈服强度过高,r值过小,致使成形性低于冷轧产品.与汽车用冲压材料要求对比结果表明,SPHE板满足汽车用板冲压要求,可在汽车内板采用热轧材料进行“以热代冷”冲压生产.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
