分析了PVC材料的生产过程、添加剂的使用情况以及PVC材料与产品的生命周期期间可能导致的各种环境问题,并提出了一些可行措施来减少PVC材料与产品对人体健康和环境的影响,并对各类方法进行了分析,对PVC材料与产品的生产和过程和PVC废物的管理提出了可行方法.     

柔性装饰蓬体材料

1 项目简介 国内使用防水蓬盖材料已经有很长时间了,但由于这类材料耐老化性和折叠疲劳强度差,色彩单调不鲜艳,外观粗糙而笨重,因此使用范围一直受到限制,长期以蓬盖作用为主.该项目研制的目的是对传统的蓬盖材料的性能和外观进行改进和提高,使之发展成为一种强度高、重量轻、防水、耐候性好、色彩鲜艳,同时又便于再加工的新型建筑材料和装饰材料.该项目部分产品填补了国内和省内空白,被列入江苏省第二批新产品计划.     

基于知识的产品过程设计方法研究

产品设计的过程优化与逐层求解中,信息与知识的有效表达与组织受制于需求、原理、标准及材料与成本等约束规则的影响.这里结合产品需求、效应、原理求解及产品试制、材料选择与质量控制等内容进行过程性的循环求解,对产品的过程信息模型中引入了本体的形式化知识表达机制,研究了产品过程进化过程中的设计过程映射与产品制造过程中的回馈求解.以剖布机为实例分析构建了产品过程信息的知识交换与共享语义描述和推理方法.

通过产品的制造实例,对Inconel601镍基合金材料的特性及焊接特点进行了分析.给出了该材料的焊接方法、焊接材料、焊接顺序及焊接工艺参数,保证了产品质量符合设计图样技术要求.     

2012年世界非织造布生厂商40强过滤材料产品

本文综述了201 2年世界非织造布生产商40强中,过滤材料的生产经营情况以及过滤材料的产品性能特点.从产品性能的差别,归纳为微纳来过滤材料和普通非织造过滤材料,其中涉足微纳米过滤材料的生产商有10家,涉足普通非织适材料的有7家.     

太阳能发电、手捏发电充气保湿隔潮账蓬

本产品利用遍地取材的空气,达到支撑、保温、隔潮、隔音的功能。无骨架设计,搭建方便快捷,不使用时放掉气体。体积缩小便于携带;本产品采用双层材料,外层设计精美时尚,耐磨、防腐、防晒,内层使用强度可靠的防水防冻材料,柔软舒适。在结构上,对内充气腔做了改进,保证一部分损坏不影响其他部分使用,提高了产品的适应性与耐用性：另外产品还配有太阳能手捏放电装置,供照明使用,给消费者的室外生活提供更便利的条件。全套产品利用自然能,对环境没有任何污染。

杭州橡胶厂研制成功彩色自行车外胎,以满足外贸出口和市场自行车翻新的需要。它采用优质材料和不变色、不褪色颜料生产,产品具有抗日光老化,重量轻,耐曲挠性能好等优点。并总结出一套颜色胎透明填料、不变色颜料和耐日光的防老化剂、抗紫外线剂等技术。产品的主要技术规格为:1.胎身应用锦     

环保高性能聚氨酯灌浆材料的研制

介绍了灌浆材料的历史,尤其是聚氨酯灌浆材料的分类、特点和应用范围.从原材料本身的毒性、安全性及对环境的影响等方面考虑,选择聚氨酯灌浆材料的原材料,如异氰酸酯、溶剂、催化剂和表面活性剂等.其次确定了聚氨酯灌浆材料的制备工艺,相应的产品符合建材行业标准JC/T 2041的各项要求.最后描述了聚氨酯灌浆材料的施工工艺.     

汽车内板用冷热冲压薄板成形性对比

因生产工艺不同,薄板坯连铸连轧所生产的0.8～3.o mm的热轧产品与待统冲压用冷轧产品存在着一定的差异.从材料的化学成分、力学性能、扩孔性能等方面与冷轧冲压薄板进行对比研究.研究结果表明,两种材料化学成分相近,热轧SPHE薄板因屈服强度过高,r值过小,致使成形性低于冷轧产品.与汽车用冲压材料要求对比结果表明,SPHE板满足汽车用板冲压要求,可在汽车内板采用热轧材料进行“以热代冷”冲压生产.     

橡塑隔热节能材料的应用展望

随着橡胶和塑料产品应用的飞速增长,在橡塑产品加工过程中,如何隔热节能已成为不可忽视的问题.橡塑隔热节能材料既要耐高温、高强度,又要隔热节能、抗震降噪,属于结构功能一体化材料.总结了橡塑隔热节能材料的种类和作用,分析其导热机理,给出了材料设计优化机制,对未来重点研究方向进行了展望,以期推动隔热节能材料在橡塑行业的研究、应用和发展.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
