利用微波辐射技术,以橙皮素和芳酰肼为原料设计合成3种橙皮素芳酰腙类化合物,应用红外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱和元素分析等分析手段对化合物进行了结构表征.抑菌活性实验表明,合成的3种橙皮素芳酰腙类化合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌活性与橙皮素相比均有较大增强.  相似文献

为探讨双酰肼类化合物的合成方法和抗炎活性,以水杨酸甲酯和水合肼合成了水杨酰肼,通过傅克酰基化反应合成了3-苯甲酰丙烯酸,再与二氯亚砜反应获得了相应的3-苯甲酰丙烯酰氯,最后用水杨酰肼与3-苯甲酰丙烯酰氯反应得到N-(3-苯甲酰丙烯酰基)水杨酰肼.并对化合物进行了元素分析、IR、1H NMR和13C NMR表征,应用爪掌肿胀法进行了生物体抗炎活性测试.结果表明:N-(3-苯甲酰丙烯酰基)水杨酰肼具有较好的抗炎活性,值得进一步研究探讨.  相似文献

羟甲基戊二酰辅酶A还原酶(HMGR)是内源性胆固醇合成的重要催化限速酶,通过抑制HMGR的活性可以降低内源性胆固醇的合成.HMGR抑制剂(他汀类)是治疗心血管疾病的最佳药物之一.运用计算机辅助药物设计(CADD)方法,综合三维定量构效关系(3D-QSAR)和分子对接分析研究已合成的HMGR抑制剂的结构与抑制活性之间的关系.根据最优3D-QSAR模型,再结合分子对接分析,设计出新型活性高的HMGR抑制剂分子.  相似文献

以商品化的杀菌剂噻唑菌胺和噻氟酰胺为先导,保持噻唑环活性结构,在噻唑环的4位引入酯基,设计合成了9个新型的4-取代苯甲酰氧基-2-取代苯甲酰氨基噻唑衍生物,中间体2-亚氨基-4-噻唑烷酮由简便易得的原料溴乙酸乙酯与硫脲一步合成.用IR、1H NMR、13C NMR、MS和元素分析等对合成的噻唑酰胺化合物结构进行了表征.并对其杀菌和抗肿瘤生物活性进行了测试,初步的研究结果表明,该类化合物基本上没有抗肿瘤活性,但部分化合物对小麦赤霉病和黄瓜灰霉病有较好的抑制效果.  相似文献

以2-(胺甲基)苯酚和取代苯甲醛为原料,首次以FeCl3·6H2O为催化剂合成了一系列2,3-二取代-1,3-苯并噁嗪,所合成化合物的结构用IR、1H NMR、13C NMR进行了分析与鉴定.采用离体法初步测试了目标化合物的杀菌活性,大部分化合物具有良好的杀菌活性,化合物3c对灰霉病菌的抑制率为86.8%,3f对纹枯病菌的抑制率为87.7%.  相似文献

通过对硝基二苯醚的硝基还原反应、硬脂酸酰氯胺基酰化反应、氯磺酸磺化反应,合成了带有极性酰胺基团的双子表面活性剂硬脂酸酰胺基二苯醚双磺酸钠.通过IR,1H-NMR,MS对产品及其中间体结构进行了鉴定.用拉起圆环液膜法测定了水溶液表面张力和临界胶束浓度,结果表明其临界胶束浓度为2.42 mmol/L,水溶液表面张力可降至34.4 mN/m,与传统的表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)比较,具有更高的活性.  相似文献

酰胺类化合物是最重要的农用杀菌剂之一. 为了获得具有高抗植物病原真菌活性的新型酰胺类化合物,本论文设计、合成了20种结构新颖的含二芳胺结构的2-甲基-3-呋喃甲酰胺类化合物,并通过了1H NMR的结构确定. 采用菌丝生长速率法对合成的化合物进行抗四种植物病原真菌的活性测定,结果表明大部分化合物对油菜菌核病菌和水稻纹枯病菌表现出显著抑菌效果. 化合物1i对油菜菌核病菌的EC50值为1.9229 mg/L,优于商品杀菌剂啶酰菌胺(2.6736 mg/L)和先导杀菌剂甲呋酰胺(9.9667 mg/L),显示出较好的抗菌活性,为进一步以此类新型杀菌剂进行先导优化提供理论基础.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
