利用电弧熔炼/水冷铜模吸铸技术制备了块体非晶合金(Zr75-Cu25)78.5Ta4Ni10Al7.5和第二相形态为颗粒状的块体非晶基复合材料(Zr75Cu25)74.5Ta8Ni10Al7.5.利用Instron力学性能实验机研究了块体非晶和复合材料在过冷液态区内的单向压缩变形行为.结果表明:两种材料在过冷液态区内的形变行为都强烈依赖于温度和变形速率.随着应变速率的增加,两种材料的流变特征都由牛顿流变转变为非牛顿流变.用基于自由体积模型的过渡态理论(transition state theory)对两种材料的压缩形变行为进行了阐释和比较.  相似文献

摘要Fe基块体非晶合金具有极高的强度但通常表现出显著的宏观脆性,因此用常规拉伸、压缩等方法对这类合金的塑性变形行为和机理的研究具有很大困难.利用纳米压入和单轴压缩方法研究了Fe52Cr15Mo9Er3C15B6块体非晶合金的变形行为,考查了不同加载速率和不同晶化程度对变形行为和力学性能的影响,结果表明铸态和不同晶化程度样品在所研究的加载速率范围内的塑性变形过程中均未出现锯齿流变现象.用剪切带的时间和空间特性探讨了这种Fe基块体非晶合金在纳米压入过程中的特殊变形行为及其形成机制.  相似文献

研究了Zr65Cu17.5Ni40Al7.5块体非晶合金制备过程中合金熔体的冷却速率对合金室温塑性变形能力的影响.对φ2mm铸态Zr65Cu17.5Ni40Al7.5非晶合金及由φ3mm和φ4mm铸态非晶合金经车削加工获得的φ2mm试样的室温压缩变形行为进行了研究,结果表明这些合金表现出不同的塑性变形能力.压缩塑性应变随着铸态块体非晶合金直径的增大而减小,即随冷却速率的增大而增大.由此可知,快速凝固过程中冷却速率的大小决定了块体非晶合金中自由体积含量的多少,对非晶合金的塑性变形能力具有重要影响.  相似文献

采用脉冲电流预处理外加等温退火,制备得到了具有不同晶化分数的Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5块体非晶基复相材料,并通过x射线衍射法和差示扫描量热法分析材料析出的物相及其晶化分数,通过显微硬度、单轴压缩实验和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究材料的力学性能演变.结果表明:经处理后的合金首先析出准晶相,然后析出Be2Zr,Zr2Cu和FCC等物相;在晶化初期,合金的断裂强度和塑性应变量随晶化分数的增加而增加,当晶化分数为8.2%时,塑性变形量达6.3%.当晶化分数进一步增加时,断裂强度和塑性变形量均快速降低.扫描电子显微镜观察分析结果表明,随晶化分数的增加,合金的断裂模式则由剪切断裂转变为劈裂和解理脆性断裂.实验结果表明通过控制退火时间等参数可优化块体非晶基复相材料的力学性能.  相似文献

摘要采用玻璃包覆提纯技术和水淬或空冷方法制备了块体Pd82Si18Pd81Si19Pd80Si20二元块体非晶合金球形样品,直径分别达7-8mm.热分析结果表明,随Si含量的增加,Pd—Si二元块体非晶合金的非晶转变温度Tg、起始晶化温度瓦和晶化峰值温度瓦增加,且Pd—Si二元块体非晶合金的过冷液相区达61K.研究结果表明二元Pd-Si合金具有很强的非晶形成能力,且玻璃包覆提纯显著提高了Pd-Si合金的非晶形成能力.  相似文献

Zr48.5Cu46.5Al5 bulk metallic glass (BMG) composites with diameters of 3 and 4 mm were prepared through suction casting in an arc melting furnace by modulating the alloy composition around the monothetic BMG composition of the high glass forming ability. Microstructural characterization reveals that the composites contain micron-sized CuZr phase with martensite structure, as well as nano-sized Zr2Cu crystalline particles and Cu10Zr7 plate-like phase embedded in an amorphous matrix. Room temperature compression tests showed that the composites exhibited significant strain hardening and obvious plastic strain of 7.7% for 3 mm and 6.4% for 4 mm diameter samples, respectively.  相似文献

(Mg66.2Zn28.8Ca5)100?xCux (at%, x = 0, 1, 3, and 5) bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) of 2 mm in diameter were prepared by the conventional copper mold injection casting method. Besides, the influence of Cu content on the microstructure, thermal stability, mechanical properties, and corrosion behavior of Mg-Zn-Ca BMGs was investigated. It is found that the addition of Cu decreases the glass-forming ability of Mg-Zn-Ca BMGs. Crystalline phases are precipitated at a higher Cu content, larger than 3at%. The compressive fracture strength of Mg-Zn-Ca BMGs is enhanced by the addition of Cu. With the formation of in-situ composites, the compressive strength of the Mg-Zn-Ca alloy with 3at% Cu reaches 979 MPa, which is the highest strength among the Mg-Zn-Ca alloys. Furthermore, the addition of Cu also results in the increase of corrosion potential and the decrease of corrosion current density in Mg-Zn-Ca BMGs, thereby delaying their biodegradability.  相似文献

Zr-based bulk metallic glass(BMG) composites with in situ formed Y 2 O 3 particle reinforcements were synthesized by proper additions of Y to ultrahigh-oxygen-containing glass-forming alloy precursors.Microstructures,thermal stabilities,and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated.Glass formation was greatly enhanced by Y additions in the alloys and the resultant particles were homogenously distributed in the glassy matrix,allowing for the fabrication of oxide dispersion strengthened BMG composites.The compressive strength and hardness increased by 10% and 20%,respectively,with the introduction of Y 2 O 3 particles.These results are significant for the design and production of Zr-based BMGs and BMG composites with improved properties using commercial high-oxygen content raw materials under industrial conditions.  相似文献

在Zwick/Roell力学性能试验机上进行Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5大块非晶合金在过冷液相区的压缩试验, 根据应力-应变曲线的过冲现象, 提出了Maxwell-Pulse本构模型, 该模型由蠕变函数耦合脉冲函数得到. 通过对虚应力模型和脉冲指数模型的拟合, 得到了Maxwell-Pulse本构方程的各项参数. 对比试验及拟合所得的数据及曲线, 两者的真实应力-应变曲线吻合较好, 且能反映出应力过冲现象. 又通过数值模拟和杯形零件成形试验验证了该本构方程适于描述Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5大块非晶合金在过冷液相区的力学行为.  相似文献

The effect of tin (Sn) addition on the glass forming ability (GFA) and mechanical properties of the Ni-Nb-Zr ternary alloy system has been studied. The addition of Sn improves the GFA; Ni61Nb35.5-xZr3.5Snx (in at.%) alloys with x=1 can be cast into amorphous samples at least 3 mm in diameter using a copper mold injection-casting method. Bulk metallic glass (BMG) formation was explored in the Fe-B-Si-Nb alloy system though combined use of the atomic cluster line approach and the minor alloying strategy. The basic ternary compositions in the Fe-B-Si system were determined by the intersection points of two cluster lines, namely, Fe-B cluster to Si and Fe-Si cluster to B. 3at%–4at% Nb was added to the quaternary Fe-B-Si-Nb alloy. The casting experiments revealed that good glass-forming ability (GFA) occurred at the (Fe73.4Si8.2B18.4)96Nb4 composition, and 3-mm diameter BMG samples were made. The glass transition temperature (Tg), crystallization temperature (Tx), and supercooled liquid region (ΔTx=Tx-Tg) of this BMG were measured to be 866, 889, and 23 K, respectively. The BMG shows a high Vickers hardness of about Hv 1164, a Young’s modulus of 180 GPa, and a good corrosion resistance in the solutions of 1 mol/L HCl and 3wt% NaCl.  相似文献
